My favorite store in the world, I love all the variety of scents and products! My favorite is especially the 3 wicked candles, they last a while and burn well. For the most part the body lotions smell great and you can smell them on yourself all day!

This store is the worst thing ever, I can never resist the latest scent theyve got wafting out of the store - and this time, I caught their Big Sale. I was given a nice squeeze of their branded hand sanitizer and a paper shopping bag when I walked in, and they just let the deals do all the work. I probably sniffed the entire store twice and nearly everything in the store was on some sort of deal or discount.A few products of my favorite Cucumber Melon even had crazy clearances prices - just because the art on the bottles was getting an upgrade. So of course I got two sets of Cucumber Melon for me, a nice lemon soap for the guest bathroom, a set of Cherry Limeade (new for me, but just lovely), and then a 3-wick and 1-wick candle.I spent a good chunk of change, but Im set for at least the next year and the money I spent was exceeded by the amount of money I saved. Bath & Body Works knows how to throw a sale that runs itself, thats for sure.

This store is super clean well stocked and organized. Im only giving 3 stars because of the employee who was in charge of keeping a line. They only allow a certain amount of people in which is fine but this employee may as well be a body guard. She faces towards the store instead of facing away from the store so when you dont see the line and are about to walk in she turns on body guard mode instead of being polite and simply statinh there is a line forming. Seriously though a simple fix of facing people walking into the store as opposed to your back facing us with arms out as to block the store entrance would be alot more inviting.

I love dropping in to browse or pick out a gift. This is a great store. Very organized and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Best feature is the friendly staff. Id shop here over any other locations just for the staff.

Though it was a busy shopping day, the floor reps were extremely nice and ready to help with questions. They had exactly what i nreded to calm my Anxiety. I will definitely come here again, great variety of candles, sprays, and body care.

Ive patronized this store for years, Ive never had a bad experience until today. The little Hispanic manager decides to accuse me of stealing a $15 bottle spray while Im at the register making 5 different purchases over $500 and she called security.After I finished my purchases, I asked to speak with her,told her how I felt and the spray she was accusing me of stealing was from a previous purchase and I brought it with me so I wont forget the scent. After going back and forth with her for about 5 minutes, she never apologized, but asked me how she couldve handled it differently. Like are you for real Janet,youre a manager, you know or at least you should know how to handle a suspected theft.Im going to return all the items I purchased today and anything else I need to return. I will not patronize this location as long as Janet Morales is in management there.

As usual, my BBW experience was GREAT !!!!! Visited the Katy Mills outlet, hardly any line, I was able to get in & out quickly. All the associates were very helpful & friendly. Awesome sales B3G3 on products going on, today was able to stack coupons, and got some good deals.

Giving the Katy mills outlet a 1 star due to their customer service today. Monica who is a “manager” decided to give me poor customer service due to her not knowing their return policy and because I knew it better than her she decided to call customer service to verify because she thought she was correct but upon calling customer service they were indeed on my side and explained to her their policy. Monica decides to get off the phone and tell me we will do it just this one time. She was so bothered that after I left she still went in the back to call someone else because she still wanted to be right about the policy. Monica learn your policy hunny I’ve been shopping here several years it’s okay to be wrong :) and try putting that same energy into teaching your associates the correct policy.

The service was great. Very busy but the sales person was very helpful and friendly.

Just pay close attention to who they give large shopping bags to & who they give small ones. I probably have more money than everyone in the store combined. Bought more stuff & I was so enamored by the price that I didnt notice until my very last purchase when I asked the tall guy for a bigger bag so the little ones wouldnt break because they were full. He went back & forth with me & tried rearranging the items in my bag. I begin to notice that even though I had more than enough to fill a large bag, they kept giving me small ones, but other people that had 2 or 3 items were given the huge bags.Why would I want these little heavy bags when I could just carry a large one on my shoulder because I had several more stores to go. Im never going back.

In the setting of COVID-19 this store went above and beyond. I saw a person stand at the entrance whos job was to sanitize everyones hands (also smart move since it promotes their products!) and also give everyone a paper bag to put their shopping items to reduce contamination and transmission. I also saw someone else whos entire job was to sanitize your hands on the way out. Excellent! More stores should model after yours.

Excellent experience, great selection.The staff was very friendly, even helpful despite the horde that can be in this store in the mall. They stick a lot of selection, including many of the discontinued items since it is an outlet location. They have recently started a mens line that is growing, and the teak and bourbon perfumes are fantastic.Floor staff was very helpful and the cashiers as well. When a line formed they went from 1 to 4 cashiers without pause and cleared us up in a hurry! Kudos to management!

Always great sales, great service and selection.

I only purchase their shower gels which smell great. Of course, I patiently wait for the buy 3 get 3 free. Even at half off they are still a bit expensive but the quality (gel thickness) and smell is well worth the price.

Last minute Christmas shopping and they were PACKED! I was very pleased with the way they manned the lines. They eliminated confusion and cutting, making it a much more pleasant experience!

I like their hand soaps and lotions. They have great sales during big occassions. Thats when you get the best deals.

Totally awesome place to shop for yourself or somebody else I can find things from $0.50 all the way up to $20 but I always go with a coupon in hand or a coupon on my phone be sure to sign up to receive the best deals and also free products when you go be sure to stuff your bag full with all of the best things you dont even know you need yet
