I spoke with Joel on the phone regarding several questions and price differences and pro rates for the new iPhone 12 and he answered them all spectacularly. He Even verified some info from the manager. He was very patient and courteous. Great service thank you.Update: was 5 stars, now 3. have gone in person and if its not something straight forward i feel like the team needs more training. Multiple times with different folks, and they are always asking someone else questions. I now am somehow being charged $5 for the upgrade cell phone program that makes it easier to change phone and forever keep paying for a phone. I never agreed to adding that while trying to change my phone. He was having an issue and i guess that was his loop hole to get it done. Unbeknownst to me.

Often long wait times. Accessory selection available only for the very latest phones. And sparse choices at that. But its by far the best carrier in the area, and prob the nation.

Staff are always very helpful/informed when I visit this store. They give you the answers you need, and dont try too hard to talk you into purchasing more products when you visit. Staff are professional, and I like that. No complaints.

Was a decent experience. The manager and sales rep we purchased from were very nice and helpful. Weve also had not so great experiences here with reps who acted as if they were being bothered because we werent ready to buy at the time. 2 stars for an overall (slightly below) average experience, taking all things into consideration. Ive worked for AT&T and their customer service standards tend to be a bit higher than what we experienced. I was rather surprised to find out that this is a corporate store and not an authorized retailer based on the experiences here.
Clean store and theres not usually a long wait, but the service is expensive with lots of additional fees and charges.

SO JOHNREY AND ASHLEE HAD US CALL AND BLACKLIST THE STOLEN PHONE.PRESTON ONLINE SUGGESTED UPGRADING TO THE IPHONE 8 PLUS. THIS WAY WE WOULD REPLACE IT THE SAME NIGHT IT WAS STOLEN.WE QUICKLY WENT BACK TO JOHNREY WHO WAS OUTSTANDING!! HE WAS FAST, FRIENDLY AND VERY EFFICIENT!! I had to get a replacement SIM, but had to return as it wouldnt work properly once I left the store.I would recommend customers who are looking to purchase a mobile to do your own research, to be a knowledgeable consume and buy a GSM factory unlocked phone that would work with AT&T, T-mobile from Amazon or eBay. For an Apple iphone, SE 128GB for the best value or 8 256GB for better value, not the latest nor bleeding edge technology. For Android, look for one with Android One, free of bloatware, i.e. Motorola Moto X4 64GB 4GB RAM, its an older model now but supports the frequencies used by AT&T.Buying a mobile from AT&T would generally be a locked phone, meaning it would only work on their network unless you request that it be unlocked after you have service with them for one year. Unlocked phones allow you to use any GSM network. Using AT&T is more expensive, it is also the largest coverage network, usually competent service. Inquire about the prepaid plans online. One of their plans offers 8GB of data each month provided you prepaid up front for 12 months.
I switched to AT&T thinking they would be better and more helpful with any issues.....boy was I wrong. Every time I had to go to the local AT&T store it took half the day and they could never figure out the issues. They never seem to know anything useful.....the managers are a joke standing around looking daft and I kept getting more charged for things I never used. Asking them tok explain said charges was nothing but riddles and well get back to you in 48 hrs....needless to say I switched to Verizon the next day and am very happy.
This store has been known to sell people an older model phone to unsuspecting customers thinking they were getting a newer model and paying the newer model price. Shame on ATT for turning a blind eye to the thieves of Juneau...
At&t in the valley. I went to buy a new phone. We got great service. Our guy Taylor took care of everything for us from the moment we walked through the door.

Long wait. No acknowledgement of my family and Is presence upon arrival, felt like going to a different AT&T location in hopes of finding some sort of customer service and support, then I realized we were lucky we still have the one store, Ill send my hubby next time.

Slow, dishonest and smug. There are usually long wait times in the Juneau store to be served. Additionally, yesterday I was told after two trips back to the store to try and get my new $750 iPhone connected to home WiFi that they would not take the phone back on exchange if the issue could not be resolved. Roger, the tech, said they didnt have to exchange it. Dont be fooled. A customer has 14 days from the time the phone is shipped to deal with issues. National AT&T apologized over the phone and helped guide me through the connection issue. This is the last straw with Juneau AT&T. I will take my business to another carrier ASAP.

Walked in to switch from Verizon...was greeted by a rep sneezing and hacking and coughing and wiping his nose with his sleeve...greeeeat. I asked Should you be at work? Guess what gift I got three days later? But wait! Theres more...bought the Apple Watch Series 3 because I was told by THEIR EMPLOYEE that you could text and call WITHOUT being paired to your phone...cool right? Not so much...turns out that you can call, but not text because of the way NumberSync works or rather...doesnt. So, upon finding out that the watch was not as it was represented by THEIR EMPLOYEE, I returned it the next day. I was happily informed that I would not only not be walking out with a watch as I expected it, but I would be charged $45 for the privilege of restocking it. Easily the worst phone experience in ten years.

I come in to have my phone replaced cuz they crashed it. There staff said it not me. Then I come back saying my phone is crashing and they tell me to factory reset it and try again. Frustration aside I do it and they tell me to come in once it acts up again. Well I do and the guy I see just keeps telling me no and after I deplane everything he just ignores how upset I am and just does what he can to get me out the door with some 1800 number to call cuz no one here wanted to actually help me. Worst visit ever!!!! Dont even bother coming here just deal with 1 800 drones cuz at least they will try to help you. Plus thats all the people here do. While I was here there was 4 people on speaker phone dealing with the 1 800 drones! So no one here actually helps people. Just more people to either call 1 800 with you or just kick you out and give you the 1 800 to deal with!!!! This is why I absolutely hate getting a new phone. Cuz these guys dont know what they are doing and have to ask each other all the time. Ugh! So anoying!!!!
