Ive stopped tonight by store# 317. I got to say Ive never been treated better in any other store. The night manager Sarah was amazing I was more than happy to purchase my curtains and other miscellaneous stuff. She was able to help me with my reserved parking. In a few words she made my night with her kindness. People with her kindness makes our job easier to see a smile and feel appreciated as a customer.I pray this reaches to you whom it may concern. Pilot one of the best or is the best to me, shower always hot and ready to go, can’t believe at 9pm on i44 they got parking ain’t that something Wendy’s is servant truckers, customer service always great thanks pilot

Horrible manager named Sean.rest of staff are great...Sean is rude, and if you check reviews its not first time,he has been disrespectful several times to customers and if I had to guess staff as well, & wonders why folks are rude back, I used to go there every other day and spend hundreds on gas & snacks,& sometimes Wendys but not anymore, Ill be letting all my friends & family & local truck drivers I know,not to do business there & I know lots of folks, so they messed up doing me wrong, & reported to Bbb, Im just tired of these folks getting a manager job & thinkingthey own the store and cause it to look bad & ruin reputation of store,but its OK God dont like ugly it will catch up with him there is one great worker I know there named John, and Wendys has some great employees, crazy how one person will make whole store look bad though..... 💯

Decent sized Pilot. Medium sized parking lot. Fuel pump area fairly clean. The store and the washrooms were very clean. Had to walk the dog across the street from the fuel lanes. There is lots of green space, but lazy people not picking up after their dogs has left land mines everywhere...

Why would a truck stop allow drivers to block fuel lanes when others need to fuel....... the excuse we got from the manager who rudly said it was ... there at wendys waiting for there food.... theres a pull up line for a reason to clear the pump lane......

Pumps are programmed wrong. I had to fuel truck then pull forward for reefer fuel then back up to get DEF. Female manager in store is a real witch. Then to top it off she refused to give me my points. I guess guess she like to steal from hard working drivers or is it because she is intimated by female drivers.

This Pilot is one of the best I’ve been to, the staff is absolutely awesome! Always courteous and professional, they treat you like family, great parking and showers, thank you for such great service.

Only two of 4 stalls work in ladys room for months.

Men’s Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in several hours by look of bathroom stalls and trash cans overflowing just really dirty and nasty

Used the ladies room around 11 p.m. there was trash on the floor, toilet tissue, sanitary napkins, dirty toilets, etc. Needless to say when I went back in the following morning around 5 a.m. everything was still the same. I understand that sometimes it tends to get busy, although both times the place was not crowded with customers at all. Everything was tolerable, unclean bathrooms should tell all with any situation.

At Wendys in this pilot it says that you must wear a mask but none of the employees are wearing masks they prepare your food without wearing a mask and one guy picks up the food and smells it and then makes somebodys Burger with it and then the girl preparing my food gets done with my order and takes her gloves off and reaches into the French fry bin and grabs some French fries and starts shoving them in her mouth. so unprofessional I will never eat in this place again.

Safe!! Workers are friendly and helpful.. Pilot is the store i PERFER to spend my money at.

Just took a shower in #6 and at first there was absolutely no hot water...not even room temperature (which I would have been fine with)Then after 20 minutes or so it got scalding hot,so needless to say I’m a little red from the scalding hot water (beats taking a freezings cold shower...will never shower here again.And btw tried calling the store twice ringing for 5+ minutes each time and no answer...just wanted to let them know how messed up there plumbing is.

Friendly professional service

Woke up at 4am. Checked the pressure in my tires. Got locked out of my Peterbuilt. A wonderful employee named Sarah loaned me her phone to call my company then bought me a pack of cigarettes. Had a great conversation while i waited for my mechanic. The world needs more people like her. Pilot is lucky to ti have her there. She needs to be paid more!!!!

It is a truck stop but I was impressed how easy it was to get in and out in my car. Didnt feel like I was about to be ran over and the gas price was super low. Windshield cleaner did not stink so it was relatively fresh, always a plus. Inside was clean, restrooms were clean and the staff was very friendly.

