This is the best place I have ever been to to get my car serviced. I walked in without and appointment and was out in 30 minutes. I told one of the employees I think I needed to get my tires rotated and he told me they looked good and saved me the money on the rotation. They were all extremely nice, friendly and professional. I will be recommending Jiffy Lube to my friends in the future.

Used Jiffy Lube when we lived in Oklahoma, was excited to see one built in Joplin. Fast and super friendly. You can usually find good coupons on their website too.

These folks are phenomenal. My impression of them is that they are honest, genuinely helpful people who enjoy their job and respect their customers. I came for a simple oil change, then remembered that I had a taillight out and asked them if theyd mind fixing that, which they were glad to do for ten dollars (the cost of the bulb). They inspected the condition of my cars engine, tires, and underneath. The entire experience can be summed up by saying, I was in good hands. Thank you

These guys saved the day. Noticed my oil was leaking after getting an oil change with a different company and came in to get it looked at, turns out it was just a loose oil cap. They waved the diagnostic fee and the turnaround time was SUPER fast on it. Really appreciate them taking a look at it.

I’ve brought my car here for a few oil changes, and they’ve done a great job every time. They’re quick, professional, and super relaxed. Never feel pressured to purchase any additional services but they give you the full report anyway. Car stuff is pretty much always expensive so if you’re going to spend the money might as well go somewhere that’ll take good care of you :-)Would recommend!

The staff is super nice and the place is clean and comfortable. The prices for oil changes are a little high compared to the area around it, but they were super fast and very communicative about what was going on. All in all, pretty great experience.

This place was amazing; one stop was all I needed. They changed my oil, state inspection, changed the alternator, and even answered other questions I had about my car. They were very patient and I did not feel like just another number. I will be going back for future service.

Clean waiting area with plenty of room to distance from one another. Service was running behind. Work was done quickly once my car was in the bay.

Mark was extremely easy to work with. Very professional and explained everything I need him to. He showed me how dirty my filters were and explained why they needed to be replaced. Great service from the whole team, Matt has done some bigger brake projects on my vehicles before and always give good recommendations. If you have something other than oil changes dont hesitate to ask them. Theyll be upfront about it.

I am pretty familiar with cars as I work with auto glass! So seeing a woman as my first Interaction of an employee of jiffy lube, made me smile! When i First pulled up, the woman greeted me in the parking lot and helped my sister and me with all four of my kids get out and safely put a child in a stroller, I thought wow- someone actually cares that I have my hands full! She was very kind and helpful! I was able to tell her what my husband requested for my vehicle and she went to work! The whole service took less than an hour! She walked in half way through and told me the areas of concern for my vehicle with recommendations from Chevy for my suburban. I got a 5w30 full synthetic blend with a bottle of Lucas oil treatment for $120. My vehicle has over 200k miles on it! The lady was very helpful and enthusiastic! I didn’t catch her name, but props to her for doing an amazing job with me! Then I had an interaction with Bobby! I’ve spoken to him over the phone about my sisters Passat in the past and He actually educated me about her engine and was very respectful in doing that! When I checked out today, he was very knowledgeable about what my vehicle needed and pricing so I could let my husband know! This is a great location and the employees were very professional and informative. Inside was very clean with free WiFi and water/coffee for customers! I will definitely return in the future! The only thing they forgot was to reset my oil life in my vehicle but that was just a quick google search! Thanks jiffy lube for being awesome and having great customer service, and not making me feel less educated about my vehicle since I am a woman!

I went to get an oil change and there was no person in the office area. No big deal, a woman came in and went behind the desk with a tablet in hand. I was standing at the desk, the woman spoke to a man standing behind me that was there before I and asked Have you been helped? He replied You just took my keys. I then said to the woman, I would like an oil change. She said okay and began doing other things. I assumed she was trying to get the other clients settled with their repairs and maintenance. I assumed I would be asked what services I need complete on my vehicle, but in and out this woman went without a word. I waited patiently for 30 minutes without an attendee speaking to me. The woman went into the back office and I decided to leave; because no service was being offered. I was greatly disappointed.

Very thankful to this friendly and professional team. They communicated their concerns and got me taken care of. I will be returning.

Way over priced 106 dollars for a f150 started out 69.00 when done it was 106. I get the oil changed in my 1ton for less. The girl I talked to has NO clue what she is doing NONE.I will never go here again.

I stopped by for an oil change during my road trip and Sterlin was very kind and professional. He made sure my car was in great running condition before I got back on the road again. Service was done quickly and I felt I was in good hands.

I was driving back to Texas and my oil level light came on. I found this Jiffy Lube and Im so glad I did. I was low a couple quarts of oil and the manager, without hesitation, grabs a big container of high end motor oil for my Porsche and puts in 2 quarts. I asked him how much I owed and he said, I want you to be safe on the way home and to have a Happy New Year. Not only did he not charge me for the 2 quarts but he stood out in the cold and put the oil in the car for me. I wish I could have given 6 stars. Great job Jiffy Lube!

