Bad service!! Stood in line for 20 minutes because employees couldn’t find parts and were rude to other customers. The store manager was there and cared less of the situation,, FIRE them all!!

Poor customer service. I waited too long to get help. The guy Josh has poor customer service and then the Store manager stepped in and that didn’t help. I like to shop here but for some reason the service has been bad recently, what happened to the previous store manager?? Personal has to go, I’m not coming here anymore. Who ever is in charge either fix it or you can go as well 🤬

Don’t come here the service is really bad. It used to be fine a few months ago but now the service is horrible. Fire the staff and get new workers, store manager has to go including the district manager. I’m taking my business to Napa. Autozone you have no Spanish speaking people, this place is horrible 👎🏻

Poor customer service on the phone and at the store. I called and the phone rang for a long time. I decided to go in instead because the salesman there sold me the wrong part. A girl helped me she seemed to be new because she was looking for help every time I asked her something. I asked for the Store Manager and he wasn’t there and apparently it’s not the same guy because the Store Manager that has helped me before always took care of me and the one the girl mentioned I don’t know. Service was poor, the phones kept ringing and the staff looked lost. Autozone you need to find a new Store Manager. I’m going to Napa from now on!!!

Poor service. I called 3 times until they finally answered. I spoke to Josh and not only did he not help me but gave me an attitude at the store and passed me over to Nick who I just found is the store manager. When I do my shopping at this location, I would always go to Luis. I just found out he left and I can definitely feel and notice he is needed here. I was waiting to be helped and when I was passed over to Nick and waited longer I walked out. I guess I’ll be going back to Napa / Standard Motors for my automobile needs and on the way grab lunch with my buddy Luis at Amigo’s Kahului. Sorry AutoZone..

Good stock. I just wish the staff had more confidence in themselves. Makes me nervous to buy a parts from them.

Had to replace my trucks battery for the first time. AutoZone was quick to assist. The store was busy with customers but their staff made the time to assist me in installing the battery. A big mahalo to Sky, for doing the work in the hot sun.I also appreciate the relaxing atmosphere the AutoZone store has... Thanks for a great experience! AZ ordered incorrect parts twice. Granted I have an older vehicle and parts were a bit more difficult to get but I had to wait days for the parts to be shipped in twice and ended up modifying the incorrect part to work. Then had to go elsewhere for the adapters needed to make it fit properly.

Friendly service, helpful too. I asked and got my wiper blades changed right after I purchased them. Clean store and they have a bathroom! Oh my visit, masks were at your discretion although everyone did practice staying more than 6 feet away.

AutoZone saved me! My son wasnt available when my battery died and the neighbor jumped my car and I drove immediately to the closest shop. The manager sent Joseph out to install my battery. It wasnt easy to take out the old one and it took a while, but Joseph had the best attitude and 35 mins later, I was good to go. Mahalo Joseph at AutoZone Kahului!

Tonight my husband went into Kahului store and it was not busy at all. My husband comes out all frustrated because an employee was complaining about his schedule to another employee. When he did get up to the counter he felt like he was being rushed they never ask for his number or anything my husband had to do the talking. He asked for a certain product and the kid said oh no more he didn’t even check. So we had to go to another auto part store.Customer service needs to be better and the workers need to help the customers instead of complaining.

All your auto motive needs. But today 6/27/20 I saw a poster stating $25 car cleaning bucket special. Went inside but couldnt find it. I asked an employee he then asked another employee and he said we dont have it and walked away. No explanation why so I told them maybe you guys should take the poster in the window down. Last time I was there customer service was great but not today.

I dont usually write reviews but I felt the need to do so. I recently moved here and to be honest, customer service on Maui is hit or miss. Due to my day time job, I am unable to shop around for my car needs in the day time, so I am grateful that Autozone is open late. The last time I was in was last Thursday. I live on the westside and Napa closes early. Ive been in Autozone a few times, and the manager there at night, I think it was Sharon(?) has been extremely friendly and helpful not only to the customers but to the other employees as well. It is evident that these workers are in a safe and healthy work environment. I think it was super helpful of her to show her computer monitor to show me the results of a part I needed. She went above and beyond. I enjoy going to Autozone because of the friendly and bright atmosphere that the employees there show.

