Dr Patrick Fowler was very professional and very thorough in my recent eye examination. He never rushes through any part of the exam and always stops to see if the patient has questions or concerns.After the exam, the assistant was very helpful in sharing frames that were available and gave recommendations but did not push any particular brand of frame. I was satisfied with the frame when it was ready.A few months later, I decided to get an extra pair of glasses but wanted a different frame. A different assistant helped this time. She was very patient and extremely helpful in giving advice on the type of frame that fit my face.I wholeheartedly recommend Elite Eyecare for any type of vision need.

My mother was seen here today and she was impressed with all of the staff she encountered, as well as the care they showed her. She is a tough cookie and she is recommending them to her friends. Well done Elite Eye Care.

Found the facility to be clean, staffed with courteous, well trained professionals, and optometrists that are highly skilled and matter of fact in providing details of my exam. Great experience and would highly recommend.

All of the assistants are super nice and very helpful. Dr. Fowler is an awesome eye doctor. He has helpful tips and cares for his patients. He works super hard to get your vision the best it can be and answer all your questions. Would highly recommend this office for your eye care needs.

Ive been going to Elite since 2019 and their customer service never disappoints! I had an appointment today, and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. They made the process of getting my new glasses easy and quick.

I love them. The staff and everyone are so nice and helpful. They have helped me when I have lost contacts and when my dog chewed my glasses they gave me some contacts to use until I could get seen since Im legally blind without them. I would recommend them to anyone.

Sitting at the drive through window now for over 30 minutes waiting to have lenses replaced that were scratched. Have been told twice now that they are working on it and it will be a few more minutes. Then they tell us they have to send off to the lab to remake the lens because it didnt fit right.

While purchasing contacts I was told that if I got a years supply that I would be able to receive a $50 rebate. This was requiring me to spend more money than I had but was convinced by the staff that if I did so I would receive a $50 rebate. After I went through the purchasing process uploading my receipt to their rebate center and so forth I found out that the contacts that I purchased wasnt part of the rebate. I feel like the lack of knowledge with the staff is the reason why I ended up spending more money on my contacts than I needed to. So when buying contacts here make sure that the ones that you are purchasing are the ones that will get the rebate. If not you will be greatly disappointed like I was.
