I wanted to start waxing to slow the growth of hair in certain places that bothered me and this place definitely help. They have good wax and my favorite is Elizabeth. She’s very chill and during the whole process she has a conversation with me just to distract me from any pain that’ll occur. The front desk is also professional and I recommend this place to anyone that wants to start waxing in places that have a lot of hair or are more sensitive.

I went here for my first ever Brazilian wax! CHRISSY WAS AMAZING! She was informative, kind, respectful and gentle! On my way out I spoke with Cydney, Adrianna and Brittney! All of these ladies were amazing! The Brazilian itself was less painful than having my legs waxed! I cannot speak for every European wax center but this one is GOLD WITH THE LADIES WHO HELPED ME TODAY! You guys have gained a customer who will follow WHEREVER YOU go!It is less painful than childbirth. Less so than a bee sting.

The worst experience I ever had. they are cheating customers. they sent hero card for front line workers and when I go for wax, they end up billing four times more than regular price and they are very rude when i ask for details. very unprofessional and disrespectful with customers.

If you get the whole service, it is awesome. Some times I have to tell the person doing my service to do it (clean, wax, clean, lotion)

I went to waxing the city and had a HORRIBLE experience and the lady did not even finish so immediately after I went to this location and they finished everything up quick, easy and pain free!!

I loved the receptionist here and my waxer. Both really resolved an issue I had with the other location off of Fry Rd in Cinco Ranch.
