Watch what they tell you verify everything that your told about purchase, registration everything I do mean everything I will never use them again.The manager made things right. We all had a miscommunication and they are helping us. If this is how they are willing to go the extra mile then Ill do business with them again Ill verify everything but otherwise no complaints the service department is fabulous.

I want warn folks about Clark Nissan of Kalispell based on two recent encounters that makes me question their ethics and/or competence as a service center. My ex-wife tried to trade in her F-150 and their master mechanic told her the engine was bad and failed compression test. They offered her well below blue book so I purchased the truck from my ex-wife instead took it to Complete Automotive and it turned out to only be an ignition coil that cost $150 to fix. Then without consulting me my daughter purchased a used Chevy Captive from them with their bogus warranty and a few months later claimed her high pressure power steering hose was leaking. The warranty didnt cover it and they wanted to charge her $566 to fix it with 4.5 hours labor! I immediately took the car to Complete Automative and it turned out there was no leak. It appears when Clark Nissan did the oil change managed to get a bunch motor oil all over the place which dripped onto the power steering hose below. There was no leak and they charged me only $30 to diagnose this. Whereas Clark Nissan charged my daughter well over $150 to tell us there was a problem that didnt exist. So be for warned about taking your car to this place.

Spoke to a guy named Kenny about getting repairs done on my 370z. He seemed very knowledgeable and was able to point me in the right direction for service needed on my vehicle, will be in soon for service work thanks again man !

Service department is the WORST!! They had my vehicle for 6 days and could figure out the issue(told them several times what the problem was and it was NEVER addressed). They came up with a possible $900 fix. Thankfully they gave up and had me tow it to a capable dealers shop that listened to me and had the problem diagnosed and fix in 2 hours for $200. Save time and take your vehicle somewhere else..any where else!!

Financed a car from here a month ago now. Had a pleasant experience the sales team was friendly and courteous and helped me get into a new vehicle. After my last experience trying to get a car was pretty dubious walking into the place but they were great. Salesman Anthony was patient and helped me get into a Ford Edge which I really like and the payments are affordable. Would recommend to anyone looking to finance or buy a vehicle and willing to take the time to find something that fits their needs.

This is for the service department specifically. I have not bought a car there so cant speak to that experience. My wife like to take her car to the dealership to have it serviced. The first time that we went they suggested that we have the serpentine belt changed, I figured 150k miles it probably needs it. They change it next day wife is driving to work and the belt comes off. Has to be towed to the dealership as it drained the battery. They replace the belt. 3-4 months go by and she takes it in to have a noise looked at. They again suggest that the serpentine belt be replaced as it had stretched and was making the noise. I think they did replace that free of charge after we explained that it was now the third one they would be putting on in less than 6 months.

We bought a used car from green Nissan last year and it has been great!! So I decided to get a car for myself, I got the pleasure of having Matthew as my salesman (highly recommend him to everyone) super friendly, and he listened to everything I wanted and made everything pleasant! Called for the parts department, first call they said they were busy with a customer and would call me right back, called again three hours later and was put on hold for about 20 minutes and then was hung up on, third call they answered and they said the only way they could find a part is if I had my vin on hand. I respectfully said that I would just find the part somewhere else. Three years ago I was looking for a part for the same rig and the parts department was wonderful, there must have been some change for the worse.

We went to Green Nissan to just look at a car I had viewed online, no expectation to leave with it. Rob was an excellent salesman who got us in that car and left with it that day. He didn’t pressure me into something else that I didn’t want and explained everything so well. Mike from the finance department even got our monthly payments lower with benefits to it. I went in to test drive a used Subaru I saw online. I ended up working with Justin Smith and getting a 2019, slightly used Nissan Rogue. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I recommend working with Justin. He is not pushy, and makes you feel comfortable. After doing a couple days more research I ended up buying from Green Nissan, they had the best price. They even rivaled Spokane dealerships.Just a note, the Rogue is great, has some get up and go and has more room inside than the Subaru, and for a better price. How can you go wrong??

