Love this store

Very very pleased today with the outcome of my services at the Boost Mobile store Mr. Neal Mason was very pleasant and he made sure he took care of me and my needs as far as switching over my services. The only thing is that I would ask is for customers to have heat in that cold building. But overall I was more than satisfied

Easy pay phone bill and great customer service

If your disabled, DONT use this Boost store! Rudest EMPLOYEE ever! If I had met her first, I honestly would have done without a cell phone. I have severe Epilepsy, and she caused me to have a seizure from stress so BAD being CRUEL to me, that my family about lost me to a seizure!

Great service overall thou I usually pay my bill through the easy to use app I sometimes go in just to see if there’s any ways I can save a lil more or get more for the same price I’m paying just to stay updated💯👌

Went there on oct 24 2019 it says they open at 10 i waited from 10 to 10:20 and no one ever showed up to open the store and i cant anyone on the phone either

Will only help you if you have $25 I went to Verison, they are very helpful no matter what your problem.

Service good but boost punishes you for lost or stolen phones if you turn in 2 claims they cancel ins for a year

Get here to pay a bill and you still close sign on the door talking about training Smh I would have no problem wit that but now I have to wait extra hour and I don’t have that kind of time and this he only location for miles horrible service

Longest wait ever

If I could give zero stars I would. Stood in line for 45 min. The girl working never acknowledged us or any other customer that walked in.

Do not expect customer service from this store, they were just plain rude!
