Worse customer service ever. I had been approved for progressive leasing and was going to buy a new mattress. Two clerks talking together. Three customers looking at furniture. Ask could I get some help. Clerks didnt want to be bothered. Showed my approval for leasing, and was told we dont have full mattresses. Saw 3 in a box. Then clerks left for break, leaving 3 different sells walking out the door. I vow never to return

Paid a total of 800$ for a couch and delivery, only for it to be canceled on day of delivery with no reasoning. If the order was going to be canceled, why charge my card? Money WAS refunded. But in time lost thinking big lots would pull through, i could have went a different route.

Took wife shopping there, looking for coffee mugs. She bought 3. On arriving home she found a long crack down the side of one. It was only cracked through the outside finish, so not broken by us. Its difficult to get back there, so it was trashed.

I like that I can see inventory online. They always have had the quantity stated and service has always been friendly, efficient, and keep me up with the latest offers available on my Big Lots card.

Was my 1st time in this Big Lots. I do like to go into all Big Lots due to each 1 being different. It was definitely a tad more different than most Ive been in out of the states Ive been to. This 1 had kids bikes in them & many other nice things in it. I went in about an hour to closing & I didnt get to see all the Isles due to looking in all of their DVD shelves. From what I saw it looked well maintained. Ill continue to go back here each month to see what all I find to take home with me. I did notice that some of the movie prices were different from other Big Lots prices. Ranged from a dollar more than I paid in Salisburys to paying as low as $0.75 for a DVD. Best price for a DVD Ive ever seen in any store maybe. Granted it was a kids/family movie I never heard of but it was a good movie. Im sure it may have sat in their store long enough to get dropped down to that very low price but I enjoyed it.Their staff seemed nice, I know the cashier I spoke to was.So overall a very good Big Lots. Might change my review if it seems to top my best experiences for a Big Lots store. But by far not the worst Ive been to.

I saw, I bought, I conquered. The price is always right at Big Lots. Places like IKEA act like prices are low, but they charged you for every little thing. The display looked great and Im proud I was able to build my table and chairs successfully. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Even though they give you a little wrench tool I was glad I had my own wrench to tighten the bolts properly. The only thing I would recommend is having a few delivery options, even if they are third parties. Staff was friendly over the phone and in-person and loaded my furniture in my truck. I would shop here again.

The costumer service was awful! The first time I went there was fine I bought the furniture I needed at Full price paid the whole thing, I went in right at 8PM mind you they close at 9PM and all the employees were just staring at my family and I as we were waiting for help to get a new couch they walked past us and didn’t ask if we needed help, when clearly we did! When I went up to the cashier who was doing nothing (mind you there was only one other customer in the whole store) and she turned her back on me and ignored me! I said excuse me several times and nothing another employee came and saw me and she proceeded to ignore me as well and talk to the lady who turned her back on me and I said excuse me is there anyone who can help us with the furniture and the lady who turned her back on me and ignored me mummers to the other lady that the guy left! So we’re just standing there with literally $900 in cash to pay full price on a couch and they ignored us instead of letting f us know the employee that handles the furniture left. I’m so annoyed and upset as well as disappointed on how the situation was handled and how the employees treated us.

Came in 3 hours before closing to purchase a recliner after 10 mins of deciding (no one to be found.) I made my decision to purchase a recliner over $400 after waiting for an associate I was approached by two employees which one looked like a manager not knowing what to do. After being told they had the one I wanted in stock I was than told by the manager? That it was At the top and he didnt feel like getting it down tonight that it would he better for me to come in next morning day. Terrible business practice and horrible customer service. All I wanted was a recliner no questions asked and was turned away. Never will I be back!

Im giving this location 5 stars. Their employee Kimberly was absolutely amazing and worked the front and furniture while others walked around and did nothing. Although clearly overworked, she went above and beyond. I will definitely go back.

The store manager is not helpful and has a very poor attitude. She called us as the customer rude for being upset that our credit card was charged a large amount for an order that we did not receive. Will not be shopping here in the future.

Nothing really special but found it odd that a car alarm was going off for quite some time and no one besides us decided to try to alert the owner after multiple obviously noticed it coming in and out of the store to include staff members..

This location was excellent! The store was clean, everything was neat and laid out so the products were easy to find. They had 20% off on the day we went, so I was able to get my essential oils at a discounted price!

Prices have gone up, but I dont see much change in product quality. Decent selection. Furniture is a hit or miss. You might get a great deal and it lasts forever, but more than likely, there is a reason that it is available at Big Lots. They do carry some big name brands, but the prices are only competitive on those during special events. I go here for artificial Christmas trees and seasonal decorations.

Clean with nice presentation; however, some items are cheaper elsewhere, while the others are more expensive here, than somewhere else. I advise against buying anything to do with tech from here (headphones, bluetooth speakers, chargers, etc.) as it is marked up considerably compared to Wal-Mart. Store is abnormally large with its fair share of filler products. Mattresses, dresser sets, bed kits and comforters/sheets can be bought here as well.

We have purchased furniture (Ashley and others) from Big Lots during our recent move. Their prices are almost unbeatable. The manager John was very helpful when we purchased our couch, it was an easy and pleasant experience. I will return.

I love to snack on pork rinds and to my surprise, they were on clearance for 50 cents! So, I got 4 bags! You need to come by here and see for yourself!

This location didnt have a good selection of anything. Shelves and products were out of order and unorganized. With Christmas less than a week away, I think this is the case in most stores this time of year.
