Always friendly and I always find what I need. Even if they dont have something, I can order it to the store. Good prices and the service is even better.

Said everything I owned was defective and could only sell it for half price.-Xbox was defective because there was some dust on top of the console that takes 1 second to wipe off.-Ps4 controller was defective because there was some dust on the top of my joycons.-Xbox controller defective because of a tiny scratch on the inside of the battery pack.Only thing not defective were my games. Of course the cheapest things they have to buy ranging from 2-8 dollars at most for 40 dollar games.

Im a casual gamer and I love Gamestop. Their store is always clean, their staff are polite and knowledgeable of games and systems too. They always help when I do need it. Absolutely my favorite local place to shop for gaming gear.

Terrible customer service. The staff couldn’t seem any less interested in helping. They’re always leaned against the counter on their phones and seem bothered when/if you ask them for help.If you try avoid the staff and purchase online to pick up in store, you never get the email saying the order is ready to be picked up. I always have to call for confirmation. Even then I usually have to call two or three times to even get an associate to answer the phone. When they do they are always rude.

Went to get an xbox one controller. I actually felt comfortable for a second. Picked up a token for a used controller. When I went to check out the cashier was wearing her mask under her nose. I am high risk and found this very unprofessional. Found out that even though the tokens were on the shelf there were no controllers available at all. So not only was my health at risk they couldnt provide stock as advertised.

Really appreciate the whole staff and the manager Cody truly pays attention to the needs of my kids and helps advise them on the best gaming experience. Cody and the staff have also helped me choose games that are appropriate for my kids and stay away from the inappropriate titles that my kids should not be playing. I love that they allow us to trade in our old games and reserve upcoming titles. Thanks to Cody and the whole staff!

The woman working at the counter always treats me with respect and helps me trade my games with a smile and a good sense of humour. I got Super Smash Bros. Ultimate for the Nintendo Switch and was very happy with my experience. I always go to this GameStop because the attendants at the Turtle Creek Mall location are sometimes off-putting.

Well right now they dont have a lot of inventory, Im guessing because of Christmas.

Gamestop is a rip off, theyve took ADVANTAGE of patrons for over a decade. The future is digital and online, enjoying there slow demise as bad as that sounds.

Helpfull staff sometimes under staffed for all they do. Always got what you need or can get it for you. Good trade in prices even on things that you would think not worth much.

GameStop has really declined for me over the past few years. I have always loved browsing their stores being a gamer, but it seems that every time I go anymore, I get next to no help from the staff, even when the store is empty. When it comes to customer service I feel like I never get helped. The only location that seems to somewhat care about customers is the Paragould location, which is the only GameStop i find myself visitng anymore.

People who complain about trade in value dont realize that there are 80 of the same game sitting on the shelf that nobody will buy... ie: your nba 2k12 isnt going to net you much of a trade when nobody is going to buy it and it sits there til the end of the world
