Store rep was very helpful in explaining the differences in the iPhone 12 series and explained the return policy and the restock charge if I changed my mind about the phone I chose. I was sent a new phone as ATT considered my 1+5 to be 3G.It a great phone and the staff at our local ATT store agreed with me that my phone was 4G. So after I received a warning text that my phone will soon be losing its normal functionality I made a visit to the store. The staff activated the new phone ( Samsung Galaxy S9 ). I can only hope that I wont be charged for this new phone when it wasnt needed. 🙁

By far the best experience I’ve ever had at AT&T. I ended up going in for a small accessory. After listening to me ETHAN found ways to reduce my bill by so much I was in shock. He listened and worked really hard. Katie manager came over several times to make sure I was getting the most discounts I could. I wish every retail store for this caring and workedThis hard! A huge thank you to Patrick! While shopping for a prepaid phone for my elderly mother, he was patient in explaining how the plans work. Chad, Brittany and an African American gent, (Joquan I think )sorry, cannot remember his name but he said hed been w/ this store 5years, they were so attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, didnt get frustrated with all our questions AND TOOK THEIR TIME WITH US, no matter how long it took, from phone purchase, android to iPhone data transfers, to getting accessories, they were amazing!! Paige and Alea were very friendly, patient, and super helpful with getting my husband and I switched onto our new account, setting up our new phones, and helping us with accessories for our phones! I have loved doing business with this store as everyone was very nice, the store was also very clean, and had great social distancing and other factors to help with COVID. Went to purchase 3 new phones. Once card was ran for purchase and new phones were activated the salesman walked away and we had to wait a good 20 minutes for a manager to finish transaction. It was at this point we were told one of the phones could not be traded in due to being locked out of apple account. We had already told this to 2 other sales reps and they never once mentioned not being able to trade in a phone due to this issue. We decided to cancel the entire transaction, which took another hour to complete. Will take business elsewhere next time.

I went into this store and had a very pleasant experience today. I was greeted by a woman named Erika who began to make this a successful trip to AT&T. With all of the covid procedures we are following and having my foster children with me it is usually an unpleasant experience to go anywhere. She showed us the utmost respect and patience. She helped with all the questions I had and the other workers were kind and friendly to my talkative children. I would recommend that anyone and everyone go to this location and ask for Erika to give them help too!

My day started with me trying to call the Jonesboro Verizon store as I have for the last three weeks. I made an appointment online and went on that day to find the store was empty.Today, I called Verizon one last time hoping to reach a human. I was unable to get anyone to answer. I then called the AT&T location on E. Highland next to Hiro. A very polite gentleman named Jaquan answered the phone and spoke to me. He told me about some of the deals they had and asked if I’d like to come in and meet with him. I went in to the store very hesitant to switch to AT&T having always had Verizon.After talking with Mr. Jaquan, my wife and I both decided to purchase a new phone. (With me switching from Verizon) He was very professional patient and was able to answer every question my wife and I asked him. Most of all he seemed to be very honest and made us feel no pressure to make a move today.This store is lucky to have him as an employee.

It has been a bit since this happened but when I upgraded my phone I SPECIFICALLY ASKED THEM not to put the insurance on my phone. As well as the AT&T next up plan. But it happened. I looked at my bill and not only did they put me on insurance and the next up plan, they UPPED my current plan! I have previously worked as an authorized retailer for AT&T and I have to say, I am so disappointed. It’s sad that they view their commission over their customers requests. I will not be upgrading my phone, nor any of my lines at this store again.

Moises and Antwan were very helpful. Couldnt ask for better service from them! We went Monday and was assisted by Joel, im not sure he knew what he was talking about. He sold us a tablet to add to our plan for my uncle in a nursing home, we told him exactly what we planned to use it for and he said it would work for what we needed. After purchasing it and getting home to set it up (of which he didnt even try to help set up), we found out we cant even use it for that purpose! Was told we have to pay an extra $50 to return the tablet. Very disappointed with Joels service. But a huge thank you to Moises for being awesome and such a huge help and to Antwan as well for any additional help needed!

Do not trust adding new phones we were told our bill will go up about 40-50$ instead we get a separate bill we have been trying to get this resolved for a year and nothing finally a Year later we are in and we now owe 2000$ that I must pay all at once to get that separate bill that they were to combine which did not go up 50$ more like 200$ it is really a mess. And all of the trips made to this store with don’t worry we will get that combined and taken care of not handled. I am very unhappy about this and think the customer service stinks. Needless to say the guy who did this is gone and no longer works here so we can ask him what he did to get two different accounts.

This AT&T store was amazing. I went to several stores in different towns yesterday never got waited on. I came to this AT&T store at Turtle Creek Mall in Jonesboro AR today. Gage came out and took care of all my needs immediately reset everything on my new phone was very polite could not ask for better service. Other employees came by checking on me while I was waiting for him to transfer my stuff to new phone. It was an all around great experience during the virus situation they are having to work in. I really appreciate there service today and will definitely use that store from now on. Thank you Gage.