Fuel prices were good. The staff were very helpful in trying to help us find what we needed. Although they didnt have it, it was refreshing to know they made the extra effort. (Maybe because of a southern location, there wasnt a bottle of unsweet tea to be found, but there were about 10 varieties of sweet tea!) Anyway, there was a great variety of other goods.

One of the most helpful pilots ever.. ran out of fuel 30 feet from pump and the night time manager (Sarah) was a tremendous help getting my rig started and to the pump ... Ill never forget this pilot... thankyou

One of my favorite pilots to visit. This location is always clean and organized. Clean restrooms, and friendly staff. Coffee/hot food island is cramped lacking adequate space for multiple people with multiple cups. I stopped checking on the status of the cold tea dispensers that were out of order. The coffee here is always hot and fresh. The Cappuccino machine has various flavors. Western union here, and Wendys.

Two bucks for a pint of milk? No wonder there are no prices posted for it. I noped out of there and went to Loves. Not that the price for milk is any better, but at least they still offer drink credits.

Great location great prices

This particular Pilot is a real kick. Besides the great food and clean restrooms the shop there has really cool guy stuff -- Roman Centurion helmets, swords, Russell Crows Gladiator arena helmet, full suit of armor etc. In the truck shop are cool motorcycle helmets & really comfortable truck seat replacements. Flags & lisence plates worth owning. Extraordinary stop in Joplin Missouri.

Pros: fair price for gas, better coffee than McDonalds. Cons: gas pump wouldnt print receipt, my husband had to help a man in a wheelchair to use a non-handicap stall because the handicap one was locked from the inside.

A great stop while traveling on the road. Plenty of fuel for whatever type you need and a great spot to stretch the legs after a long journey. Also had a Wendys restaurant for a quick meal.

Was pulling my boat to Grand Lake and needed diesel. The only options are out back with the semis or one pump in the front on a 10 island. No way my 40 plus rig would fit. The lot is so tight that just getting out was a pain after deciding to go elsewhere. Went to Loves instead with a good sized parking lot and easily-accessible diesel not with the semis.

Clean and friendly

We always stop at Pilot when traveling. If you have their card or their app, you get 3 cents off per gallon of gas. They also have these great coffee dispensers that actually grind the coffee from beans so you get a cup as fresh as it gets.

Big truck stop, has showers and big clean bathrooms (I can speak for the womens bathroom anyway). They had anything you needed. Kinda pricy, but they had it all. The ladies who were there that night were very sweet, and very attentive. Planning on stopping back by there again, I want a big dream catcher, they have a beautiful selection!!

Bad diesel and DEFF don’t stop there for fuel services they going to destroy your engine they did to me twice first time was DEF problem I give them the benefit of the doubt the second time was my fuel got frozen in a 20 temperature it’s so bad

Good and clean truck stop including showers and restroom, 3 stars is for there fruits, I bought 4 oranges 🍊 two of them were bad.They need keep up with fruit inventory.

3 hours and still waiting to have a marker light on the top of my trailer repaired. Guess im not getting my sleep on my 10hr break

The shower was clean and I got asked if I needed extra towels as I went in to shower. Which is awesome because I have long hair do two towels is needed. They were very nice and had good service. Thank you guys.

At least its clean.... They rip you off but its clean. I tore up my loyalty card when they decided to take their greed to a new level. Yup, reserved parking, just another way to extract more money from their customers. Since I quit staying at Pilot Flying J I have discovered a bunch of real cool mom and pop places that actually have real restaurants in them.

Love pilot great place to get a few things on way for travel. Love it nice n courteous employees.

GREAT employees! But DONT use the showers here!!!EVERY time someone flushes a toilet, you will do a DANCE, induced by BURNING one second, and FREEZING THE NEXT...

