We were unsure about the mattress we had picked out but they were assuring us about their no hassle exchange policy at no charge to us so we decided to give the mattress a shot. Their policy was nothing but lies and it was going to cost us almost $200 to exchange the mattress. They lied to us to make the sale. Bad bad service!!!

I went into this store a month ago and it was so worth it! Jackie took the time to ask if I had specific needs in mind and then she took the time to help me find the one I wanted. I would shop at this store again just for the customer service. Jackie is down to earth and it was a pleasure doing business with her. My mattress is like sleeping on a cloud. If our heads hit the pillow then we are asleep and it has been many years since that has happened. Thanks again Jackie!!!

Its ok. But id you need a mattress go ro Ashley Furniture their a little higher in price but well worth it... Remember a third of your life is spend in bed asleep.

I needed to separate my Tempurpedic split king bed into two twin beds last week, but only had one set of headboard brackets. After ordering universal brackets from Tempurpedic direct and learning they were a new design (and didnt fit my bed), the manufacturer told me I was just plain out of luck. I called Mattress King and talked with Carl - He made some calls, located the correct brackets at another dealer location, and arranged to have them shipped to me. He also followed up with a phone call to make sure I received them. Its is hard to find this kind of customer service anywhere these days... You can shop at Mattress King with full confidence that they have your back, no matter what!
