0 stars. They are full of it. They sold me a car that only worked for 1 month. I been having problems with that car since I got it. $2,000 down for a car that’s messed up. Constantly giving me the run around. I had transmission problems and they were suppose to fix it and not even a year later I’m having transmission problems again. For a 2012 Ford Fiesta is not worth it !!

I have been sick and not able to get out; so, Gage had the entire deal worked out before we even showed up! We were able to sign paperwork, within an hour, just so I could get back home quickly. He was even willing to bring the paperwork out to our vehicle, socially distanced and with masks, just to get the deal done!! Gage was such a pleasure to work with, and he was so patient with all of our demands. He gave me the most money that I’ve been offered by other dealerships, for my trade, and was able to take care of sales tax. I have no money coming out of my pocket for anything! Horrible customer service Ive called twice since coming in filling out a application was told I was approved but no one will tell me for how much for or what. I called today told them I have a down payment and would be called back but 5 hours later nothing. Any positive review you see on these people are people that work there unless you just got a car and have not yet realize what you have gotten yourself into.The guarantee of the financing for $500.00 is not true. Clay managed to find the perfect car for me in my situation! Maria’s amazing attitude and customer service made me NOT feel stupid asking questions, unlike some other car lots. 😆 I look forward to working with them again!EDIT: The car I settled on, I feel like, is a lemon. I’ve had to replace the ENTIRE front end. Within a year the motor blew, not a month after my power steering went out and finally I’ve currently added, on top of all of these repairs, a note for a new transmission. I have a young son and fully expected this car to be reliable enough for work. Now, I’m scared to drive it to a grocery store without getting stuck. I’m disappointed.

I wish I could give less stars these people will lie to you and do all they can to sell you a vehicle the little as 500 down is a joke the only way you qualify is it you have almost superior credit so if you have bad credit dont expect the 500 down they tried to sell me a truck that was 8 years old at brand new price and clearly had been Wrecked had fingernail Polish all over it where the tried to cover up scratches in the end they talk a good game but what they sell is complete junk that they polished up. Im sure some people have had good experience but mine was nothing but lies on top of lies

Finally i went and sat for two hours they told me i was approved just waiting on a bid on my trade in that i would have to come back Monday. Came back Monday morning sat for two hours they low balled my trade then decided to tell me that i was not approved!!! Complete waste of time

I would not purchase of vehicle through them again the people are nice but its the perks you have to be aware of you actually have to read everything, I put the money down for the vehicle no negotiation what so ever and I was desperate so I went and put 2000 down the next month of course you make car notes bi weekly and pay your sales tax now they do not include your sales tax even if they require you to put so much down then the sales tax be over 1100 dollars so when you ask them to work with you they do it but give you such a hard times its either pay your car note or not eat with this finance company, They dont care! its three days or they will literally cut your car off wherever you are(I know, they dont even tell you they do that until after its done) ... my opinion really if youre desperate go through them but if youre not go through a real financial company. and I know what a real Financial company is because I work for one and we dont do anything that they do. Just shop around for a vehicle. I do like my car though.

Watch out for the cars they give you because they know they are messed up mine has been in and out of the shop with them fixing it. The heater didnt work at all it would blow cold air, Would I recommend telling someone to get a car from Car Today no not hardly!!! They know which cars are messed up when they get you into but dont let you know nothing about it being messed up they just trying to make that cash!
