I had Europa Remodeling install a new kitchen and bathroom for me this year, and I have to say, everything is beautiful! The designs are so sleek and modern-- exactly what my husband and I wanted for a few years now. Thomas is really easy to work with and straightforward about the breakdown of the costs. The work was done so fast! The workers were very polite and quiet, and were pretty happy when I made some coffee for them. I highly recommend these guys. Ill probably call them again for some work in my garage!

Thomas and his team installed a beautiful kitchen into a house that I bought as a fixer-upper. When they finished putting the kitchen in, it instantly completed the house. The selling point for the house was the kitchen and they asked where I got it and who installed it for future references. They also drove to the farthest side of Galveston to install it. I will definitely use them again to remodel not only future fixer-upper kitchens but my own kitchen.

Thomas must have used my money for all those happy reviews? The products used were good quality but crew was not knowledgeable of how to install anything! He doesn’t even deserve 1 Star! All electrical was not finished In kitchen and master bath never got bathroom fixtures that I paid thousands of dollars for. I have hired Miele to check all appliances. An excuse every step of the way and then disappeared! But like someone else said esthetically pleasing. Except for my missing refrigerator panels and wine shelf and so on! On top of it his crew used my garage as a dump site

We are so happy to have found them. We called for an appliance installation, because we could not fit our new fridge which was slightly bigger than our old one. They came out and installed the fridge, they needed to adjust the fridge cutout of our kitchen on site. Price and quality, I could not be happier.

They did a great job in removing the post in our kitchen and install a hidden beam into the ceiling.I can recommend them for all remodeling work.

I got new windows installed in September last year. They are fantastic, keeping the heat out and the noise. Installation was quick and good quality. Altogether very affordable, much lower in price than renewal by anderson, comparable to window world Houston, but much better quality.

I want to say thank you for the hard work you did. The kitchen turned out beautiful. When we met Thomas and Diana for the first time in their showroom we felt very welcomed. At first they made an offer based on pictures we sent them and after we liked the offer we booked an design appointment. During the design session both explained us patently all different aspects and answered all questions we had. We just felt that Europa is the right fit. The delivery time of 3 month we accepted as we understood the cabinets coming from Germany. There was a delay as well in our delivery because of a damaged container, but Thomas handled the communication professional and finally the kitchen turned out so beautiful that I have to give 5 stars. One thing I have to mention is, that Thomas is very detailed. He discovered mold behind our old sink cabinet and corroded plumbing. Instead of just putting the new kitchen we got it repaired. He gave us a price and free choice to use as well another contractor. It was just impressing not to get pushed into a repair . Thanks again. It has been 3 years since my new German Kitchen was installed. I wanted to wait and see the quality and functionality of the kitchen before I wrote my review.I have read all the good and all the bad review and Tomas response. You see from the responses that Tomas is never accountable for the mistakes they make.I had to hire someone to handle the communication between my kitchen and Thomas. The workers were unprofessional craftsmen as was . Tomas. I think Tomas was the only one that knew how to install the cabinets. He crew was like a SNL skit. He also held me ransom for a cashiers check while the workers were in my driveway in there van.My kitchen is beautiful and very functional. There are some flaws and mistakes, but i am fine with those. When people come in an rave about my kitchen and want to know who installed it I refuse to tell them. I actually need to get the refrigerator panels and wanted a few more things. The refrigerator panels are paid for. I had rather gouge my eye balls out than to have that crew in my house. Once those people got out of my kitchen I was more than delighted. My husband and I relieved we were in serious trouble when they offer to quote on installing hardwood floors. They were going to install the floors over the 24 Mexican tile that had been down for eternity. :-)C & R

I passed their showroom in Katy and I was very impressed with the quality and design of these kitchens. They are designed to be used and to please the eye. Now that I am sitting in my new kitchen I am thrilled I hired them. They did an outstanding installation job and left nothing unattended. They worked on the paint, the backsplash, fitting in both new and old appliances, all with high attention to detail. Their workers are skilled, polite and reliable, showing up on time every day. When they left, everything was clean and ready to move into. My warmest recommendations to this company.

I walked into the showroom and I was super impressed! More than 4 example kitchen styles installed with cabinet features I never considered or had seen before. The owner was there and was very helpful with answering all of my questions even though I am not ready to buy yet. I will definitely consider this place when I am ready to buy my next home.