We are new to the area and and needed an oil change and took our Nissan Murano to Green Nissan. We were met by the nicest service person and she was an absolute delight. The service was done on time and quickly while we waited. It was a fair price. Everything was as it was expected and the nicest visit to an auto service dealer we have ever had. Very nice building with comfortable chairs. The coffee was very tasty and they had a TV to watch while we waited.

Lupe was not only extremely helpful and professional, but she exhibited a genuine enthusiasm towards her job. They had a very unique pre-owned vehicle there, and she made the entire process painless. The rest of the staff throughout the process were helpful and thoughtful during the rest of the transaction as well, assisting me in obtaining a lower rate, and giving me a list of all of the work they would be doing for me on this car. This is our second purchase from Green Nissan in the past two years, and we wont hesitate to go there again when we are shopping for something new.

I have purchased several new vehicles from the same dealer the past 20 years and was looking for a somewhat hard to find Titan diesel. Found one advertised and sent a message on Sunday to see if it was still available. Since they were closed was not expecting a response until Monday and was surprised when I got a response shortly after sending. I exchanging a couple messages with Audrey and discovered she was the general manager and she offered to meet me to look at. Great customer service, but didn’t need to take up her time on a day off so she met my wife on Monday and I drove 7 hours round trip to pick it up. The process was a bit time consuming for my wife, but great people to deal with. Received a follow up call today just to make sure everything is good. Very pleased with the experience and people we worked with.

My leaf that i bought a week ago was already having charging issues and people at the dealership have been poorly informed about the car specs or repairs.

We found Matthew to be incredibly knowledgeable, personable and efficient. He answered all our questions and then some. He was aware that we didnt want to lollygag over paperwork and the overall rigmarole that goes along with purchasing a new car. When we came back the 2nd time to actually purchase the vehicle, we were in and out in about 30 mins.

I asked these folks a question and they didnt have a clue what I was talking about. The girls in the service dept dont seem to know much more than how to schedule an appt. I tried to find the guys I brought my vehicle from but were told they all left. I didnt recognize any of the employees since the last time I was in. I wonder why so much turnover????

I had came in to trade in one of my vehicles for a truck and as soon as I pulled in the parking lot Will came out to help me. He was fast to make sure I was happy and that I got the help I needed. After me being difficult for about 6 hours we finally came to a closure on a trade in and he was nothing but helpful through the entire process. I was having a hard time with my vehicle and was put out for a month. Green Nissan covered us with a courtesy car for 3 weeks while a part was on back order. There was some miscommunication and Stephanie stepped in right away to make sure that we were taken care of. Overall, very grateful for the outcome and the customer service that I received today.

My service representative was very helpful and answers all of my questions without being condescending. I really appreciate the extra time that he takes to explain what has been done to my car and when Im due for additional services. He really does an exemplary job.

The staff were incredibly helpful. As usual. I was recommended to see them after a friend bought a car from them and how easy it was since she had questionable credit.

Detail cleaning was not done to completion. Called to complain and was told that they would take care of missed spots while the car was in. This did not happen. Door handle was fixed, but door was not cleaned of greasy handprints and dust afterwards. Car smelled of rusty and greasy car parts after service. Trunk of car was used for parts storage and the rear plastic is now scratched beyond repair. Service also took entirely too long. Once all parts were in, it took 5 days for less than 10 hours of labor.

Over the last year, I have been trying to get financed on a used Nissan Leaf theyve had. Ryaan has stayed in contact with me on a regular basis over the last 12 months. Never have I had a salesman stay in contact with me past the initial sales attempt ever, much less a full year later! The dealership is amazing and actually cares about their customers. And they carry the all electric Nissan Leaf with a dedicated specialist. I am headed in on Monday to chat with them again!

I had little hope of finding the right vehicle for my unique situation. Ryan Morgan made the process simple and painless! He was knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. The showroom was pretty sweet too!

