Absolutely the worsted experience I have ever had in a store. Manager would not talk to us he hid in his office .We ask to see him multiple times. The guy at the front desk could not give us the sale price in the ad and the manger would not talk to us he totally put him under the bus this guy doesnt get payed to deal with this problem he needed help!! After multiple phone calls being put on hold at least 10 times and being cut of and 2 trips to the store they finally gave us the ad price. All we ask for was the price they advertised in their ad . I have been a store manager for 30 years and worked for many corporations and not one of those companys would tolerate this shame on this store manger what a coward!
Do not try to get a PCR test here! Theres a 50-50 chance you will receive the results in the promised time. We just spent 5 hours on the phone, paid for a rapid PCR test and cancelled a flight, in oder to cross the border. Still waiting, CVS!
These people were extremely helpful when we needed the tests to fly back to Europe, thanks, 5 stars !
For Job applicants, please be sure you actually go in person and ask. The number they have is forever busy and that is on a daily basis for three weeks now
The people who work here are very nice and helpful.
This is the most incompetent pharmacy Ive ever dealt with. I have a disabled child so I have dealt with quite a few pharmacies and this one by far is the worst. They wont answer the phone. They will mis place medication that costs $17,000 a month and make you do the leg work to find it even though its their mistake. The pharmacists are rude and have an I could care less attitude about any problem you have.
I was given a prescription by Freeman Urgent Care they said that was cancelled when it was not...Need to get the story straight...Do slot of business with them so I dont like it that they didnt even call Freeman Urgent Care to see what happened or if was a mistake....
Currently sitting in the drive thru lane and I have been sitting since 12pm and it’s been an hour. If you can go to a different pharmacy, I’d recommend that. Do not come here unless you don’t have any where to be for an hour or more. Ridiculous.
Cashier/manager was not helpful at all and lacks customer service. It seems like she hates her job and doesn’t want to be there. It sucks that I signed up for carepass (which you pay for) but I can’t use it anymore since I’m not going back here ever again.
I called CvS Stone St. Augusta ME to have prescription filled. I was told its 2 weeks 2 early, due to insurance wont pay. Was told at beginning of Dec they will be able to fill. Oh but 1 of them needs a refill. We will contact Dr. Great thank you. Here we are beginning of December, the 8th to be exact. I call to have them filled. NOW IM BEING TOLD THAT MOST OF THEM NEED REFILL FROM DR. All this could have been sent to the Drs office when they sent the 1st one November 24. The only thing I can do is write a review on how despicable this behavior is of these workers. What I say I was told goes in one ear and out the other as it shows the lack of respect they have for their patients. I was told once insurance would cover all the prescription would be ready and fillable (other then that 1). Come on pharmacy get things together. When they sent that 1 ALL others needed to have been sent for a Dr. REFILL. Nope now I have to wait for Dr to approve when all could have been done 2 weeks ago.
Our service has changed and after speaking to the manager she offered no solution to fix the problem. Just blaming computer default doesnt explain why the service is bad now. Prescriptions never charged correctly and arent ready when we arrive after receiving text.
Went to pick up a script for a sick baby and the woman working was terribly rude, rudely advised they don’t accept our insurance. Didn’t return the card told us the price and said come back in 25-30 minutes. When we didn’t leave because we wanted insurance card back, she picked up the phone with her back to us and said come back in 25-30 minutes and we said can we get our card back she basically was mad because she had to walk back to the window. All I can say is I’m sick and tired of people working in customer service when they can’t even put up a fake attitude to be a decent person to the public that keeps their doors open. What happen to serving the public? I get it maybe it’s been a rough day, maybe it’s almost closing time and you wanna get home, but atleast be a decent human being. My daughter had a 103.5 fever, sorry that we need meds. Absolutely will not return here, I truly thought about getting her name when we get the script and calling and speaking with management tomorrow but after reading the reviews I feel as though it will be a waste of my time.
Sat in the drive thru behind someone for over 30 minutes. Not sure why they did not just ask this person to go inside or come back. But sitting in a drive thru for that long waiting for someone to refill a prescription in ridiculous. The drive thru is supposed to be for convince
Worst pharmacy my husband and I have EVER used. We have had to stay there only because our insurance has required it for the past 2 years. I dont know if it is a computer system glitch or lack of training in the pharmacy department. They never have a prescription refill as they need to call the doctors office again. I have talked to my Drs office numerous times stating that CVS claims they never get the full yearly script. The doctors office confirms they do. SOMETHING is just not right there! My doctor has has been prescribing meds to me over 20 years and there has never been ongoing issues like this so it HAS to be CVS!!!