Great store with fantastic personnel helped me free of charge to remove screws and clip from my knife. Spent over half an hour helping me using store tools. No charge! I will shop there for all my tools and auto parts they have everything!

I like the product selection here, they have many products and brands that you cannot find at other auto parts stores on the island. The prices are very competitive and affordable, and the service here is top notch. The staff is very knowledgable, courteous, friendly, and always willing to help. I’ve seen them go out to a person’s car and help diagnose the problem or help figure out what part they might need. The store is clean and well lit, and there is lots of free parking. Definitely recommend going here for your auto parts and accessories.

I am so glad this store opened up Ive been going to other part stores for years but auto zone customer service is hands down the best. A employee (Will) explained why my car wasnt running smoothly. He explained what other employees at Napa didnt explain right. I saved time and energy having parts manager (Will) helping me. Call me old fashion but I like working with someone knowledgeable and who is a manager, if you have questions ask (Will). Thanks auto zone I will tell all my friends and family about the new store!

One of the main reasons I like going to this store is because of the manager Luis. He’s very helpful and resourceful on many ways. Except that one of your employees Will, he’s very DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE and RACIST! Being Latino and living in the island can be difficult but having to deal with someone like will where you go needing knowledge to help fix your car is not acceptable.

I’m glad, AutoZone is in Maui now!!! I’ve been having to buy most of my parts online because of the crazy pricing Napa charges for freight and their parts. One of the main reasons I started going to AutoZone is Luis, the Manager. (Formerly Napa’s Manager) He knows what real customer service is all about. He is very knowledgeable and if he’s not sure, he will go the extra mile to get the information right.My husband and I run a small business and sometimes it’s nice to feel appreciated. Luis makes it feel like that’s his home and welcomes us. The store is super clean. The others guys have also helped us out too, and and they all make a great team. Thanks guys!!

Gonzo and luis are a dream team!!!! Luis helped answer all my questions with a whole lot a patience because i had no idea what i was trying to explain!! And gonzo he has excellent customer service skills from answering all my questions to showing me the answers and how to. After some snapped exhaust bolts and needing new head bolts I had to go to town for parts. They had them in stock, were helpful and got me what I needed with a smile.

Great customer service, I also like that they have Luis and Gonzalo that offer service in spanish for those that need it unlike other places. Ive been there a few times and they are very informative and if they dont have it in stock they get fast free shipping available, with options to have it delivered to the store or my house.

During vacation my lovely car rentals battery died (Chevy Aveo). Your knowledgeable & helpful staff help me tested and replaced the battery. Im super GRATEFUL that Luis Barragan was there to rescue my vacation from turning into a nightmare.

Autozone has gained one of the best customer service providers on the island, Luis. I have been dealing with him for all parts or anything I’ve needed for my vehicle ever since he was at Napa. Always makes you feel comfortable and appreciated as a customer and has never made me feel dumb if I ask a question about a certain part or it’s purpose and explains it in detail, very knowledgeable. Has always gone the extra mile when needed, highly appreciated. When he is not available I go to Donald, another very knowledgeable team member they are lucky to have. Donald has been very honest when he’s helped me out and I feel like I’ve never been sold a part I didn’t need from either of them. These team members have been trained by the best customer service provider on the island, manager Luis, keep up the good work guys. There’s a big difference between a manager and his employees and a leader and his team, this is a great leader and an awesome team, best Autozone I’ve been to. So far I have had nothing but good experiences with Auto zone. They have had everything I needed. Without the lousy attitude that I get at Napa. Sad I have been dealing with Napa on Maui for most of my life. Yet there customer service varies between ok and horrible. I have never had another parts house screw up my parts order as many times as Napa. And not honor there warranty. Auto zone on the other hand is the total opposite they honor there warrantys. And they dont try and act like they know more than you. Just good prices and good customer service.

My dad enjoys coming to autozone because Gonzalo and Luis are very helpful. We are glad they speak Spanish and they can help the community out!

Horrible RUDE, unintelligent staff at the Kahului, Maui store. DO NOT shop here. Most mechanics have already stopped going here. It is sad for the company that the staff is SO bad on Maui. Trust me. Aloha and happy holidays!!!