I was in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. The sticker was only out for 3000 miles instead of 5000. My tire pressures were way off. So I had to go back down to have those things remedied. They got me right in and took care of it, but those are routine things that should not have happened.

I had some recent service done and their department went over and above to see that I was taken care of. It was a simple gas cap, but they put it on and cleared my code as well as washed my car. Great place and well worth doing maintaince with their service department. Great job guys!

The bank they use and refere their customers to is absolute garbage. They assured me when I bought a vehicle that there was no penalty for paying it off early, low and behold my credit is ruined over a totaled vehicle that wasnt my fault. The lady that did the paperwork on the final sale was extremely rude, I felt rushed into everything. Would never go back.

This was the worst first car buying experience. We put our trust in to the sales team and we are literally paying the price for that mistake. We are now 20,000+ underneath. They promised us the rebates would eat all the rollover, that was a lie.This car breaks down more that any car weve owned. When we take it to Green Nissan to be fixed, it doesnt get fixed right or the work they promise to do does not get done. They put a Infinity computer in our Nissan and then called us to pick it up. When we pick it up (we do live 80 miles away) the computer flashes Infinity and nothing works, another wasted trip.After all this(there is lots more I did not mention), we get a call from a guy saying hes the new manager and he can help us. He says hes sorry and we are not the only customers who have been treated this way. He finally says hes come up with a offer and the offer is completely unacceptable.BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE.Edited Oct. 21,2020Yesterday my car started acting up again. This has happened numerous times and Green Nissan will not address the real problem. Every time I call because the car will not drive and run properly (same problem for 2 years now), I am told to come right in and they will get me a car while they fix it (this has been standard procedure for years now) once I arrive from 1 hour or more away, Audrey Knight will then tell me I can not have a loaner car and I have to wait. She has done this twice now. She is unprofessional and she lies every time I talk to her. I asked to speak to her boss and she says theyre not here, I ask to get them on the phone and she refuses. Audrey Knight is the 3rd person at Green Nissan to tell me to put my car in the lake.I left without having my car looked at because I dont trust them (they have tied jingle bells to the inside of my engine compartment so the car would make funny noises, the body shop found them). ANYONE WHO REQUIRES GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A QUALITY VEHICLE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM GREEN NISSAN.

Salesperson showed up at my house with a vehicle to test drive- vehicle wasnt clean, the salesperson didnt show up with a mask, even though its state mandated. I had to give him a mask for the test drive. He didnt know really anything about the vehicle then to top it off asked to use my bathroom. Ugh.

Do not buy from here. My fiance bought a band new 2018 Nissan Frontier from here middle of last summer. We first thing that ticked me was the fact that the truck was in the show room and they wanted to sign papers before we even test drove it!! Well in the moment we did it and then come to find out once we move 1600 miles away to Oklahoma that they sold us a $4000 Green Nissan Warranty for THEIR store only! When they told us a Nissan Warranty when WE BOUGHT THE TRUCK that we can go anywhere in North America and get oil changed with this warranty.So why cant we get our oil changed in Tulsa Oklahoma with this warranty?? Nope do not go here. Then let alone they refuse to work with us and tell us it is our problem. court and flying back to Montana will be in the very future to get the money we deserve so we can fix our truck. Do your research before going to a dealership, ESPECIALLY this place. I would love you to talk to the manager of this place since they refuse to answer our countless calls and ignore our countless voicemails to them trying to resolve this issue.

Not only does he care about getting you into a car but he also cares about your situation and listens to what they need to do to make you happy and comfortable. He got me into an affordable vehicle even though I have bad credit. He listened too how much I could afford and went hunting to find me a car in my price range. He wasnt pushy in offering me cars I couldnt afford and I felt like he cared about my situation and making sure I was happy. I cannot recommend Travis enough if you are in a tight place. He will take the time to make sure you walk away with a reliable vehicle for any situation youre in. The management was also right there along the way to make sure I knew they were gonna do there best to find me something. I am very happy with my experience. Ask for Travis!
