My #1 go-to auto parts store. Go see Lloyd for all your auto troubles.. Always friendly, usually cheaper than those bigger name companies.. and they give great advice..

Cheap the parts and stuff over here. But sometime. They no give u the whole part that they should.

Called to see if they had a battery in stock. Some guy said I need the number off the battery, I asked if he needed the serial or the model number and he just kept repeating I need the number off the battery. Gave him both numbers and immediately after without a second to look either up he said no man, we dont got your battery then hung up on me.I hoped theyd be better in person so I went in and found an employee to help me but they had me waiting for over 20 minutes with no answers. If you cant find it on the shelf on your own its not worth stopping here, they dont care enough to help you get specific parts from the back.

I delivered items to this store, it was my first time, nobody was helping me sign off or take there stuff, everyone there seemed stressed and depressed, then I found out why. Delivery drivers have to be on the move, fast, but also polite and patient. I was there for a few mins and I’m guessing it was the owner but he ended up screaming at me on the top of his lungs to get out several times which was super embarrassing and intimidating. I had my hand truck in the back so I asked politely if I could get my stuff and I’ll wait for him to sign the delivery papers in the front of the store, which then he made me wait for 5 to 8 mins after being embarrassed.This definitely made a lasting impression on me and anytime I think of this store I get heated and I want apology or for someone to yell at him directly in the face boot camp style haha. But I’ll never recommend this store in fact I’ll redirect people to other places. This happened a few years ago and I just seen this store on google maps and I felt like I need this guy to apologize. I will take this down if that happens but I don’t plan on it. Lesson is don’t yell at customers or anyone or it will come back around.

Excellent service, had the part I needed in stock unlike other parts stores, and the price was better than all. Thank you Lloyd for taking good care of me.
