I really enjoyed shopping there! I was welcomed with a warm smile! And when I needed help to choose my scrubs, Collin and Kennedy were so patient and so professional in helping me out! I recommend that store to anybody who needs great and affordable scrubs! Even their cheapest items are so beautiful!! Collin displayed a wealth of patience towards my kids who were too excited in the store! thanks Collin!

Tons of options and helpful employees. Can special order you uniforms if they do not have what you need! A coworker told me about this place and I will be coming back.

Nice people who are willing to order something for you if they dont have it. Great selection of scrubs at decent prices. They had everything I needed when I started my new job. I like being able to look for myself & try things on as opposed to just ordering offline. And I like being able to support a local business. Its just down the street from where I work & is very convenient.

Except for welcoming me into the store, the clerk never once offered to help me in any way. Good selection but absolutely no help from sales staff.

Spoke to the manager about getting a lab coat as a gift that I needed in a week. I told her if she couldnt do It, Id go look elsewhere as a special occasion was planned. She assured me that she was going to GR on Monday and she could get it then. I will call you next Monday. Monday, no call back. Tuesday, no call back. Wednesday I called and asked for her, and was asked what I needed. Lyndia would not come to the phone but rather told me through someone else that those orders take 7-10 days + 2-3 days for embroidery. I explained, to the staff member, the conversation Id had with Lyndia and again asked to speak with her and she repeated ya, those orders take 7-10 days + 2-3 days for embroidery. I said so she basically lied to me? well ya That is poor management, poor communication, poor business. I work for a large medical Center in Kalamazoo, I will certainly share my experience!!!! Would give NO stars if I could.
