Byrider always has quick friendly service. My car had problems two different times. One being my ignition and the recent one my fuel pump. They were both covered with my warranty which is amazing. The mechanics were all nice and always get the job done. My car is always fixed on the same day and done in no more that four to five hours. Anytime we have mechanical issues Clay Hale & his service department are always prompt on service an very friendly an personable.We were in a super tight bind when our Corolla had a misfiring cylinder an they immediately jumped into gear an diagnosed the problem, replaced the fouled fourth cylinder coil pack and even allowed us to delay the payment of the repair until we brought our monthly payment an allowed us to take care of both amounts on our scheduled payment date. They absolutely treated us like family instead of just another pain in the butt needy customer.Thanks alot guys for looking out for my wife an the quality care for her automobile.

I had several challenges that need to be overcome to get me in to a newer reliable vehicle. I had a lower income level and a limited down payment plus a bankruptcy on my credit.Still the amazing team at Byriders managed to get me financed and in to a beautiful 2013 Kia Rio with low mileage and a payment that I can afford on a payment schedule that works with finances. Plus I have a warranty that covers just about everything under the sun with only a 50 dollar deductible for 48000 miles or 48 months! That the entire length of my Loan!!! Oh let’s not for get that they financed my state sales tax in the payment and just to put cherries on top of the ice cream I get free oil changes the entire time I’m making car payments along with roadside assistance and rental reimbursement if my car has to be in for a repair over 8 hours. Still a good place to buy a car. Its been around a year and a half since we bought our car. Since then, we had a few things happen to our car. Our transmission started acting up. We made a call to byrider and they set us up an appointment and got our car in to be looked at. Their mechanics worked on our car and had the issue discovered and fixed in no time. It took about a week while waiting for parts to be delivered and them to work on it.Then we had a small ice related incident that bent our frame by the front passenger tire. Again, we called byrider and they set us up an appointment and their mechanics got right to fixing it.I still say this has been one of the best places I have bought a car from. Keep up the good work guys. Really appreciate the cnac financial department side for working with us this last month. You guys rock.

I filled out an application online and byrider some how picked it up. They began blowing my phone and email and text up. I was wanting a new car so I went up there after about a week of ongoing emails text messages and annoying phone calls. Upon arrival my sales guy (a nice young kid by the name of Dalton)I was in formed that every car they sold came with a great 42000 mile warranty and they would take my trade in for a down. When asked how much I had I very clearly said 0. The manager Marty very rudely replied well didn’t you get the child tax credit? In which I said yes but I’m not giving it as a down. They gave me one option for a car. But it was a Toyota for 13995 kinda high but they were very persistent they could get me approved. When they came back with the final paperwork the snuck in 2500 extra for the warranty (I was led to believe it was coming with the vehicle) and 1700 bucks down broke up between my first six payments. Also they said they would have to have 300 cash within three days. Plus 6500 bucks in interest. Almost 22000 bucks for a 2009 Toyota Camry. Way to take advantage of people in a rough credit situation. So anyways the following day my kid tests positive for covid and I start to have symptoms as well. So I call immediately to tell him (Marty the manager)I can’t come up with the extra 300.00 because I’m sick with covid as is my daughter. He told me the deal was off and honestly I feel like I dodged a bullet.

Great for people looking to rebuild credit or arent going to have the funds to maintain a vehicle. Clay at JD Byriders service department is phenomenal to work with and tries his best to take care of the customers. Byrider has a great warranty and had programs to ensure the up keep of your vehicle purchased through them.

Attempted to get a car through Byrider because I thought, from all the reviews and the person that called me saying they would help, they would help me more than carhop...they did...somewhat. I got a little further than carhop. Only because they go by how much you make and not your credit. Okay cool! This could work for me. Figured making almost $1000 every 2 weeks I can finangle the $300-$400 dollars a month payment for a car (thats the amount they quoted me that I would pay ($150 to $200 bi-weekly charge) Thats $1600 in my pocket total a month leftover...minus my $650 in rent thats $950 left. And that having side jobs like door dash and Amazon flex theres more money in my pocket depending on how much I work through them....how is that not enough to make car payments and live off of?? How is $950+ not enough for other bills such as utilities and food(dont have to pay for food because food stamps for a month). Definitely doesnt make sense...not sure what to do now...
