I seriously dont even think they did what they said they did because my car is no better than when I dropped it off.

I called this place just to ask a couple of questions and also to get an appointment set up. The man in the service department was very rude and unprofessional. His tone of voice and the way he spoke to me was very unwelcoming and rubbed me the wrong way. I understand he was probably super busy but He could have easily explained his self in a more positive way. I will not be doing business with them.

This was my first time using their service, when I called for information he said they had the lowest prices in Jonesboro and they were absolutely correct! The service was fast and friendly, the waiting area was very comfortable and the employees were very professional!!

I went to Starks with a throttle body issue. My truck was stalling and having issues accelerating. They checked it out and told me it was the entire accelerator pedal, so 600 bucks later and they say its fixed! Check engine light stayed on and it still had the throttle issue codes on it. My truck stalled out on me again a few days later so I called starks, and they told me to bring it to them again. I brought it up to them and long story short they told me theres nothing they can do. Said they dont work on that, even though they already charged me 600 to replace the accelerator pedal. They replaced the wrong part and then when I had an issue they said they cant help. Basically they said sorry we didnt fix your vehicle but thanks for the 600 bucks loser!

Great place and even better service. Unlike all the other shops that get you in and try and sell you stuff that you dont need. These guys are honest and dont pressure you into anything! They even work with you when your running low on funds if you just talk to the manager Josh. Atmosphere is great and prices so far best in town. Highly recommend this shop. Because unlike certain shops that find out you cant pay for it right that moment and start treating you rudely like you no longer matter as a customer. NOT at Starks though they treat you no different. I recommend Josh to fix your car hes replaced so many things on my Taurus and HES the reason Ill keep coming back. His work is great and speedy.

Although communication was a little disorganized, the staff was friendly and helpful. They let me know that they could not service my vehicle, but they diagnosed it free of charge!

I ran over a large piece of a tractor trailer tire and did a number to my exhaust system. Not knowing of a mechanic to do a good job and a fair price, I took my chances and I am so glad I did. They did a great job and the staff was great. I highly recommend Starks!

Do not use this shop unless you are prepared to take them to court. They replaced a wheel bearing on our car for $380. A day later the entire rear wheel assembly came apart. It was due to the axle nut not being properly installed after the repair they did. It also caused me to break down 2 hours from home. After about a week in the other shop I had to pay another $1600 in repair for all the damage it caused by the faulty repair at Starks. The owner of Starks, Tim Starks, would not even return my calls. Now this will have to be settled in a legal manner. Do not use this shop without keeping all your documentation. Use at your own risk.

They fixed a leak in my car they even helped me with 40 bucks that i was short starks is amazing place the most honest car business i have seen around jonesboro

These guys are awesome. I blew the motor in my Kia and they jumped through some hoops to get me back on the road as soon as they could. If youre going to blow a motor 750 miles from home, a few miles from this place is the place to do it. Thanks guys!

Worng choice, worng place for car service. I went there for my car service and they put different part on it but they made more worse car condition then before. Then, i asked them why its making more noise then they are saying you need to change another more part but that part is in perfect condition when i take to another auto center. In my view, they want to make lots of money only not car. I will never go there in my life.

I got an oil change and the wait time was short And the workers were very nice.....

They broke my dip stick off in the oil tube, then had to break the oil tube off to get the rest of the sick out of my oil pan, had to drop the oil pan to ged the little pieces of oil tube out. Dont go here!
