Had what I needed in stock. Unlike other sites tgay said what I needed in stock took my money then told me they where in back order a week later. Had it happen to me twice. Called this place asked if it really was in stock was told they di not do back orders. Said great ordered what I needled and bam sent out within 24 hours. Thak you so much for doing what two there places couldnt seem too. You have a life long customer now.

Went in on a Saturday, unknowingly, right before closing. Hoped to order a pistol I had struck out looking for online. They had a selection of what I wanted and priced under all of the out of stock prices online. They were very helpful with all of the information and modifications available. I will be shopping there again for my firearm needs.

I am posting this here because the company has not, and probably will not, post it to their website.I agree with the posting from another reviewer about the MD-5 holster that they sell not fitting the Bond Arms models. I have extensively used Sticky brand holsters for a variety of handguns. I have one currently for a 2in. Smith & Wesson J-Frame. The Sticky Holster MD-5 (standard, non-Bond Arms version) is for that style of revolver.When I purchased what was listed as a Sticky Holster MD-5 Bond Arms, instead of receiving the Bond Arms version that is advertised on the sellerโ€™s website, which by the way does include the picture of the correct holster, that is NOT what I received. I received the stand MD-5 which does not have the proper room for a 3 - 3.5in. barreled derringer to properly sit in the holster.Other reviewers that recommended this holster are carrying their firearm in a less than secure manner. This might be passable for front pocket carry, for which the Sticky holsters are frequently used, however, if you are carrying the Sticky holster inside your waistband with or without a belt, as it is designed to be used, then your firearm is at risk of becoming dislodged from the holster. This is an obvious safety issue.I am also giving this review 1 star due to the poor customer service that I received when I called to notify the seller that they sent me the wrong holster. I was first told that I was sent the correct holster as it is the only one that they stock. When I explained that I could provide a side-by-side comparison of the standard MD-5 that I have in my possession with the one they sent me, and that it did not physically match either the photo on their or the manufacturerโ€™s websites, I was then told that I could return the item for a refund. I requested a paid return label since I was sold something that was incorrect. I had to go back and forth with the customer service person, who had to โ€œcheckโ€ with someone else several times and, finally, to threaten to cancel another pending order that I had before I was sent a shipping label. However, upon the seller receiving my return I was not credited the full amount that I paid. It appears that they still charged me for the return shipping cost. I have not contacted this seller again because I do not want to deal with someone who will not admit that they made a mistake in either advertisement or sourcing of the wrong item from the manufacture.I eventually purchased the correct version holster directly from the manufacture. While it cost more, I do have the correct product for my firearm. It is unfortunate that I will no longer be purchasing items from this seller due to their poor customer service, as their prices are much lower than their competitors. However, since I buy thousands of dollars of firearms and firearms accessories each year, I will only do business with sellers that deal fairly with me.I want to point out that I left a very positive review of the other two items that I purchased on the sellerโ€™s website, which they, of course, posted. I add this to say that I believe that I offer fair reviews of both products and company practices. It is unfortunate that some companies are not transparent with posting negative reviews, too.

Sent me the wrong barrel even though the order was clear. The excuses started after I complained. Poor customer service and quality control. Be advised, they apparently dont check the product before they send it. They did not for my order.

I actually ordered a barrel in mat black finish, not what I actually needed but it was available in the caliber I wanted, the barrel actually showed up in mat bead blasted finish that is what I really needed anyway, that barrel showed sold out in the caliber I wanted, so it actually worked out perfect for me...so obviously they have some issue there with what is shown on web site and what was shipped, but for once it worked out for me..so ๐Ÿ‘ up for them anyway.
