No one helped us find what we needed. We finally found it. Not friendly. Awhile back the mgr said she would order what we wanted and would call us. Never got a call been about a year. I would recommend to go else where.

Im so glad that I went here. I almost ordered a lot of low waste/green living products online to try them, I went here and they had everything that I wanted to try. The employees were nice and helpful. I will be shopping here a lot in the future.

They do a good job of in store sales and offer a variety of groceries that you will not find at other stores in the area. If you meed gluten free this is a helpful place to go. But goodness gracious... I think my wallet had a heart attack.

Sale prices are awesome, most of the normal, everyday prices beat Springfield’s health food stores. Thankful to have this option and will continue to visit, Yah willing. 🙏

I like their selection, and hard to get items are usually there. Great for vegetarians, vegans and whole food plant based diets.

Always fund the supplements we are looking for with help from knowledgeable employees there.

So nice having a store like this in Joplin, MO. Although they do not have the best produce section usually. The prices are better than other natural stores and better selection.

This place is really cool! Opening day was packed and the staff was friendly. I recommend stopping here just to see the scope of products they offer from cosmetics, household items, to classes, to vitamins and of course produce and organic foods. Go check out their spices, they are MUCH cheaper here than at other grocery stores. Some items I think are pricy, but overall its pretty comparable to Wal-Mart. The store is always clean and their sales are always great.

It is a very nice health food store. It has a large selection of vitamins and supplements. It has dairy, frozen, and produce sections plus all kinds of healthy foods such as vegan and gluten free. I find them very pricey though but unfortunately healthy foods are expensive. The store is neat and clean, employees very nice and helpful. My first trip a nice employee gave me a coupon booklet.

They have Bitchin Sauce do you have Bitchin suace? I dont think so. In that case you should stop by here and try some.

For the most part, more affordable than I expected. They have a great selection of products that cater to any diet, including various meats, fresh produce, baking supplies such as yeast & flour and many vegan items.

We love Natural Grocers because they have a nice variety of organic and natural products. I purchase most of my oils there because they are packaged in glass containers which can be recycled even with oil residue, which is something to consider if you recycle. Highly recommend taking a look here if organic and natural products are important because even though the building is small they manage to offer some great choices in organic and natural products even if they dont carry everything you may want. The store is clean and spacious even though small. Make sure you bring your own shopping bags, as well.

Upon entering, the soothing, clean smell makes one want to stay and shop. The variety of healthy foods that are available is another reason to shop here. Then to top everything off, their staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoy shopping here!

Decent variety of items, but don’t expect great service. I have been to this location multiple times, and the employees always seem more interested in talking to each other than they do helping customers. There are a handful of very polite and helpful staff, but the majority don’t seem to care. Recently I waited in line 5 minutes, yes I timed it, watching several staff walk by, see the line, and keep on going. One of their own team members was shopping (must have been her day off), and she was in line behind me. I’m even heard her comment, “Why hasn’t she called for back-up?” to her friend. Once I left the line and asked for someone to come and help, I was never spoken to by the cashier that came up (she asked questions over me to the other cashier though) until she asked if I wanted a receipt. Rude, and sadly common here.

I find new things to try each time I visit the store. Good selection. Friendly and helpful staff. Some items are pricey; others are comparable to name brand products in other stores. Bulk items are individually packaged and reasonably priced. Its good to not have to be concerned about food additives and pesticide residues. If I lived closer to Joplin I would shop here regularly.

I have been waiting for Natural Grocers to get here to Joplin for a very long time. So excited about this place. I absolutely love it!! They are not over priced and everything looks so beautiful and delicious. And what Ive tried so far has been.

The store wasnt too bad, but I was a little disappointed with the lack of variety in some areas.

You are hands down the best new addition to our area that I can remember! You can find everything from fresh organic produce, cheeses, meats to essential oils, beauty products, green cleaning products, and fun gifts! This store is relaxed and a treat to browse.

This is a great place to shop. They have good sales, a friendly and knowledgeable staff, a great variety of products, and they offer free samples throughout the store. Yum!I appreciate non GMO labels and food that is food without chemicals, fillers and all the icky stuff.I took a keto class here and the teacher was very informative and motivating. The class lasted about an hour. And by the way, the classes are free.:)

I was impressed with the amazing variety of products available.Im very frugal so some pricing seemed high. Yet Im ignorant on what may be involved in production of the products.I purchased 1 navel orange for 59 cents. It was very good.

Nice clean store but the items I was interested in I could get at other places MUCH less expensive. For instance, almond milk was $3.19 a half gallon. That is $6.38 a gallonI can get the half gallons other places for $1.99 and always $4.00 per gallon. Mentioned to a produced person and they cared less. I thought they might like to know.

I’m in love. All my favorite brands I used to find in California at Whole Foods. Lots of raw cheese, raw honey, ALL VEGGIES ARE ORGANIC, all my favorite gluten free brands, I cured meat, grass fed meat and pastured eggs... I will be back.

Was so happy when Natural Grocers opened in Joplin. I had shopped at one in Tulsa with a daughter so I knew about it. The big weakness in the Joplin grocery market is fresh vegetables.Most of the stores you have to purchase lettuce in a sealed bag but not here. I do wish they had a larger range of fresh produce but what they do have is fresh. Large overall selection of organic products which tens to be a little pricey but that is expected.

Great store ! Workers are helpful & knowledgeable. First time there & they were not busy so I enjoyed browsing freely + a free cup of good coffee ! They have a big variety of everything . I will go back !

Pretty cool natural food store. They have a wide variety of items that would appeal to the organic/natural/vegetarian crowd. Its a little on the expensive side but if youve been to natural food store before you probably know that already.

Best grocery store in all of Joplin. They have very fresh produce, parking is a brease and the staff is awesome. I personally love their line of kombucha drinks, my favorite being heart beat. I also go the for my vegetarian proteins, like tofurkey. I would highly recommend Natural Grocers
