Dr. K at vision care is very easy to talk to. He and his nurses are very welcoming. He explained things in a way I could understand. He even gave me a bottle of eye drops, price and where to get them.They made me feel at ease because I knew my eyes had got bad and had anxiety. I couldnt ask for a better experience.Eyemart express was wonderful. I walked in knowing what I wanted. I told Ashley and she was on it. Made me feel at ease because she didnt step out of line for what I wanted. Both pair of glasses only took 38 minutes! You cant beat their sales either AND selection! Been going for over 5 yrs and will be a lifetime!Thank you to both places

I came in close to closing time and a nice young lady helped me pick out frames and sold me an insurance plan called No Questions Asked that I wasnt entirely sure that I needed but two weeks later I stepped on my glasses and broke them and was instantly was relieved I had purchased the plan. The first time I went in I was not sure what frames to get and the lady I spoke with was not very helpful and just left me and walked away. I left frustrated but returned because I desperately needed glasses. The gentleman greeted me and my daughter and helped me throughout the whole process explaining everything in detail. Went in today for a specific shaped frame, been wearing glasses for decades, I know what does and does not compliment my face shape. Ashley was the employee I was unlucky enough to be assigned to. I was trying on frames I liked and she kept bringing me frames that I made very clear that I wasnt interested in because of the shape and colors. Even told me what I was picking was soooooo early 2000s. When I mentioned my age and that I wasnt into wild color frames with glitter hearts on them, she says oh this is gonna make you feel real old, youre older than my mother, she was rushing me, she was rude to my son, and had basically no knowledge of lens ad ons.On the flip side, the other staff I dealt with when I picked up my glasses were very friendly and helpful. Prices were great and had spectacles on my face in under and hour!

Tammy was a great help in picking out our glasses. She throughly went over all options on what lenses she personally thought would fit us based on our work responsibilities along with driving at night etc, with that that said she did not try to influence in any way in persuading us to buy the better lens. Also, with them being busy she was not distracted in any way, her concern was in making sure we bought the glasses that we were comfortable with. She took the time in helping us pick out frames etc. I would highly recommend eye mart to anyone needing prescription glasses. The cost was half of what paid for my glasses at the eye dr. Again I want to emphasize the knowledge n patience Tammy had in answering any and all question we had. 5 star service for sure. Thanks again Tammy for your help and knowledge.

It went great! They were very fast. I just got plain lenses but they had 2 pair of glasses ready in under 30 minutes. The lady that helped me was really sweet. She had the best personality. As soon as I walked in to the Jonesboro, Ar store, I felt at home. Everyone was so nice and ready to help. I spent time picking out my glasses and the customer service lady was so fun. She picked out some, I put them on, then she would say, nope those dont look good on you - and she was right. I feel in love with a few pair and was so happy to get them the same day. The sales person and manager were the best! If you are in need of glasses - Go HERE before anywhere!

My husband ask for me to comment. The customer service was great. The agent that helped me was very informative and explained the different types of lens and the quality of each lens. The special on the frames were 2 for $38. The frames look great on me. The only downside to my visit was the wait time. I suggest a receptionist and/or host/ess to assist customers with signing in and for those that are just picking up glasses.

Excellent service, I received glasses in 46 minutes, wow. The other eye glass store I have been using takes 2 weeks to get your glasses if they remember to place the order, which has happened twice. I was with them for over 12 years and they would not honor a pair of glasses that the laminated lenses came apart on costing me over $200, so if you want that kind of customer service go see them, they are very elite.

It was great! The lady who helped me was super knowledgeable. I didnt have my prescription with me, I had grabbed the wrong paper and it was close to 6 and they close at 7. She told me that if I could find it and bring it back theyd stay open late to get my glasses done. Of course I told her it wasnt that urgent but I thought it was awesome that she would offer!

I received excellent service from the young lady that helped me select my new glasses. I went in a couple of time, then asked her to put a couple of frames on hold for me until I could get my eyes checked, and she did it for me. She waited on me when I went back to get my glasses. His high energy was just the same in-person. Cailey helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for, at the best price possible. My 10 year old daughter and I went in saturday for glasses, because they were the ONLY one open. After letting the staff know they were for my daughter, the staff worked with her as if she were a mini adult. They explained the process to my daughter, showed different styles, critiqued creatively if they didn’t fit or look right, made adjustments to the glasses she likes and made me feel like they really wanted her to be happy with the glasses. That is Great customer service and being a Business Owner who speak to my customer No Matter the Age, I loved it! This is how we train our kids to grow up to be productive and decisive adults. I had a great experience today. I was able to get two pair of glasses for less than 50 dollars. The staff was friendly and helpful. They told me it would be about an hour wait until til they were ready but I got the text my glasses were ready 10 minutes later. Im telling very one I know about their great service.

The staff were super friendly; I was not immediately greeted but soon as I told them what I needed the process was easy. I needed my glasses that day because I have an eye infection and could not wear my contacts AND my old glasses were broken. In 30 minutes my glasses were ready for pick up!

I went in for the 2 for $38.71. I quickly picked out 2 pair. From beginning of walking in the door to receiving my glasses, it took about 35 minutes total! Everyone there was very helpful and courteous.

They are really friendly and I love the fact that Im able to get my glasses the same day and they always tell you an hour but I have never had to wait that long. They have my glasses ready in 15 minutes or less and thats amazing!!

Think you cant get glasses same day you shop for them? Think again! Get your eye exam, pick out your frames and wait about an hour and your glasses are ready to pick up! Its as easy as that! I would have given a rating of five stars but they were so busy I actually had to wait a little while for an associate but worth the wait.
