This store has some great people working to help you get the part you need for your vehicle. Try them first before you go to the other guys. Ive have patronixed NAPA stores long before the other guys were ever known around the local area and if they dont have it, or cant get It, then it probably is not available. They offer better quality parts, many with life-time warranties, or the economy versions of those same parts.Give them a try first, before considering the other guys. I think you will be satisfied with the service, parts, and prices.

Staffing is upbeat, 2missed special orders in a row though. Extremely SMALLER lobby than expected for size of building. So their warehouse must be diversified?? IDK

Napa usually has the best quality parts of all the chain stores. Prices are generally a little bit more as well. This location is on the small side but I found what I was looking for.

Great parts at great prices. Super friendly and willing to help, very knowledgeable. Other than OReilly on Rangeline, this is the only part store in Joplin with driving to.

These guys know their stuff. I work for a local equipment rental company and when I have to get the right part in a hurry, these are the guys I call. Ive been impressed with the staff, service and product knowledge at this location. Oreillys could learn something from these guys!