We hired them for a master bath renovation. The entire process was seamless from beginning to end. they was extremely helpful during the design process especially with the selection of materials and finishes. The crew arrived on time and completed the total project in 4 days! We are very happy.

We were nervous in the beginning because this company had not been in business long but consider ourselves very lucky and thankful that we found Europa!! They were very professional staying close to the budget and day after day always showing up on time which was such a relief from all the stories we heard about other contractors. They were also very patient and reasonable when it came to my wife and Is last minute design changes. We interviewed several other contractors and not only was Europa extremely competitive on price but their level of workmanship was far superior to anything we could have expected from anyone else in the area. Thanks again Thomas for making this headache as painless as possible!

Worst service .. waiting since 6 months after paying 30000 dollar and no update and not a such thing about custome service. Calling few times and not responded even call. And now they post pone date after 3 months .. think twice before you place an order.

They have gone out of business a year after the below review, what a surprise! But watch out they may reincarnated under a different nameIf you want a kitchen remodel to take over 9 months, (14 to complete fully) have a bunch of non-professional DIY amateurs work on it (very nice guys though), continually have to manage the process, pester the owner for action, have to rework various items, receive a lack of communication, hear regular excuses and the last straw being held to ransom, then go with Europa Remodeling for your dream kitchen.Do not be fooled by the sweet talk of the owner, who promises everything but delivers little. A very forgetful mind! Ensure every item you agree during the design process is clearly noted in the contract scope of work, everything or verbally agreed items are conveniently forgotten. Make sure the computer generated itemized cabinet and accessories order is translated into English as everything is in German. We had items delivered that were not as agreed during the design discussion. We were denied replacement.The whole process did not start well with the first sheet rock crew. After an initial mess they sent another, re-did the work then immediately put the cabinets in without any finishing to the sheetrock. The excuse “you do not see it”! This statement became a common theme. If you do not see it, it does not matter. On one occasion, about 70% the way through the remodel and after having already paid a substantial amount Thomas told his workman not to turn up until I paid a $230 bill for additional plumbing…that is being held to ransom! Really!! That’s how he operates.Quality of work is questionable, cabinets with numerous extra screw holes with no screws (9 alone in one cabinet). They damaged some panels during installation but refused to replace them. The excuse, because you do not see it and it does not affect the structural integrity! They are not confident of the work they do either, following some under sink plumbing they wrapped some wire cord around two fittings for what I can only guess is to stop them coming apart…. Professional plumbing…I don’t think so. I have had to get a Master Plumber around to fix the plumbing. I also ended up getting Mr.Sparky to come over for some electrical work. While there I asked they check all the kitchen wiring Europa had competed. They found two circuits wired incorrectly which could have overloaded appliances and caused a fire. His excuse, “we all make mistakes”!I had to manage the whole process and pester Thomas and his foreman to tell me when they would turn up. They did not turn up on so many occasions I lost count, Zero communication and when chased all the excuses under the sun were used. One in particular stand out, the owner says the foreman is in charge, foreman says the owner is in charge, so nothing gets done with this cat and mouse nonsense.I could go on and on but shall not, however if you wish pictorial proof of the mess and what they call finished work (because you do not see it!). I am more than happy to supply.They also took the liberty of using photos of my kitchen to advertise on their website, WITHOUT PERMISSION, I had to get a lawyers letter to “cease and desist”BEWARE, I am recommending everyone avoid this company unless you want a massive headache, second rate work and a ton of stress. It’s a great shame as the cabinets themselves look great, but look underneath that esthetic look and you see too many things that are worse than poor.Interesting to note the timing of three reviews that followed the first ever post on BBB for Europa Remodeling. They do not jive with the same posts on Yelp, what does that tell you?

Among all the construction charlatans out there trying to take advantage of people after-Harvey, this company was by far the worst experience. The kitchen was promised to arrive in 3 months, didn’t even show up in 6 without a single excuse to the client. Installation was another nightmare. Absolute lack of professionalism, inefficiency, dishonesty at every step. There were a couple of good guys working in the crew, I felt sorry for them working under such poor management. In the end it took about a year for the project to be “delivered” with many elements incomplete, poor workmanship, wrong cabinet colors, etc. Stay away
