We enjoyed our experience at Mattress Firm. My main criticism is that all the mattresses on the showroom are the more expensive options. All of the more economical mattresses are leaning against a back wall. This makes it so that someone on a tighter budget cannot only not try the mattress but is made to feel they are shopping from the bargain bin. I feel this is a bad business practice since the showroom was plenty large enough to have these options available to try.

Sales rep really didnt seem to answer any of my questions. I tried to get a delivered price three different times and he kept switching options on me. The bottom line was I would have spent as much for the bed from him as I would have from the Sleep Number store. His warranty was not even half as long. An extremely irritating experience

Got the mattress home and took the plastic off and realized that the mattress wasnt the same.and they advertise that you get a free adjustable Frame but the salesman said only if you pay full price.. I was disappointed. Spent 1300 on 1 mattress and railing.

I wish I could put zero stars. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!It took forever to get OUR mattress. We went through 3 loaner mattresses before getting our mattress that we ordered. After being promised and promised so many things, we are DONE!The manager NEVER wants to talk on the phone, so my husband had to go to the store himself to fix the issue. Even then we were promised and promised things and it was never fixed!I will NEVER EVER buy from them again or go to this place of business again!

Absolutely terrible experience at this store that lasted almost 6 months! I purchased a mattress on July 10, 2020. The wrong mattress was ORDERED and delivered to my house. After sleeping on it for the required 30 days I returned to the store and found out that I had been sleeping on the wrong mattress the entire time. The manager, Shaun did not take responsibility and blamed it on the men that delivered it. He assured me that he would get the new one ordered that day and set up a delivery date. That date came and went and no one showed up with a mattress. When I called the store to see why no one showed up to deliver it on the agreed upon date, Shaun blamed it on Covid. After hanging up the phone, I then got an email confirming my order, letting me know that the correct mattress was never even ordered the week prior! FOUR MONTHS later, after FOUR separate delivery appointment NO SHOWs by mattress firm, I finally made contact with the district manager who agreed with me, that at the VERY LEAST, someone from this store should have contacted me each and every time to inform me that the mattress would not be delivered that day. They knew the mattress would not be delivered on the date that they had set up, and never called to let me know FOUR separate times. Once the correct mattress finally showed up in November, I was so disgusted by the poor management and lack of communication from the store manager, I asked for a refund. Only then was I informed that they would charge a 20% restock fee to return a mattress. I paid the money, just to put all of this behind me. I could go on and on but I will stop here. I will make sure every person I know that is searching for a new mattress hears my story and I will deter any and every person I know from shopping at mattress firm.

Angela made the process of finding the perfect mattress so simple! She was so kind, knowledgeable, and patient. She’s so good at her job, she had me in and out of there in about an hour. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! They are refusing to take back their merchandise after being guaranteed we had a 120 return option! It took almost 2weeks for me to get ahold of their manager! Not only did they hard hit my credit multiple times without my knowledge, when I get my finance paperwork in the mail Im finding out I will be FORCED to pay over 5,000 for a base for the 12 month lease which is over double the price!! Or I could switch to a 90 day lease for cash value. We thought we had a year to pay this off for little to no interest! Not DOUBLE THE PRICE! We where not told any of this in the store! Never in my life have I been done this way before. I feel very taken advantage of and were getting lawyers advise. To the people seeing all the good reviews dont trust it! They ask you to leave a good review when you leave the store. I didnt get my paperwork and find all this information out until days later! My whole family is disgusted with how badly Ive been taken advantage of. DO NOT SHOP HERE! DO NOT TRUST THEIR MANAGER!

Angela Beasley explained the mattress and bases well, she showed us many options and never made us feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. We had in mind what we wanted when we walked in, and though we tried many other mattresses, we went with our gut and cant be more excited to get our Sealy bed and base in. We got a great deal and didnt feel the usual sales pitch or pressure to purchase. So happy we decided to stop in today.

My wife and I had been wanting to get a new matress. We found out Matress Firm carries Purple Matresses so we went and tried all of them out. Taylor and her whole crew were extremely friendly, professional and helped us get everything we needed and wanted. She even helped us with the added accessories that purple was offering. The answer to our question regarding Mattress Firm in Jonesboro was, Yes.When we arrived at the store, we advised the Associates we wanted to walk around and determine what we were interested in and then we would ask for assistance.Let me add I am very much a stickler for customer service. I believe customer service should always rate 10 on a scale from 1-10 with 10 being the highest.Once we were ready to discuss the mattresses and other products, Sales Associate Tayla assisted us. She was able to answer all of our questions.I must say Tayla delivered just what I expected. Her attention to detail is extremely commendable. She provided paperwork that covered every item we purchased.Tayla also was very professional with a very pleasant personality. Excellent store layout that made it easy for me to narrow down the large amount of possibilities. That along with the expert who helped me was incredibly involved throughout the entire process. Vince listened to all of my problems that I experience sleeping and helped me find the perfect bed for my individual needs. Hands down, it was the best mattress store I’ve been to in Jonesboro. I’ll be recommending all my friends and family here because the employees actually listened and helped me find the best mattress for my health conditions. First time EVER buying a brand new mattress. The local manager got us such a good deal on a power adjustable unit with a queen pillow top mattress with 2 free purple pillows and pretty much half off everything else. HANDS DOWN best place to buy a new mattress.

Great customer service who remembered us but didnt harass us. Took time to learn what we want and needed, as well as let us have the time and space needed to make the decision to buy mattress.

Customer service is great but there is 1 guy in the building that is trying to do it all and I had to make 2 trips to jonesboro cause the one and only manager couldnt load me and I didnt get everything cause there was no one there to help him make sure I got that right stuff great bed and great price.

James was great. He helped slow us down and walked us through the advantages and disadvantages of the different firmnesses and brands. Incredibly knowledgable and patient. He gave us information that allowed us to make informed decisions at every step and asked us questions to help us understand what we really needed vs what we thought we wanted. I had no idea how many variables one should consider when buying a mattress, but it really makes sense when you consider how many different parts of your life quality sleep can affect. I will return to James for any mattress and bedding needs.

The purchase before the sale was above average. The follow up was below average and neglectful. The products purchased did not arrive on the promised date, and the staff only presented excuses to why they could not uphold their end of the deal with no concerns towards my future business. My business to this location will not extend the first visit.

My mattress has not been delivered, purchased on 8/20, supposed to be here on 25th. Didnt come in and now told it will be delivered on 9/1.

Yesterday, I went shopping here for a mattress and left with much more. Not only did I get the mattress I needed, I left very impressed with the overall sales experience from start to finish.Never at any point did I feel pressured or obligated to make a purchase. The salesman was very straightforward and resourceful.
