Well....it was time for a new bed. Our was worn out and we woke up more tired and achy than when we went to bed....we ended up walking into sleep number (my husband leading the way) Im thinking no way this is going to be way too expensive. Anyway, we go in and of course its immaculate, the sleep expert (Crystal) started us right off with pillows and had lay down on a bed. And when i say sleep expert, i mean it they really are. She was great. Super honest and blunt. She showed us the bed we bought that very day and even the pillow was perfect she picked me out! Worth every penny. Speaking of which, if you go and buy a nice king size regular sealy with the beautiful platform and headboard and all that stuff u will pay pretty much what we did. Why not pay for a bed that will better your health and well being? I LOVE MY C4 SMART BED!!!!

Yes, we did enjoy our visit @ the Jonesboro store. The clerk that assisted us was helpful and very informative. We had a good experience @ the Jonesboro store. We purchased a mattress we are just awaiting its delivery.

I have owned a sleep number bed before and got a full lifetimes use of it. I loved the bed and would take another one any day.In fact, we had one picked out, THOUGHT we had all the financing terms in line and were ready to sign for it and get on the waiting list for installation.However, the store manager failed to inform us that the financing company sleep number got us approved with has terms and conditions that required a $3,400 minimum purchase to get the 12 month term length. She SAID we could pay part cash, and could finance ANY amount we wanted for 12 months. We were going to pay half cash and finance half. So we got our finances in line, dumped $1,000 cash to eliminate another debt and all was ready to finance about $2,000 of the bed. Now thanks to her our payment we already agreed on was going to double bc it was only 6 months OR we could spend twice as much money for 12 months financing.... which magically also doubles the payment.So thanks to her paying more attention to her cell phone than selling a bed, when we went to sign papers the payment was going to double what we agreed on no matter what we did and were no longer able to purchase from this company. I spoke with a salesman at their corporate office and he confirmed that everything she said was wrong.I am suffering from severe back pain and desperately trying to find the right bed for me. I found it at this store. Unfortunately, the manager doesnt know how to sell a bed..... the main goal of her job, and the much needed relief Im looking for was no longer going to happen.We have a bed purchased from another store up the road and awaiting delivery of it and will never own another sleep number after this experience.

The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. It was a very relaxed environment with no pressure to buy anything. Robert was exceptionally helpful in helping us try out the beds and decide on which one met our needs. The manager was equally helpful and knowledgeable. It was a great experience! We cant wait to get our first sleep number bed home!

Very helpful and friendly staff. They take time to help you find the right mattress that best fits you. I would definitely recommend going here if you are looking for that type of mattress.

Actually I didn’t even go to the store. First one I bought was in 2002, my X got it. I bought a 45’ class A Motorhome that came with my second Sleep Number bed & now I bought another one for my new house. I’ve had 6 shoulder surgeries and can’t sleep on anything else.

My wife & I had a wonderful time at the showroom. Crystal made the experience as painless as possible as I was unsure of spending so much in a bed. I will always remember her telling me that its not an expense, its an investment on our sleep. She even made sure I got all discounts possible (saving us over $3800.00) and she split the deliveries so we would get our bed delivered earlier (before the headboard and frame)!!! I would highly recommend the Jonesboro Arkansas store... what are you waiting for, go get your new bed, its worth the money spent.

The manager was very helpful kind and patient. He took his time and made sure I understood the product and options. The store was very clean and comfortable. After his help I found a combination that alleviated my back pain. So excited to get my new bed in and sleep with much better. Just trying the bed and pillows out made me tired in the middle of the day.

We bought our sleep number bed in Jonesboro AR. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Let me tell you...I LOVE our new bed. My husband and I both have back problems. We can set our own side of the bed at the number we need which didn’t take us long to figure out. It is so nice to get up and my back not kill me.

Robert was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even stayed open a little later so we could make a decision. I’ve never paid this much for a bed but I feel it’s going to be worth it if I can just wake up without back pain.

Store is super clean. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Only gave 4 stars because they had to call customer service and it took customer service almost an hour to resolve my issue.

The customer service at the Jonesboro location was amazing. No high pressure sales tactics. I’m really turned off by them and nothing will get me out the door faster. Amber was the sales person. She answered all of my questions and was very helpful without trying to push a sale on me or try to tell me what I need.

Amber was very helpful and accommodating to my wife and me. She was very knowledgeable, professional and informative for helping us to make such a big decision on the right bed for us. We highly recommend this experience to anyone in search of a good night’s sleep!

Amber H is great! She helped my husband and I the other night. She answered any questions we had, showed us the app on her phone about how everything works. She wasnt pushy, which is a big plus!

The sales person was friendly and knowledgable. He didnt try to push anything on us, and made us feel like our satisfaction was the most important part of the sale.
