Julia really helped us out getting service working properly on a new phone purchased online. A new SIM card was needed to get things working again, and she assisted us through a half-dozen hoops and please holds on Verizon support. You rock Julia, thank you!

Both Julia and Jack were amazing. They helped me choose the best phone and plan for me. Helping me pick out the best accessories to fit my needs. I appreciate that they listened to what I needed in a phone and answered all my questions. Julia made sure every thing was hooked up and working. Jack checked on ways for me to save money with what I wanted. They were friendly, kind and so very helpful. Even after I returned with more questions for the third time. These wonderful people and their attitude and obvious enjoyment in their job, has helped me to decide to keep my business with Verizon. Thank you Jack and Julia!

No waiting. Jack was fantastic. I had messed up and lost my number, and he was persistent in trying every avenue possible to fix my problem. End result, he saved my number! I am thrilled, over the moon. This was after I had spent 2-1/2 hours on the phone with Verizon with no success. Jack was so kind and personable, polite, patient, and just kept trying until he worked the absolute miracle!! Give this guy your business. Hes earned it!

Theodore was incredible!! I had a million and a half questions and he answered all of them patiently and thoroughly. He went above and beyond making sure I understood everything about my purchase and future at Verizon. I didn’t have to wait for service and helped me all they way to the end.

This store is great, for one main reason. If you need any kind of help you should talk to Jack, hes helped me out many times and is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The staff of this store was very attentive and helpful when my husband and I recently upgraded our cellphones. Julia was great to deal with and very helpful in making the transfers relatively easy....plus she was fun! While theres always a little glitch here and there, all went pretty smoothly. We are both pleased with the products and services from Verizon.

So I needed a new phone. There was only the manager working and he happen to be training a new guy who was on his third hour of employment. They were short-staffed. Old people yelling at the guy in training. Im there for something simple and I was in no hurry, plus I had snacks so we all became like a family that day since I was all moved in on a comfy chair with snacks. These gentleman never lost their cool, the problems with the people who needed help were solved and some trail mix shared.Oh and my phone has the best signal so... Yeah.Highly recommended

I went to this store location and was not only impressed with the knowledge of all staff members but their hospitality too. I was treated like family while being assisted with my cellular needs. We were on the phone with Verizon’s customer service for the majority of the day trying to switch my service from straight talk to verIzon. After several attempts and becoming quite frustrated we decided to seek help from go wireless. Both Jack and Julia were not only professional and knowledgeable they explained what the issue was they were also friendly.We were able to rectify the situation and left the store smiling.Their uplifting personalities were infectious.We will definitely return!

We had AT&T service and needed to replace two failing phones. I went there first and the one employee in the store seemed like he wasnt interested in our business and couldnt take the time to look to see if there were any. From the moment I walked in to Verizon, I had a really good feeling. Not only did the staff respond quickly to work with us but the manager took the time to find the best prices available AND we ended up with awesome devices that will suit our lifestyle very well. Add to this great experience was the offer to help with the setup on each device and continued support as needed. This is over and above any service we have ever received elsewhere. We are absolutely happy with the change we made and look forward to a long relationship with Verizon, the manager and the excellent staff he has!!

Sheisty and discriminatory. I am not happy with my experience here. Went on Motorolas website for a better deal and complained to Verizon. Ive been with Verizon since before it was Verizon. You should not be allowed to do what these people did.Sold me a phone where the box was opened and I asked for another phone. He told me NO! SAME DEAL WITH THE MIFI!Do not go here they make you sign an extra contract with them as well all while being shady.Hopefully Verizon can fix this will never go here again since there is no need but there was an immediate need at the time and I got ripped off.

This was the best service I have ever received. Not only did the representative explain everything to me patiently. Julia also found discounts to benefit me. I bought a new phone, a watch and I received an iPad.

Verizon phone service was satisfactory in Juneau. However, I have repeatedly walked into the local store seeking help and walked out without having received the help that I needed.

I was on a trip to Alaska and was having problems sending text pictures so Amanda banner spent at least an hour going through multiple steps and talking to tech support till the issue was resolves. Appreciate it greatly!!!Thank you, Daryl treacy

Uneducated employees who are trained only to rip you off by script. I had a simple question about whether a device would work for a specific purpose and only got an unenthusiastic description about what the device is, and whether that will be all for me today. I bought it to test it, discovered it doesnt work with my car, went to return it same day I bought it and they wanted to charge a restocking fee.Also, the device was $35 in store and $7 on Amazon. Its becoming more obvious with every visit that Verizons business model is to confuse and rip us off. Itd be nice if they could at least have employees who dont make us feel like were being ripped off by clueless stoners.