I stop and get gas here on the way to work... usually always has the cheapest prices and its easy to get in and out of...

Showers clean, food fairly decent, parking easy and plentiful, and the staff was beyond reproach. They helped each and every customer cheerfully and professionally. The only detraction was the screens on some of the pumps did not work forcing you to go inside to get pre-approved, then back to pump, and back inside to get your cards.

That was the nastiest looking pilot travel center I have ever been to. Good even take a shower no hot water parking lot was trashy inside me to be cleaned I didnt even bother going to the restroom.

Hi there, I just went to the Pilot Travel Center last night at about 6:30pm to eat my dinner at Pizza Hut in southern Missouri. That Pizza Hut has Diet Pepsi and other soft drinks that you can drink as much as youd like to drink. The Travel Center has beer that you can purchase, but I didnt choose to drink beer. I didnt take of the Pilot Travel Center last night, but Im trying to describe that place for you these days/right now. I wrote this note on Monday, November 26th, 2018. :)

Everyone was friendly. I just got fuel but it sure is nice to get a real smile and a hello from everyone while stopping.

I often visit these places while in on the road do their wide variety of both food and other conveniences that I might need without having to stop at a large store Their prices may be a little higher but the simple convenience of them being all-in-one place makes it worth it

Bathroom was filthy, no toilet paper and manager was rude.

Lot is kind of small and not very well laid out. Otherwise its okay. Store was clean and the showers, though rather small, were clean, had great pressure and plenty of hot water. Everyone was nice.

Just dirty & too small. Not enough parking, but there are other Truck Stops @ this exit. They need to power wash the fuel islands & bring charges against the nasty folks who litter. They need to do a much better job @ cleaning the store & showers.

Nice Pilot, Wendys open 24/7... The only issue is with the DEF nozzles... 90% of them dont work or it takes 20 minutes to get 10 gallons

Dislike this pilot totally. Driveway very dangerous in my opinion. Too small spots, inviting for more accidents. Always dirty and staff talks around you as though you aint there or matter.

Just went in to use the bathroom. They upgraded their handsoap. It reminds me of lava soap, its really good.

$.05 off gas with military id when paying cash. The bathroom was fully stocked. Only the diesel and showers are Pilot. There are lots of snacks and souvenirs. It was a good choice for a rest stop.

Many stores like this one need to pay more attention to replenishing the TP in the stalls!

My aoapologi for some reason my comment with my stars did not post.. This is where we always stop when we come in to Joplin and where we stop when we leave. The employees are always always supper nice and friendly, no matter of their system is going crazy or not.. Never had any type of issue with the fuel either, gas or diesel.. Thank you Piolt for always being about the customers and not the money!!!

People and service good just like all pilot/flying j s a lot of truck drivers think the fuel pumps are there own personal parking spot while they shop eat or have there half hour break.

Excellent customer service when I was traveling through their showers were clean and I just appreciate everything that you guys are done to make everything easy for us truckers

This place is a dump...only thing good here is the cigarette prices....the bathrooms are nasty with broken locks hows a driver supposed to take a relaxing dump with people trying to come in the Jon with you. Under staffed too you dont want to stop here if your in a hurry.

We stopped at about 7pm and the place was pretty messy. Our original intention was to stop to eat at the Wendys which was in worse shape. Our biggest issue was the cleanliness and the staff didnt seem to care and we not very friendly. It is conveniently located off of the highway but we will be skipping it next time.

Not my thing to slam places but this truckstop is a dump. Showers out of order, Mens nasty and you could break an ankle walking in the parking lot. One of the worst conditions I have found at any Pilot.

Actually went to the Wendys.... The food was not that good and fries and chicken nuggets tasted well and the chicken nuggets were not well breaded.....fries were soggy feeling and tasting. The ketchup tasted weird. The chicken sandwich was too slimy and soggy and not enough crunch to the chicken. ... the staff forgot stuff and couldnt remember the sauce my fiances dad wanted.
