This location is clean and has plenty of stuff

Its kind of like a treasure hunt! You never really know what youll find, but its hard to leave the store without a find or two. While they have a great selection of products, my personal favorites are the unique plant pots and the desk organization they offer. I wouldnt go into the store expecting to find anything in particular, as their products continuously change, but if you want to browse for good deals or just pop in after shopping at Target, youll have a good experience.

I love this store! This purgula with adjustable sun loungers includes curtains. It was about $3,000. What a show stopper. I long to have one of these. This store is a treasure trove of unique home decor. Its hard to walk out of empty handed!

EXTREMELY unprofessional manager! I was in the middle of checking out when the cashier was scanning two mirrors labeled $129.99 each, the manager proceeds to stop the cashier and tell her the mirrors were priced incorrectly. The manager said those were the wrong tickets and had me wait about 20 minutes before letting me know they were actually $179.99 each. Keep in mind, I’m looking at the mirrors that are labeled with a sticker $129.99 each, how is this the customers fault? I work in retail and the lack of customer service and professionalism from the manager was shocking. In my experience and as a manager myself any errors on behalf of the store/company are honored to the customer and fixed there afterwards. This manager refused to honor the rate and walked away not caring to correct their mistake. Your manager needs to be completely retrained, given a class on what customer service means, knowing how to correct any issues and learning the importance of retaining customers and keeping them loyal to your store by the amazing service that should be provided. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this Home Goods location.

Nice store with good service and a large selection of home goods and decor. The prices are good without being too cheap. The styles are hit or miss. There is usually a 5 to 10 minute wait at the checkout.

Home Goods is a wonderful store. It provides beautiful product for fair prices. This location, however, is the worst. So many of the staff are unhelpful and rude which makes the shopping experience stressful. The store is constantly cluttered with inventory making it impossible to get through the aisles. The Sugarland location is better than this store in every way. Well worth the drive.

Amazing location, so much to see and so much to collect... great staff and wonderful customer service, very organized and very well stocked.

They have beautiful things. But, get there when the store opens. Especially when it come to dinner dishes. They dont sell alot of sets. Im still looking for 2 more bowls to finish my set. I love the place. Bought a beautiful solid wood table. Only thing is...have your own truck to take whatever furniture you buy home. The delivery company Home Goods contracted with...is expensive. I live less than 3 miles from this particular store. Cost 108. For delivery. But, I was told by an employee its best to get your own. Anyway happy shopping

Two sales persons who I spoke w/were nice. The store wasnt over crowded with stuff! The wait time to check out was short..less than 5 minutes....Thank God!

Always a find of something I did not know I needed

I loved this Home Goods on Westheimer, they had a packed store for sure, it reminded me of Kirklands. I bought this beautiful shaggy rug for $59.99 5x7ft ! They were very busy Sunday 8/18/19They have so much, you just want it all !!From candy to Dog beds, throw pillows, huge mirrors, Halloween everything !My friend is making a Glam Room to sell makeup and they had a beautiful hutch with drawers and glass shelves with a light at the top,, oh my so pretty !! So, if your looking to decorate for any holiday, or change up your decor at home,, you need to go to HomeGoods, they have so much !! Bring that cash or plastic because youll find something you want in there !!

The kitchen ware section is always messy, but overall,its a good, clean and organized store.

I couldn’t get any customer service from the staff at this location. They had two employees at the front of the store talking one dazed into space and the other scrolling through the cellphone. I asked for help and was told someone will be with me. To my luck they get side tracked and start helping another customer. So now that I have been forgotten I go ask for help again, waiting for just not to have anyone to arrive. So I’m leaving the store with nothing and the same employees still standing and taking at the front of the store.

Great products and great prices. But its always miserable trying to use a cart here. Shelves are way over packed and spilling onto the floors. Abandoned inventory carts. I wasnt able to get down at least 2 aisles last visit. I hope theres never a fire..

Great price for outdoor chair cushions! Decided to brighten up the bathroom a bit too. In and out in 30 mins. Social distancing clearly marked.