I came in and ask how long would it take to get my car serviced and the gentleman said about 30 minutes. I had to wait on it so I sit down in the waiting room and it was 35 minutes and I noticed they just pulled up my car to get in line at a bay that had a pick up in it.I saw 5 to 6 guys with uniforms standing around talking. There were 3 to 4 open bays Open that they were not using. I couldn’t figure out why they weren’t using one of the open days to service my car so I decided to leave and go somewhere else. I get in my car and I could not find the key. It took several minutes for the gentleman to find my key and I left.

Stopped in to see my aunt and get my oil changed. They had me in and out quickly and the whole team was great.

They provide services that are not required and stick with a huge bill. Performed differential change at 24k saying it was recommended. Crooks.

I arrived at your new facility and was greeted promptly and pulled in right away. I waited in lobby and gave oil preferences to the manager and he left to do the oil change. 38 minutes later I am billed $99 for a week 10 minute service. Jiffy Lube’s web site states that they strive for 8 minutes. I came in for the quick lube because I was in a hurry.If your 8 min I worth $99 then what is the other 30 worth to me?When the manager told me to come back I stated that he missed the mark by 30 minutes. His reply? “I let a guy go to lunch. He’s diabetic so there ya go.”I should have been warned about the wait and I’d have came in another day. Now I won’t return.Update 3/18/21: I replied to them via email per the request. And just like the attention given on site, it was/is nonexistent. So south of them on Rangeline I go...

Today was one of those days, when you find that your tire is low on air and the windshield wipers decide to start splitting apart. I found myself in this position at 5:00 PM. I saw that Jiffy Lube was still open and I pulled in. The staff was Professional and Courteous. I didnt have to wait at all for them to start servicing my vehicle. They provided Coffee or Bottled Water while waiting for my vehicle. Within 30 minutes they had removed a screw and patched my tire, and had the new wiper blades installed.I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location if you find yourself in need of vehicle service. They went above and beyond, provided Excellent Customer Service! I will return.Thank you Jiffy Lube!

A life saver for sure. I was driving on the Oklahoma Turnpike and caught some debris underneath. I was dragging a flap and they fixed the car quickly and put me back on the road. Highly recommended! Plus they deliver fast, efficient oil changes and tops of fluids.

I had the best experience here I’ve ever had with any of my vehicles getting worked on, Zeke was our tech, and he was VERY helpful, very friendly, my kids really enjoyed him. He made sure and explained everything, and even let me keep me husband updated by letting me take a picture to show my husband. He went above and beyond! The manager Nick went above and beyond to be nice to my restless kiddos. Donna, was super friendly, and listened to my kiddos talk her ears off every chance they got. I highly recommend this place if you want a place to go above and beyond in customer service. I’ve been on retail management, and I can say I am very impressed with the service we received that was extra :)

Tire rotation not done..air in tires not checked.. 27lbs in tires s/b 35f 35btire rotation advertised at 9.99 i was charged 19.99.. transmission oil change... charged for it.. not for sure it got done. the front ball joints and front end not greased. Trust is something that I cannot do without..if i have to second guess if something I paid for did or didnt get done..I will not return..

Nick and Christie run a great business here. Always helpful and knowledgeable about what you need. I only come to this location for services in Joplin.*Edit- I have been coming here since they opened and out of the blue my oil changes and fuel filter installation goes up by over $100. I will no longer be having service on my diesel done here every 3 weeks as a hot shot driver, when up the road at another place (Mitchells) its $70 total. They want $50 more here because their techs are certified. Bad for business. Save your money! Full service on a diesel is NOT worth $140 anywhere.

Super fast and friendly. They met me outside and got me started as soon as I pulled in. They offered me hot tea/coffee, or cold water while I waited. The oil change took, maybe 10 minutes. Fantastic service!

I have to say Zeke and his team were amazing!! There were serious complications that they run into with my vehicle and they handled it professionally and smoothly. Like it was second nature to them. Also, my best friend had a dead battery and they sent one of team to help her first hand! Nathan was the gentleman they sent, and he was so extremely professional, handled an “off the premises” situation with speed, effectiveness and friendliness. This place was great. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. They got me in quick and fast. I didnt expect to only be in there for 45 minutes tops, but they were quick and efficient. They also looked over my truck well. It is a bit more expensive than a Walmart oil change, but the other things they do to help you find stuff out about your vehicle is super nice. They told me they will drive you to work so you can still get your truck worked on while at work.

Everyone was friendly and very helpful, they gave me a few options on my oil, and they didnt push any other services on me, I will definitely use you guys again
