I call this shop unique in the area because, although it is the intent of many such businesses, Jack is doing it right, with some real showpieces side-by-side with affordable vintage stuff. The owner’s private collection is also on display, and he is an excellent curator who is happy to explain the historical background of the individual pieces. Even if you don’t think you would feel comfortable in a gun shop, this is a friendly space with fine art on the walls and bushels of history to sample.
