If you want to wait 2 hours for an oil change, come here. It would probably be a better idea to just change your oil yourself unless you like waiting for an extreme amount of time over something so minute and easy. The only good thing about this place is the free water, popcorn, and the women working the front desk.
I got a oil change on my 2021 K5. The cover that covers my oil pan got striped out in the process “by someone in service department” so it fell off while I was traveling. They had the nerve to tell me it had been over a month since they changed my oil, actually it was a couple of weeks. It didn’t matter nobody was under my hood after them, what reason would anyone be it’s a new car.I will never use them again poor customer service, & they won’t correct their error!!

I can’t speak on the actual dealership side but the service department side is terrible. I’ve went there multiple times for an A/C recharge first time I waited for almost 3 hours just for them to tell me the AC machine was down and I would have to come back Monday. Came back Monday for them to “fix” my cool air issue. A day later air was blowing warm again, called back and advised them of the problem and they want me to come back Monday for A/C diagnostics test which was going to be an extra $135 on top of the $260 I just spent for something to not even be fixed also shouldn’t the A/C diagnostics test been done prior? They’re super nice but honestly have no clue what they’re doing on the service department side and has made me take my business elsewhere and get away from KIA even thought I absolutely love my Sportage. BEWARE!!!!
Very positive experience at Cavenaugh Kia! Jon Light was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the Telluride. Jon was always honest and upfront and even allowed me to listen to conversations he had with other staff members about the vehicle I wanted (regarding price and arrival date of the vehicle). Jon also delivered the vehicle to me in Little Rock and spent a lot of time explaining all the features of the vehicle! I would definitely do business with Cavenaugh Kia and especially Jon Light! I have high praises for Jon Light and also Dave, Sales Manager. They were both very responsive and provided helpful information. I have never had an easier experience buying a car! Thank you!
Had a wonderful experience with the purchase of our 2021 Kia Sorrento on 8/21/21. Garret Thompson was our salesman and was very knowlegable and professional with the inventory. We were torn between a Hyundai Santa fe and the Kia Sorrento. He drove us in the sorrento to a Hyundai Dealetship to compare the two cars. Obiously the Sorrento won out. Paid $135 after for a check engine light inspection. After paying them check it out they told more they would have a additional fee to tell me what the problem was and that all they could do was reset the code witch was done previously before the appointment. Dont go here for any repairs everyone in the building including customers were very unhappy.
2 1/2 hours for a scheduled oil appt and have my headlights adjusted. $134 for synthetic oil change is ridiculous. My usual place charges $91. Pass on this service dept. 🙄

They filled out the Title incorrectly, and other paperwork...Drove over 100 miles back there for them to fix it with my family member. While redoing the paperwork the guy puts down my family member not once but three different times in a matter of 10 minutes. (Dont bite the hand that feeds you) Just spent thousands of dollars on a new car, and you go off on my family member,😡 If there was a choice for no stars, that would be my rating. To add insult to injury, when I got the new paperwork back in the mail, they got the address wrong on all the papers 😡.Dont get me wrong, not everyone there was rude.I will give kudos to Jeff the auto dealer that sold us the car...he was very nice and knowledgeable.

Very unorganized, extremely long time for oil change and tire rotation, almost 3 hours. Extremely high with no prior explanation of rates and what I was charged for. Im very disappointed with todays service.
The manager of the service department is AMAZING. Hes always the first to greet you when you arrive and he is not only extremely friendly, but very diligent about keeping you informed about your vehicles progress and maintenance. They are quick and friendly but also very professional with free popcorn and refreshments available.
We love our Kia Soul and the service we receive from Cavanaugh Kia. The tire light indicator came on so we took the car in. They were able to find and fix the problem within 30 minutes. The lobby where we waited was clean and comfortable and the young ladies who checked us in and out were kind, friendly and professional.

Ive spent many years in a job that kept me away from home most of the year. Finally at the age of 37 I was ready to pick out and buy my first new car. I researched cars for a few months before I picked out a Kia. I was torn between the Kia Seltos and the sportage. The day before I was planning to go to the dealership I put my info on their site to get pre qualified to hopefully save some time. I just got a blank email from a salesman. Saturday I got a call from Jeff saying he saw I was interested in the Seltos. I set an appointment with him for 1:00 so he would have time to give me all his attention. I show up at 1. I am greeted by Markese and he takes me to Jeff who then tells me he is busy and his buddy will take care of me. His partner Rooster was eating his lunch and looked a little irritated at being interrupted even though he said it was fine. He takes me out to two Seltos and when I asked the difference he said one was more expensive and took me to the cheaper one. He went and grabbed a key and handed it to me to test drive. I really liked it except for I felt the rearview mirror assembly was in a spot that could be a big blindspot issue. I parked the car and then went to find him for the Sportage keys next. I drove it and realized immediately I didnt like it. I went back in to find him and Markese held the door open and was very friendly and welcoming. I told Rooster I wanted the Seltos and he seemed surprised. By this point the only friendly welcoming person to me and my mother was Markese. My mom told me in the car the place had a weird feeling and no one seemed to want to help me and we should just leave. I told her from all Ive heard from co workers is thats the way most of the dealers treat you in Jonesboro. Ive witnessed it myself getting my grandmothers car serviced regularly at Nissan ( one of the reasons I didnt go with them). I told her I researched what I wanted and today was the only day I had for a few weeks to get a car and I wasnt leaving without one. Once I filled out my application on Roosters phone it took a couple minutes to get approved and he brings me the offer on the one I test drove. I told him I wanted to see the numbers for the loaded car. While he was gone I flipped thru a Seltos book to try and see the differences since he couldnt tell me. He came back in I signed the one for the loaded option and he looked shocked. Meanwhile mom was still saying we should go. She had never seen a place so cold before. After I was approved and waiting for the finance manager a few employees began to be a little friendlier. I went back to my grandmothers car to get my insurance sorted and faxed in privacy. I was already starting to regret not telling the salesman to screw off and ask if Markese was a salesman because he was the only one who seemed to want to help someone. I didnt know how the process worked and sitting in the car I was feeling irritated and stressed. I went back in to meet with the finance manager and he was so nice and helpful. I felt more relaxed and he was able to explain some things to me. I signed my paperwork and was ready to take my car and Jeff is trying to show me how the remote start works but all its doing is annoying him. He shows me some of the features but I was really irritated and just wanted him out of the car. Had to go back into finance to fix something and then we were finally leaving. All in all I am in love with my Seltos. I found out Markese was a salesman and I regretted not standing up for myself and stating I wanted the guy who wanted to help. I will recommend Markese and the finance manager. Those two are the only ones who made the experience somewhat good. I left the dealership disappointed in my experience but happy with my car. I would buy from Kia again I just know I should be treated better by my salesmen and know Jeff and Rooster arent for me
Service after the sell is so important to me. Ive bought vehicles from most of the dealerships in town, and hands down Cavenaugh Kia is the BEST. They noticed something was broken on my vehicle and called to tell me that they had ordered the part because it would be covered under my warranty and hoped I didnt mind. Talk about going above and beyond, they do. Plus they always get my vehicle in quickly. I really hate to trade my van off, but I need a 12 passenger, and unfortunately Kia doesnt sell one. Ill be sad to lose their service department.

