Extremely disappointed in this place! I placed an order for a 12-inch round cookie cake for my sons birthday. The decoration was beautiful but it was so overcooked, it was crispy!Thats not the bad part. I messaged the business and was met with crickets. It is extremely unprofessional to have seen a message and not respond. I think Ill take my business to Great American Cookie next time. Its a shame, I always try to shop local.
