Best place Ive ever been! Extremely great service! They were so fast at getting me in and back out! As well though they were so friendly as they also accommodated to anything I needed!

Worst Customer service ever, but typical when it comes to a “small business” full of mechanics. They need a women or something there to balance their masculinity. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, especially if your car were to have problems, They wouldn’t resolve them in a professional manner or you’d have a hard time coming to an agreement.

If you are looking for good used tires DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They sold me two bad tires that didnt even last an hour, my truck was stranded in paragould for a week and refused to give me even a partial refund.. the owner doesnt care about the safety of his customers ..

Worst place ever. They told us it would be awhile before we got our tire ready so we told them we were going to run right down to the library amd be right back. They said ok no problem so we did. Then we get back and they told us because we left it knocked us out of line so we have been setting here over an hour still waiting to get a patch put in our tire. If they would of told us that it would of knocked us out of line, we would if stayed, but they no no problem. So still here we sit. Definitely the worst place ever on customer service skills and tires! My friend had to even find the hole in the tire for them, hes not the one who works here. Truly an awful place of business.

Purchased a tire from them and it happened to be a bad tire because it went flat there next day just sitting in my yard. I called and was told by someone they would replace it and when they finally opened back up the manager gave me a hard time. He was rude and said they don’t do warranties but he’ll do it this time. There was like 2 ppl ahead of me and he worked then first of course but as other ppl showed up after me he serviced them first and made sure I was the last. I was there for about 2 1/2 hours or so and the service was terrible. Oan the tire they gave me was bad as well, wasn’t the same size, and went flat the next day. This is probably the worst tire shop in town! I definitely won’t be back!!!!

I have been buying used tires from them for years. Very helpful and friendly. They have aloud me to pick out tires, if I wanted to. I do pick my own tires out. They saved me $100s on tires. Sometimes they even have complete sets.

The most confused receptionist I have ever spoken with. After setting up two appointments with her, she gave me several different addresses and upon calling her to tell her that I couldnt find her, she gave me directions to a shop in Ash Flat! The mechanics there had no idea I was even coming, major confusion. 10/10 need to hire a new Secretary.

The young guy in the garage was the only one there when I came in. He was very helpful and even stayed passed closing time to get my tire finished along with 2 other customers. He has great work ethic. I would recommend

I would NOT recommend this place based on my experiences with them. The first time I stopped with them they put mismatched lug nuts on and now theyve put the wrong size tire. Ive been pushed to the back while theyve assisted other customers. This had been a bad experience all the way around.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. This place and the owner is a joke. They do nothing but lie and scam people to get their money. He assures customers that the used tires have all been inspected when they clearly havent. We drove 2 hrs one way to purchase 4 used tires, just to get them home and have them mounted to find out one tire had 2 holes on the side wall so not even fixable yet he refused to replace it or make it rite!! What kinda service is that?!?!? DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! They will only rip you off to get your money. Honestly seems like a cpl rejects running the place. They are rude as can be.

The people that work here are always friendly. Ive purchased both new and used tires from them in the past and never had an issue. When asking about financing, they will explain the bottom line and recommend either their no credit or 6-month financing options based on your income before they even perform a credit check.They didnt have a tire I was looking for today, and instead of simply turning me away they made some calls and found the tires I needed. They didnt have to do that, but service like that is what keeps me coming back to them.

Done great before, went in today, had one person working and it was taking him an hour for one tire. I like this place they do good work, just unhappy today for that reason.

Just had to have a tire put on. I called about 10 different places and they were the only ones with a tire to fit and were very nice over the phone and once I got there. The guy who put the tire on was nice enough to check the rest of my tires as well. They were very affordable and professional. I recommend them to anyone needing a tire service.

I have been getting used tires from here for years. They always have good processes and great quality used tires. The tires I have had from them always last me at least 6 months. My mom is buying a used car from him today, very honest good business.

The owner was so disinterested in us it wasnt even funny. Didnt even say high although he passed us five times. Seemed more interested in his phone.The uses tire purchased was decent enough, though.

We bought a tire from there today and didnt even make it home and had a blowout. I called them and the kid that answered the phone said the tow truck is out of town and hung up on me....

Its an amazing place with friendly people, and good area. Also the service there is amazing, Ive already bought two used tires there for a reasonable and they work perfectly. Definitely a good place to get tires from.

40$ for a used tire is passable, but it very dirty and service seems mostly handled by a 16 year old.

Kevin and his crew do the best they can to help get u back on the road. Are there some things they cant fix, sure but they will try to refer u to someone that can..good guys, been a customer for years and never had a problem, but had to wait in line a few times when busy, though they got to me fast as possible..thanx kev.

Very dingy, filthy, run down establishment with a completely unprofessional attomosphere. The inside of the office is littered with trash and cigarette butts. I was sold a VERY OLD used tire with absolutely no tread that blew within less than a weeks time. I understand you get what you pay for but in this situation I was never even given a chance to view the tire I was purchasing they put it on my vehicle and requested payment before I was able to view the tire at all, had I seen the condition of said tire I would have taken my business elsewhere. The prices are cheap because the service is cheap.

I went to get a used tire out on my car. Now I understand about purchasing a used tire, but the reason I gave them a 1 Star is because they knowingly gave me a really really bad tire. Like so bad, after I got it out on I went to get my oil change and the guys there were like it needs to be changed now!! Like why would you do that to someone. It was a 15 y/o boy that changed my tire which still isn’t an excuse. I went back and one of the girls tried to imply like I was lying about being there only 30 mins ago. Like run the cameras back. After everything they did replace the tire with one with much more tread on it. Smh, I’ll never go back to them. They tried to get over because I didn’t know why yo look for. Beware of these ppl. They seem extra extra shady to the 10th power!!!

Tow truck from this place almost ran me off the road because I was in the left lane because a truck pulled on the I-63 and I had to move over for the truck. The driver of the Sartins Tire Tow truck decided that I was not getting out of his way fast enough and started tailgating me. Then appeared to be cussing at me as he went around me. Businesss should really think about speaking to employees driving around with the business name plastered all over the truck. I tried to call and let them know but could not get thru to them on the phone.

Was told over the phone and at the desk when I arrived they had the tire size I needed, but they didnt. Big waste of time.
