I love love love going here. I hardly ever walk out empty handed. I love the owner, she is a very dear Friend. I love that I can feel like a teen whenever I wear something from here. And most of the time, I love to put on something that I purchased and wear it out of the shop. My kids get me things from here, they know I will love what ever they get. Here are a few items that I have. Once you go there, you will want to keep going, they always have new arrivals. ✌🏻❤️🙃

They always have super cute clothes, but the costumer service is very hit and miss. I had a girl that was super sweet and helpful in store. Bragged on her to other people. Then, I called the store as directed by another worker. On two different occasions they answered my question, but it felt like they were very annoyed at me and my question. They were also just kind of rude about me a calling, but advised me to call again. :/Customer service is important to me. I don’t think anybody should feel bad after a store experience. Two different experiences, but love the store and the items in it.

Came in from out of town to shop. I walked in and was gathering items. No one offered to help me with a dressing room or anything else. There must have been at least six girls working and they all brushed past me stocking racks, looking annoyed at me. There were about as many customers as employees so it wasnt like they were busy.

I have ordered from The Refinery a few times and each time the customer service has been impeccable! This last time I placed a decent sized order and two of the items were accidentally forgotten in the shipment. I simply called them. They fixed it immediately and were so apologetic! Life happens. People make mistakes. They didn’t need to apologize profusely, but they did and even sent me the cutest pair of earrings to match my shirt that had been forgotten in the first shipment as a way of apologizing yet again! They go above and beyond for their customers! Every single item I have ever ordered from them has been even better than I expected! The items are reasonably priced and made of good material that doesn’t fall apart after the first wash! Talk about a small business that has it all right!

If you buy something and it doesnt fit, make sure you return it within 14 days .They will not accept anything after that. Bought a pair of $60 Sanuks for my son that were a little small. Never were worn. Tags still on it. Was not a clearance item. The same style is hanging right there on the rack. Even with a receipt they wouldnt offer store credit. Youre just out of luck. Our family has shopped here quite a bit over the years. No more. Retailers wonder why people shop online. Instances like this are a big reason.

Clothes are too expensive and there is a very small section for plus sized women.