I love this place! I did not give it a 5 star just because lines to pay are huge! Prepare to spend at least 20 waiting in line to pay. Other then that this is place is great for gifts, home and office decor. They do not have coupons or promotions because prices are already low. If you see something you like, buy it, it wont be there if you come back.

You can find some good items for your house. My issue is that the store is always crowded and the shelves are maxed out. The shelves are way too full and pass capacity .

I LOVE this HomeGoods, there is always a fantastic selection of housewares and serving pieces here! I love to entertain and always get compliments on my serving pieces. If its in my kitchen and not vintage or antique, theres a 90% chance it came from here!

Probably the worst HomeGoods location. The aisles are so small and the shelves are always a mess. I don’t go to this one anymore, and unfortunately it is the closest one to me

Always find a treasure here. Great for gifts or something nice for yourself. Check when your local store has their truck delivery for new products.

The shopping center does not look like a traditional center so you can easily miss this place but the selection here is amazing.They always get new inventory so you never know what youre going to find.

Pretty and affordable shopping

HomeGoods is constantly getting new items of all kinds - from dishware (like Kate Spade and Fiesta) to beautiful housewares, pots and pans, and organizational supplies. This is a pretty nice location that seems to have a great selection no matter the season. The staff and overall store organization leave a bit to be desired, but its really the inventory that counts here.

This is a treasure hunt store. If you have the time it can yield some fun finds.

Nualla always gives the best customer service! Always smiling, very friendly and she makes sure customers are satisfied and happy with their purchases!!! Though the whole store is over crowded, it makes so hard and hazardous to navigate the place. Fortunately there a handful of very responsible and efficient staffs and it actually compensates to the disorganized set up of the whole store and seems easy to keep up with the stores family oriented and friendly atmosphere.

I love HG but not this location! Poorly managed and it looks as if a tornado just passed through. The aisles are impossible to pass and the shelves was cluttered so avoid it like a plaque!

Good is a compact version of Homegoods. Prices are a bit high, but selection is pretty good. Good place for kids decorations also.

I have fun shopping at the store, but it feels more like a garage sale I dont think this store was well kept up but you could get some good Bargains there and they had some good things that my friend was looking for for her shower and bathroom. The best HoomGood store in Houston and area. Ive been in so many location. This is the best, not only because of its inventory, but for their management and staff. Always they treat the customs very well.

Dont take a buggy into this store because you cant get past the piles of clutter everywhere. This store was so disorganize it stressed us out. We left! It is a shame because we love Home goods and have never seen a store that looked this bad!

Lots of nice name brand furniture and decor at a low price. Its the Ross and TJmax of household items. Or its a mini Garden Ridge. Either way its a hot mess in there so be ready to spend some time rummaging through piles of unorganized clearance or sales items. There are a lot of gems there so keep your eye out.

Despite being a great one stop shop for all things domestic, this store is increadibly disorganized and youll have to sift through piles of clutter to find the gem youre looking for.Overall this makes for an overbearing sensory experience and makes me feel anxiety when I walk through rows and rows of clutter.Despite it all, this store has great prices and beautiful pieces.

Benny, the store manager is rude. When asked for help he recommended that I try a different HG (Conroe or even Lake Jackson) that was almost an hour away. Poor customer service. I understand that HG doesn’t always carry multiple items, but as a retail store manager, his job is CUSTOMER SERVICE. Recommending that I try another store an hour away was extremely rude, especially since there are several HomeGoods store much closer. I won’t be giving this location my business.

The Best Home Store in the state!

Usually a great place to find all kinds of gifts and housewares. Avoid at season change day, since it is total upheaval, but otherwise, a good place to shop.

Too crowded and cluttered

Over the last year or so this store has become so overly stocked with stuff. It’s so annoying and nearly stressful sometimes to try and get around in this store. Especially with a cart! I asked the cashier once what was up with how much stuff they had and she said the district manager just keeps sending stuff. Once, I couldn’t even get down the artwork aisle because there were living room chairs in the isle. It’s really ridiculous!

I love HomeGoods store in general, but I love this location the most. Always a great find in this store plus their staff is very courteous and friendly.