They are very slow. Meds called a day ahead are never ready. If you need a new script, they will tell you it will be ready in 3 hours! Mix up my husband & sons meds half the time. Both have same first name but different birthday. They are completely incompetent. I have moved all of my scripts, but have to deal with them when I pick up my sons meds.
Worst pharmacy staff at the 32nd St store! TERRIBLE customer service. They will flat out lie to you that they dont have your script if they dont feel like dealing with you!! Heaven forbid theres an issue with your meds, because they will NOT help. Youll be the one calling your doctor and your insurance while they shrug their shoulders and do nothing. I have actually had to call a different CVS just to find out what was going on with my meds because the staff at this store wouldnt bother. AWFUL.
Takes forever to answer
The pharmacist here are rude, dont care. Go to Walgreens
Very rude people. I just picked up my wifes prescription and they didnt even run it through insurance. Before I went I called and they hadnt even started it and claimed they were a day and a half behind. Then they rudely told me if I had called they would have done it sooner. Itnwas sent to them 3 hours prior. Over the last few months this has gotten worse and worse. Im gonna be taking my business elsewhere.
I went to drive thru pharmacy and the lady working there claims they no longer take R-X coupons on controlled substance and claimed policy changed a month ago but used r-x coupon last week with same chic!!!When I explained that to her she shut door in my face and said, have a great day! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!
Terrible customer service. I have had been a CVS customer for years. I recently moved and the CVS moved my account to the local CVS. However, when I went to refill another prescription, they had no account for me or could not locate me. However, I had access to my account on the CVS account. Time to find a new pharmacy
Called and spoke with a pharmacy technician and she was so unpleasant and rude. I had some questions regarding my sons prescription and the tone in her voice was as if I was wasting her time. I chose not to use their pharmacy because of her rudeness!!!! I was left thinking WHAT A B**CH!
Friendly staff. Generous coupons. Nice store.
Customer Service is poor and wait time to just drop off a prescription is horrible.
Store is very clean and staff friendly. When we lived in Houston it was our go to place. Very excited when they came to Joplin but have found them very expensive for what we buy. They are very close to our home but rarely shop there. Example; I drink Atkins low carb drinks and they are about $10 at CVS and $5.88 at Wal-Mart.
Beware Of This Pharmacy. Their System when refilling medications will automatically boot your insurance out of their system and make you buy generic even if the meds they try and pawn off on you do not work and cause severe allergenic reaction and possible death. My mother has been with CVS for over 20 + years in Kansas City But when my parents moved they started doing business with the CVS in Joplin MO. The pharmacist are less then mature and just are down right rude, when she called about my fathers diabetic shots they said that Silver script is no longer paying for them and they gave her some generic for my Dad, long story short, he had a sever reaction, she called them and they laughed at her and said this is all his insurance would cover, she did call silver script and put a complaint into them about this . Thank goodness she called medicare herself and found out that was Not the case at all. The medication he takes is covered by medicare it was CVSs system that would not approve his diabetic shots. This is just one issue my mother and father has had with them. They are now leaving CVS for good and taking their business to a competent pharmacy one that cares about sick people..!!!
Learn how to answer a damn phone call. Ridiculous how long I waited for NO answer!
The woman running the drive-through was incredibly rude and disrespectful. We won’t be back.
Either these people are lying cheats that think we are to dumb to know better or they are to dumb to know how to do their job. Three times I have been there to get a prescription that I have picked up at Walmart pharmacy with no copay but at CVS they want me to pay $40. I have a card from the drug company that covers the copay on my diabetic drugs as long as I have private insurance. CVS lies to me and tells me they dont need that info because CVS automatically applies those discounts whetherbyou have the card or not. Which is a lie. They said since they wanted to charge me a copay that the drug company must have changed their policies. I took it to Walmart today and no copay. I guess Walmart just does not employ lying stealing cheating people.
Its a great place TOO shop .THE PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS FRENDLY AND HELP FULL.
Extremely slow and inconsiderate to people’s needs. Mainly the pharmacist who I have over heard while waiting.
The people are always friendly and the pharmacy group are always helpful.
Horrible Pharmacy. Clueless staff, not helpful, and difficult to navigate their phone system. The Drive thru will make you wait, and it is no better if you go inside. There are people behind the counter but youre lucky if you can get one to help you.
I prefer Walgreens.
Slow, bad service.