Go to Crain in NLR. I drove from Searcy to Jonesboro and purchased my vehicle with a service pkg for free oil changes and tire rotations. They refuse to take appts past 4 and no longer want to work on Saturdays. I will never purchase from here again. My third Kia, but I’ll drive the hour south before using Cavanaugh again.

My purchasing experience here was GREAT! They went out of their way to find the exact car I wanted. This is my forever car.However..... the service department is TERRIBLE. After reading some of the other reviews, its safe to say things have NOT changed there. Lack of communication with each other there, and with their customers. Ive been waiting over a month now for a repair to be made. A part was to be in 2-3 days, ... after 2 weeks I finally called and wow they received the part in yesterday... they pick it up from work (NICE PERK!) to repair it a week later, but gosh we cant get to the tool needed (its in the master mechanics toolbox and hes out for the day) so we will pick it up Monday or Tuesday (yesterday or today...) I called yesterday,... if we can get the tool needed we will pick your car up Im told. Well, a day later, Im still waiting. 8/1/17

I love their waiting room while you wait for your auto! You can hook up to their free wifi or free TV and enjoy popcorn and soda. They also have other snack machines you can choose items from. The car service is efficient too. They have everything written on a form and explain all so there will not be any surprises. I recommend this service!

The whole deal was based on buying a vehicle with the understanding that we wanted different wheels. The sales manager said he would make it right. Once the papers were signed we heard nothing for weeks and then instead of what we were promised we had cheap hub caps placed on the truck that flew off within five minutes of being placed. We ended up buying on our own wheels and spending nine hundred somewhere else. Tried to get Cavenaugh to sell us the new wheels for half of the price and they refused. Lost a repeat customer for life over 450 dollars.
I recently purchased my second vehicle from Cavenaugh Kia. In hindsight, I should have gone elsewhere. The salesman was great and very willing to work with me. The sales manager was an absolute jerk. As long as that man is running the place, our family will not do business there.
I have had a problem with my car misfiring since I bought it brand new at Cavenaugh Kia in Jonesboro and have been fighting for a year and a half to get them to fix it or make it right. Now its in the shop at a different Kia dealer and are having trouble finding the cause of the misfire. It misfires on 2 of the cylinders and has a 3rd random misfire and at the moment Im not in the position to purchase another vehicle. Dont let this dealership screw you like it has me

I got a great deal on a 2019 Kia Forte. They were all very professional and honest about what was best for me. Its hard to find an honest dealership these days, but Cavanaugh Kia is the best.

Worse experience with a car dealership ever. Vehicle I wanted had a check engine light, and the dealership tried to lie and say it was due to a programmer. The check engine light was actually due to a failing oil pressure sensor. Dealership refused to admit they lied, and fix the problem. We walked out in the middle of signing papers, due to this and how rude they were. My wife and I were talking in another office, and we could overhear them talking bad about us.
These guys are nice gentlemen. Very kind and respectful. Really enjoyed the experience with them. Stay tuned...

I called this dealership last week when my alternator died in my Sorento( 6 years old and only 23,500 miles). The person in the service shop said they could take my car, but they would not be able to have an opening until July 1st!!!!I laughed hysterically and called Gateway Tire. My car was ready the next day. I will NEVER buy any car from Cavenaugh again.They are great to sell you a car but extremely lacking in aftercare service.

The Sales men were okay and decently quick on realizing we were there. In which a few minutes afterwards a salesperson approached the individuals with me and myself as well. When it came time to purchase the vehicle we had picked, it took much much longer than it ever should have taken to purchase the vehicle. All the while, we continued to basically sit and wait for hours on end with no real update as to what ward transpiring.
Everyone was extremely nice and they got everything done in a hurry... They changed the oil, and several other things including a great hand wash... I got there at 9, They were done by 3... Great work, time, and people!

Arrived from out of town with my Kia making a strange noise. The majority of the personnel very helpful and friendly. Checked over my car quickly and effectively. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 was due to the rude counter girl. I felt she resented being asked any questions. But the rest of the staff was fantastic.

From the minute I called Cavenaugh KIA and spoke with one of the servicemen, I explained what was going on and he listened to everything I said.
