We were on the road traveling from Chicago to Texas and our vehicle stopped on us due to a fuel problem that we actually thought it was something else and he told us what it was. This guy took our vehicle right in and serviced it immediately for a fair price. I’m very thankful I was able to find him on google!!! He did everything he could for us. And we appreciate it soo much. I highly recommend this repair shop. Both guys were very nice and welcoming and alot of help. If I could give him 100 stars I would.

It’s so hard to find an honest shop in the Joplin area that you can trust but Hyper-Tune is a place you can trust. Reasonable prices and good location. They are quick and efficient and really know what they are talking about. They go ABOVE and BEYOND every time I go there with customer service that is phenomenal.Highly recommend!

This place has been doing work on our car for years. Hes always up front with prices. If something changes he lets us know before doing any work. He is great and fair.

Do NOT take your car here. Preys on broken down travelers. Replaced a/c compressor saying it was new but it was used and broke 2 weeks later. Forced to pay cash with no receipt or warranty. Didn’t even put Freon in it. Very dishonest.

Very poor customer service, way over quote and took months. I had initially gone in for a head-gasket, he told me he had a lot of experience with my make and it wouldnt be a problem, later he called and told me that he had to pull several large components out of the car in order to finish the job and that it would take longer and cost a lot more. worst of all he had already ordered more parts and done the extra work before consulting me and told me if i couldnt come up with the extra money he would shove everything into the trunk and push my car out into the street. A hundred or so miles later a fitting in my steering rack came undone which blew power steering fluid everywhere and stranded me. i took it to another mechanic and he said the last person to work on my car didnt tighten everything down and i was missing a couple bolts and fasteners. needless to say i am extremely disappointed

Issues come up with all cars, take it in for one thing that is fixed but the cause was from something else, this is life. I have had nothing but good dealing and truth from my visits to Hypertune. Thanks

This guy is a rip off! Paid him in advance for a new radiator got the van back with a used one and leaking antifreeze refused to give us a receipt. ..hes a jerk needs to go back to freaking Iran!
