Worst customer service ever.

Worst customer service ever. Every employee completely ignores all the customers, stood in front for 45 minutes waiting to at least be talked to but no luck. Huge line built up of people not getting helped, but at least we got to watch the employees all arguing with each other so had some entertainment

They have always gotten the job done right, in a timely fashion at a fair price. Their mechanics have all been employed there for a while and are to be trusted. Angel was very helpful. Thank you for being there!

Always takes forever all the other prices are fairly reasonable. You get stuck in a huge super box for 1 to 2 hours just trying to get your oil changed. Its almost enough to get you to go home and do your own oil changes again. One of the few places in town you can get your oil changed

Horrible wait time, under staffed, under paid. Everyone works really hard, but not enough people and no manager on duty. Been coming here for years, always been good. Something changed and I will never bring the car here for service again.

Brah I literally waited like 25 min for someone to come help me. This guy came up after me. And one of the mechanics just talked to him. Took his car. And ignored me. Ignored that I was in front of him. And the mechanic came back and still didn’t help me. I talked to the cashier inside and he said “someone will come eventually.” I’ve never been ignored like this before. So rude. So unprofessional.

Good price for oil changes

Showed up at 630 am after work. For change 1 tire. Took 5 1/2 hours. Tire i wanted didnt have for the price online. So i paid double and waited way longer than i wanted. I planned maybe 2-4 hours.nope 5 1/2. Take your chill pills when you go. Your gonna need em.

Went here to get 2 tired replaced. Pulled up and parked and asked the way mart technician if I needed to speak to him or go inside and he started going off about how he had 6 cars and some other stuff. So I called around and was given excellent service at royal Hawaiian tire.So I have these guys another chance and have not been dissapointed. Since my initial try to get service. I have been back 2 or 3 times to get tired balanced. They have done am great job and taken care of me promptly and done good work on my wheel balancing. I will continue to do business with them because for the basic needs i have they are hands down the cheapest ballgame in town. Looks like they are trying to get some quality people in there and they are doing a great job. Keep it up guys

They don’t take appointments so I knew to come early. I arrived at 7:20 am and they told me 2 hours... 2 hours turned into 4 hours and my car is still in the parking lot untouched... cars that came way after me got worked on before my car was even touched. They lie to your face.Wait guys it gets better... they made me wait an extra hour and then told me there where no tires!!!!! This morning there were tires and I got here early and wasted a half day here and now they tell me there are no tires!!! Absolutely outrageous.

Bought 2 tires! Now they cant find it. Computer says there is 6. Ive been here 30min. And still no tires!!!! How long should it take to find 2 tires in stock! Organize it if you have problems with finding stuff! I love Walmart. But the tire place is a joke. No nice customer service!

Look, its Wal-Mart! Not known of great customer service or even quality service but the next cheapest oil change is double the price. Ive been to this location a few times, oil changes start at 7am, if you get here then youll be 10th or later in line. I went at 620 the other morning and was still 4th in line. Some days you get 4th in line for the oil change and youll be done by 730 and other days youre 4th in line and Itll take 4 hours, just depends on whos working.

Good deal on tires only long waiting line to have it install

I drive for Uber and have to get my oil changed about every 6 weeks. I always go to Walmart and the service is consistently pleasant and timely. I have never had anything but a positive experience. I know this goes against the other reviews I have read but Ive had my oil changed here for the past 5 years and its always been a pleasant experience.

The abosulte worst auto center on Maui. Period. Every moment of it will be painful. Choose a better option, never Wal Mart on Maui!

Staff is friendly but dont be in a hurry for an oil change. Best to just leave your car for the day.

I waited over an hour and a half just to have the guy tell me that they didnt have my tire and they couldnt fix the hole in my old one. Their check in process was absolutely asinine. I will NEVER go there again

Good reasonable price oil change but they did not rest idiot lights so service engine and check engine Ltd still on.

In line at 650am did not open doors tell 730. Was forth in line took 3 hours for them to do 4 oil changes and get to the tire. Then they charged double the online price for the tire?? You can buy it online and pick up in store for $60 but cost $100 if you go there to buy it??? By 745 they were turning people away to many cars waiting. Why does it take 1 hour to change oil in a car??

Dont be fooled by the advertised price on the store web page. The tires are not the same price in the store. FALSE ADVERTISING!

Had to fix tire pressure, was serviced by Donald who was very professional.

Best prices good service

You have to wait 40 minutes just to talk to someone. Take the day off if you plan to get your tires changed here.

Wow stopped by this morning at 8am dude said 3hr wait he said come back @4 and it would only take a hour. Got here at 4 still waiting it’s 615. Ohh damn never again!!
