The service is quick in its least expensive and they do a good job on your vehicle Im in to get a transmission gasket put on this morning that was leaking after you change the transmission filter

Very Very Nice People, Very Professional, And Is Very Understanding!!! I purchased my vehicle from Williamson motors April 2019, and has never had and problems with it besides my starter going out (after two years of owning it) I called the service desk and the guys where on it! Monday I caught my self searching all online for a new vehicle for my family of 5 so we weren’t to cramped anymore.. and I mean I seaaarched I looked at almost every car dealer ship in Jonesboro online at the reviews and the cars… and I found so many people recommending Williamson motor company I kept looking and I knew just about what I wanted! And I caught my self pulling into his company so I saw exactly what I wanted! He came outside started talking to me.. He right then was absolutely nice started answering my questions! Him and his staff put up with me for A couple days and they were so so very NICE!! I got e exactly what I wanted! And Mr. George has my business for now on! He worked me the best deal and I’m absolutely pleased and blessed that he was willing to work with us!!

The best place to bring your vehicle for repair. The staff are very professional, honest and very friendly. Service is excellent and they don’t take advantage of you. My go to place whenever I have problems with my car.

Could give me knowledge about the cars. Not jack up prices because they feel like it. Hotel few things broke and they refuse to fix it .

I was told one thing over the phone and told something different at the dealership. Wasted my time. Saleswoman was nice and pleasant but George was rude and could not be less interested in my business.

I spoke with George over the phone after a recommendation from Plaza Tire Service, who were unfortunately unable to repair my wifes Rav4 (theyre great over at Plaza, but they just didnt have the right tools for the job!). He was friendly, offered to have the car towed over cheaper than the towing company Id used that morning, and promptly fixed the busted water pump for a fair price. I can see why theyve been in business 38 years, and I emphatically recommend their service! Thanks again, George!

My wife and I bought a used Mercedes from a business man here in Jonesboro. Three weeks later, the engine and transmission went out completely. Mr. Williamson found a motor and transmission and his mechanics installed it. It cranked and ran perfect for the remaining 4 years we owned the car. Total bill was about $2500. If I had taken it to a Mercedes dealer in Memphis it would have been way over $2500 just for the engine/transmission, not including the install labor.Thank you Mr. Williamson and team for saving us thousands of dollars and rendering such great service.

Very poor service. Was extremely dissatisfied with the outcome...twice. First my step son’s vehicle was taken there for repair and returned with new parts and instructions to have the front end aligned. The only problem was, incorrect parts were put on the vehicle making alignment impossible. Williamson was made aware of the problem only to come back after another examination of the vehicle stating the frame was damaged. After taking the vehicle to a reputable business, the incorrect front end parts were changed and frame magically repaired itself. My suggestions concerning Williamson is find a good shade tree and fix it yourself.

TOP notch repair and service. I had problems with my AC and was quoted a high price from another place. I dropped my car off at Williamson they called within 20 minutes to let me know what was wrong. Had it repaired in a couple hours and for HALF the cost of the other place.They have gained a new customer. Will be back for service and think I may be buying my next car from them.EXCELLENT service.

I take my truck here for every repair and service. Oil change is cheapest I’ve found in Jonesboro. Great customer service. No complaints at all.
