This shop is so cute. The buyer has a lot of fun. The Christmas decorations were up. The kitchen area was full of so many gadgets. It was wonderful, I picked up a few things I had been wanting!!

They had isobutane cartridges here when everyone else was out. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great store with a variety of goods. If you are backpacking / camping make sure to stop here.

Its always a fun experience. Except for once. I was accused of something I didnt do. She didnt say anything but the way employees were following me around you know. I told another employee what really happened. I like shopping at Ace they always have what I need.

Mid sized hardware store. They do well with plumbing fittings and hardware (nuts & bolts type). Staff is more knowledgeable than youll see in the box stores.

Prices are a little bit higher than bigger stores and customer service is improving and hopefully will continue to get even better as we get through all these major changes in our life journeys.

Free coffee, Free Popcorn and plenty of associates to help you find what you need or what you need help looking for.Prices little bit higher when comparing. Some things might be cheaper elsewhere. However you will get a great customer service experience compared to the other big name stores where there is no one in sight to offer you a hand or a suggestion.

BUYER BEWARE! The prices are much higher at this location than other Ace Hardware stores, Home Depot or Lowes. The reason given is that it is privately owned. Tried to buy some Yetis today but they are $5 higher at this store than the standard set price charged at any other store selling Yetis here on Maui, on the mainland, or online. Needless to say, we are not shopping at this store again.

Yes, some items here are a few dollars more than Home Depot or Lowes,.....BUT has any employee at Home Depot or Lowes ever approached you asking if you needed help? Heck, when I need help, it seems like only the cashiers are working. Dept floor employees are no where to be found. At Ace. Its automatic. When you walk in all the staff greets and asks if you need help. Plus, Ace has a ton of items that are in stock and on the floors versus the other two hardware stores. So when in a bind with a minor shower repair turning into a bigger project like replacing an American Standard shower cartridge thats 40 plus years old, Ace has it in stock. So a couple of dollars that you saved at HD or Lowes doesnt compare and falls short for the service and availabilty of items in stock at Ace Hardware. In addition, Ace is a locally owned business. Keep up the good work Ace!

Great service. Pricing seems better than either of the big box hardware stores on Maui, and its usually possible to buy individual pieces rather than the typical multiple pieces sealed in an impossible to open plastic shroud you normally encounter in those stores.

Most rudest woman in the front counter ive ever come into contact with cant understand why iam a customer. They are new and are least likely too help you with anything that you are concerned about. She would not let me look in the back of the flashlight section dont know why she said they were all the same but theyre all not the same some of them had different colors she was just rude to me Im very unsatisfied when I go in there I thought that was supposed to be a family store but it seems like a communist store. I will be spreading this word all over online guaranteed on that the last time I go in there
