Sent my BMW 750 to them with a massive oil leak. It turned out to be a relatively simple fix that they were able to turn-around a bit faster than anticipated. The staff I dealt with were polite and professional. They fixed the issue and made me aware of another lesser issue I may address later.

Wife went down there to get a power steering leak fixed. They charged her $250 to replace a hose, and not a day later it started leaking again. Turns out it wasnt a hose it was power steering pump they missed on the first round. Well nope its not that either its a part on top of the power steering pump. So after everything this shop almost had me for $600...for a power steering leak. Well long story short my wife thankfully gave me a call and we were able to get it into another shop. The same day less then an hour later she drove off in her REPAIRED vehicle for $55. I know times are hard but trying to take advantage of people is just wrong. Well at least I know where not to take my vehicles so there is my silver lining I guess.Update: Honestly you can tell by the reply on this review how professional this shop is. Attacking someone on a personal level, and lying about everything all because they gave a negative review is shameful. Apparently Im the one who lacks tact though.

A/C not cooling and they specialize in foreign vehicles. They had the car for two days, took the dash completely off finally starting the part needed was on back order and not found any where in the US. I had them put the car back together and they charged $800. To fix nothing. I called the Fiat dealership two hours away where theydiagnosis over the phone, a common problem with the model. Set an appointment and had it fixed in less than hour for $260.00.

From start to finish autohaus was one the best experience I ever had. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about my a/c issue. After calling every major shop in my area I ended up traveling 45mins to autohaus because they had the best price and seemed the most honest. After getting my repair done I was more than pleased with the quality of work they performed. I am now super happy with my a/c and finally no longer over heating in the car.I will use autohaus for my future repairs and recommend them for any work you need.Thank you all again. Yall are a life savor.

Exceptional service! Since moving back to the area I had been looking for somewhere to do large repairs that I cannot manage on my own and upon having an emergency situation early in the month of June they were able to get me in within two days and stayed to make sure it was finished. I have since taken my vehicle for superfluous repairs I have been putting off due to the wonderful service I received during the emergency situation. I have not been disappointed! I will continue to take my vehicle as well as my familys vehicles here! Rustin (service advisor) and the mechanic were fantastic!

These folks were fast, honest, and provided great communication. I’ll definitely return here if I have any other car troubles.

Never working with these people again. Everytime they supposedly fix my bmw. Something else goes wrong, I ask them to do a full look over which btw theyve never charged for before but all of the sudden it cost $100 I guess but anyways a while back I had a pretty bad oil leak which they were supposed to fix but they didnt and had to pay them again to get it fixed a 2nd time. There rude. Do not trust these people go to PHP.

If you have a foreign vehicle that really needs worked on and are in the Joplin area, you’re better off waiting on a scheduled appointment for PHP. I took my 2001 BMW to auto Haus to get serviced and it ended up taking a day later than the scheduled time the lady gave me and my car over heated on the highway because they changed my water pump but left my old thermostat causing my engine to over heat and more money in repairs. Literally just wait on PHP

My truck broke down near by on my way back to New Mexico. AAA located Autohaus for me and I could not be happier with the choice. They got it mid afternoon on a Friday and I was good to go midday Monday. Reasonable rate and friendly service. They even came out to get me when it was ready.

Great customer service! They changed a bulb in my Car. Im giving 3 stars because they charged me $35 to test drive it for a few minutes to check an issue which had no real solution from BMW. Not their fault but still thats a bit expensive for a 5 min test drive.

In the long run, they even saved us some money. And a 2 year warranty, who does that anymore?So kind and so honest, really good folks.We wont be taking our cars anywhere else. We moved to the Joplin area in 2003. Since, at that point, I owned a VW, I initially chose Autohaus because they advertised they worked on foreign cars. We quickly grew to have confidence in their skill, honesty, and consistent efforts to keep the costs down, we never left. Whether its our 1991 Dodge pickup or our 2012 Kia Soul, theres no place I trust more to do service and repairs than Autohaus.

Only place that Ill take my VW. Very friendly and reasonable prices. Have never had a problem.
