This store was fairly clean. But general or district managers should go into Kannapolis NC stores. Some are trashy and unkepted. Dont know if they have what you are looking for cause your employees are not restocking. Boxes everywhere all the time. Specifically the Enochville store. Sorry and lazy help. Yall are loosing a lot of business.

Getting things to get a better shopping experience.

This location is for lack of a better term pitiful!! They never ever have enuf staff the line be is ALWAYS down the isle...the cashiers are moving at a snails pace. They never say anything along the lines of thank you for waiting we are low on staffing...etc Nothing!! The store is always like a friggin maze I tripped over stuff on the floor just terrible.. management needs to do better and help that store... businesses could thrive a lot more because its a prime location..but I guess all that matters is the money 😑

This place was in no shape for business. Majority of the isles where blocked with merchandise in boxes on crates not put up. Staff was very unfriendly. The floors were filthy. I had to leave immediately and will never return to this loca5

There were 8 people in line, one register open, and the manager kept distracting the one and only cashier working by talking to her. Did not open ANOTHER register.

Although its not a new store they do their best to keep it clean. All the staff Ive been in contact with have been very pleasant and helpful. Hunter is awesome!

Found everything I needed nice cashier

Very crowded with stuff to be stocked and set out, when the shelves are already full, always everytime we come here. If the store is busy, the check out line is very long and very slow moving and usually just one checker too. Not enough employees, but the ones they have are nice and polite. Very close to my house, so we will continue to shop here for convenience.

This store is the closest to my home and this is the worse one I’ve ever come to. They are the epitome of a horrible business. They are understaffed, the store has never been clean, and some of the employees are just rude and shouldn’t be working with the public. They argued with me about the pricing of their 2-liter drinks. They had a sale going on and they didn’t ring up right and I told them how much they were supposed to be according to the sign. They didn’t believe me so I went and grabbed the sign and took it to them. I had to wait in line all over again and the woman that was helping me left to go stock shelves and sent my stuff to another employee. When she rung the stuff up and I showed her the tag for what was on sale, they argued that the items shouldn’t be on sale together. The original lady that was helping me come to assist her and they are both arguing with me about the items. That was my worst experience here and the man in line ahead of me said he couldn’t believe how they were treating me. It’s crazy because when I come in with my military uniform I get better treatment. No matter how I’m dressed I should get the best customer service EVERY time.

You can just about always find what you need. Their always seems to be carts full of merchandise parked in the aisle, which makes it hard to get to the things your looking for. Most of the employees seem to be nice, but have run into a few that seem as they hate being there. I truly believe that God puts you in a place and at a time for a reason. Be thankful for the job you have and make the most of it. Someone may be passing through that can open a door that can lead to what youre looking for.

Very clean, well stocked

Ive been here several times in the past and let me tell you, I have not been impressed, but this past time when I went. Pleasantly surprised. And the only reason is because of the lady that was working the counter. I feel so bad that I cant remember her name, but she was a young black lady, probably in her late 20s, to early 30s, about 5 foot 8. Had medium length hair. She grabbed a SD card for me from behind the counter, so hopefully, if she reads this, shell know it was her. A reason that I am leaving a review for this place. Because, as Ive said, Ive been here over a dozen times in the past and have not been impressed enough to leave a review, but she definitely made the experience much, much better this time, so to that lady, thank you again.

The store never has anything stocked on the shelf.. ask employs if they have certain things in the back and you can see it setting in the back cause they leave the door open and they automatically say no they dont have it

I do like the prices, but the store it is not clean and there are always Isles that are blocked with stock. It just doesnt seem to have all of the things that Family Dollar does! But I like the store in the girl that works in there is fabulous

Its convenient because it is close to home. The store itself is a mess. Very cluttered, disorganized and quit dirty. I felt like I was at a flea market having to sort through things I need. Way to much merchandise for a small store. I went to buy deodorant and an alarm went off as I lifted the plastic door. Now everyone knows I need deodorant! Thanks Dollar General.

Dollar General sucks! Theyre always messy and you definitely need to check dates on any items that expire. They have so much junk in the way. Im handicapped and its not a place for people who have special needs. Dont even try it if youre in a wheelchair! The only goid thing about this place is its employees, who were cheerful, friendly and carried my packages to my car for me. They deserve to work in much nicer stores!

I enjoyed this Dollar General I go here weekly its a good location for me somewhat stays in order but not all the time..people are always nice and helpful..

Lots of items but store was very messy. Long line only one cashier was working the other one was just standing around at register.

Hard to get through the store. Sale items are mixed with non sale items. Prices are not on or close to a lot of items and the trash cans are way over top of cans outside.

Go here very often, to the point you would think they knew me by name, I think you all should be more customer service friendly and get to know your customers, I am 40 years old everytime I come in I should not be IDed!!! Its like they get a kick with not selling you the tobacco that is all ready over priced and almost never fresh! Hey they miss out everytime because Exxon tobacco price is cheaper and across the street.

The manager Patricia has a bad attitude. I waited with a cashier at a frozen register that requires a manager to reset for 10 min. The sales associate yelled for her over and over and you could hear her mumble something each time, finally I asked the cashier to actually go get the manager and when she came she gave me a dirty look, walked past the frozen register and yells too loud that she will take whoever is next in line at that register! I was next in line for the last 10 minutes and I still cant get rang up till she stops doing transactions on the other register and comes to fix the problem! At this point I put my money back in my wallet, told my cashier I have to go now and made eye contact with PATRICIA and say I was the next in line she looks at me all mean again and glaring and I dont know why. I am a regular shopper there and never do anything to make anyone mad in there so she must just be a jackass. In addition this is the third day they did not have my brand of cigarettes and at this point also out of my 2nd choice as well so I wanted to go somewhere else for that anyway but after this evening I will never spend my money there ever again, kiss my 60 bucks a week goodbye Patricia, but I can tell you dont care anyway

We use the digital coupon app everytime we vist DG. At first the app worked great now it leaves out coupons. I feel like I have to fight with staff just to receive the coupon they offer. Some of the staff understand and does anything to help but others well they could careless.
