Received the worst customer service at this location 😡The representatives are rude and seemed not to want to help customers. I had an appointment and when I arrived the representative basically didn’t acknowledge the fact that I had an appointment. I didn’t get a warm welcome coming into the store. I was handedoff to another representative who was helping a customer at the time and still was told to wait for an hour. I’ve never seen such rudeness with bad attitudes in customer service. PLEASE go to other locations!!!!!!

I went into this store because I was looking at switching my service. I also had a new phone for myself and my sons first phone he got for his birthday! Vance was the representative who helped us and he was wonderful!! He got everything switched over very quickly and made sure both phones were working great before we left!! I was very happy with my experience here!!

Just wanted to give kudos to this location, while shopping yesterday I was met with fantastic customer service even by those who were not helping me. I have never experienced such a friendly staff where everyone even on a Saturday morning were happy to be at work. The store was super clean, staff had masks on and everyone was respectful of social distancing. I witnessed them cleaning and wiping down displays, counters and even doors after customers left. All and all it was a great shopping experience even with my toddler who enjoyed having music playing in the store so she could dance!!!! Thanks T-Mobile and the Spider Drive staff for caring about your customers.

Vance was super helpful to us! My mom upgraded her android after never having an iPhone and he made the process so easy for her. My sister and I also go Apple watches with cellular and there was slight issues with the watch pairing with our phones and he was really patient and helpful to us and other customers while waiting. Definitely going to this store from now on!

I am at the T-Mobile store in Kannapolis Concord where a Vance canes a mobile to T-Mobile expert helped me out tremendously and even showed me a case to protect my phone it was a revel regular phone and then he suggested that I should upgrade to the revel flow class which I’m back doing his managers taking care of me while he’s busy with another customer but he was excellent as well as his manager the service was excellent I’d recommend it.

The following is not a review of this location and it’s ability to take care of customers . This is a review of Sprint .Sprint cares less about their customers than any other company I deal with . It’s really quite a remarkable accomplishment considering what the cable and internet companies do everyday but they manage to pull it off . I want to post this in as many public forums as possible to warn potential customers of the type of company they will be dealing with .I have had my mobile service with Sprint for at least 15 year . Probably longer . I used to make a habit of telling people that I felt they were a good mobile provider but no more . After being a loyal patron for over a decade I recently decided to upgrade my device again . I used the mail in program like I have before without any issues. I mailed them an iPhone 8+ in perfect condition other than the fact it was old and running slower than I was happy with .Somewhere either in transit or at their facility the screen for cracked . Sprint decided to bill me $200 for this . No consideration given to the fact I have been a loyal customer for over a decade . I called in to discuss this with a rep and he offered me a credit so I only had to pay part of the fee for the phone unless I could provide a picture of the phone . Well needless to say I didn’t take a picture of the phone because I use the phone as my camera. I told the customer service rep to give me a few days to think about if I wanted to continue using their service .In the meantime a friend found a recent picture of my new work from home station with the phone clearly in the picture . Guess what ? Suddenly a picture of the phone wasn’t good enough ! Of course not . All they wanted to do was strong arm me of my hard earned cash during the pandemic . I would strongly recommend running away as fast as possible if considering using this companies service .

I took my 10 yr old daughter there to get her and her twin sister new phones for going to middle school. The guy that answered the door was nice but said that only 1 person in at a time. Said that my 10 yr old could go in and look around without me and he would bring what she picked out to the door and show me. I DONT THINK SO. She is 10. We went to another location and they were more than happy to help and I walked out with 2 new iPhones. This location may need to reconsider their policies about a parent with a child to enter the store.

The person who helped me was incredibly rude and unhelpful. We bought a new samsung note20- i asked if she had a defender case for it and she said no - walking out there was display with them on it. I just spent 1000$ on a phone and you cant be bothered to make sure i had the assessories? Her name was Karen (go figure).

To make a two hour experience short and concise, it all boiled down to poor and inefficient customer service.If you need to go to a Sprint store goes to Concord Mills mall. They know how to provide customer service and they take the time to personally explain it to you.We came for a upgrade and had an appointment Karen for 5 pm. We got there 5 minutes after 5, asked where Karen was....shocker-Karen left! So we dealt with one of the manager Anthony. After going back and forth about phones and screen protectors and cases for an hour(which mind you I could explain better than Anthony and yet I dont work at Sprint) we finally made our decision. When we were in the process of checking out, another customer came in and because the other rep didnt know what he was doing Anthony went over to go do the sale and told the woman (just playing on her phone) to finish us up. (Even though mind you another manager- Holly was available to help the other rep.) There was then confusion with the bill, which she couldnt answer, so she ended up being both managers into the matter which wouldnt have been necessary had Anthony just finished with us. Then the girl gives our phones to Holly to transfer to data...why...cause another customer came in. So at this point, three people have already dealt with our phones. And then when we asked for a receipt and breakdown of the prices and the deals, another guy, yes a fourth person is dealing with our phones gave us the receipt we had some questions in regards to such. Anthony proceeded to overhear the conversation and now wanted to come back to us. Go figure. At the end of it all, there was no sorry for the delay, confusion, NOTHING. Not even a have a good day. If we didnt have the plan we had, we would change phone company.

One star is very generous. My grandmother went to the store to pay the bill and asked what she could do to lower the bill. The plan and phone is in my name not her’s. She 82 years young and they told her if she traded the phone in and got an iPad it would save her money. Once I got the email of the transaction, I told her to take the phone and iPad back. Less than 24hrs from the transaction they said sorry but you phone is shipped back to the warehouse. Poor customer service and taking advantage of elders. Stay away from the Kannapolis store. They don’t care about the customers just there sales.

Horrible customer service. I asked an employee whats the lest I could pay on my bill . She said she couldnt tell me but she did let me use the store phone to call customer service. The guy on the phone goes to tell me I have a boost mobile number and that I need to call boost mobile to pay my bill. I set the phone down and tell they lady that hes telling me I have a boost phone witch makes no since. She replied it might be one. What ????? I got my phone brand new from the sprint store ! I pay 110.00 a month ! I have a two year contract the sprint . How do I have a boost phone ?. I then hang up the phone and ask tell the lady I dont have boost Ive came to the same sprint store for 3 years to pay my bill . She then dials a numbe Tells me how much I have to pay ( that phone call took 2 seconds) which should have been done it the first place . The people that work there are lazy and dont want to help ! DONT WASTE UR TIME

I have been wanting to write this review for a long time. This store has terrible customer service. It does not matter what time of the day you go in, you will wait hours upon hours to do a simple activation that I could probably do by myself in 5 minutes. When they finally call your name, you will most likely be very disappointing to find out that you customer service representative is actually an uneducated person that knows nothing about Sprint. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! Make the extra drive to the Charlotte location where they can take care of you in less than 15 minutes because they actually know how to run a business. After all the chances I gave this store, today was my last.....absolutely terrible!!!

This store manager, Ty, is not a good manager. All he does is continue to talk while you are talking and repeat the store policy with a, Im sorry thats the store police. The customer service is awful. All they can do is sell, but try to return a defective item. They do not accept store returns after 14 days. Who does that?!! I left Verizon less than a year ago and Im going back. SPRINT can suck a big one!
