This is my go-to neighborhood store and I love it! Great product selection and even better customer service ✅

Store is horrible. i lost my phone, was there for an hour looking for it and i had to call the police to file the report. as soon as the police came, the workers handed me my phone. THE WORKERS HAD TOOK THE PHONE.

This store changes you 140 for a cup of ice in their cups all the other stores charge. 3 tp .86 in their cups. I will no longer get gas or wash my truck here again

During a pretty aggressive storm with strong winds and hail I decided it would be a good time to stop driving and get off the road for fuel and drinks. As I tried to walk in to the store to get us drinks the doors were locked. Several employees inside gesturing to me that they are closed. Its 5pm and they just turned me away.....

If you are going to get Tacos at Laredo Taco inside, go to the location at Clay/Mason instead. This location, despite being newer, bigger, and a tad cleaner, does not make tacos with the same gusto, quality of customer service and speed of the other locations. Its great because there is usually not a line like other locations but theres a reason for it.They also dont have any lime salt or chile powder out even when I asked for it because according to the manager, No one over asks for it so we dont put it out. Needless to say Ill go to the other location. The tacos tasted the same but the atmosphere brought down my entire experience.

Best coffee on Morton Ranch Rd! Seriously this place makes it fresh every morning. Never had a bad cup.

Nice and clean convenient store with car wash and taco station tacos. Staff is always friendly, store and bathrooms well kept. My family and I go there a lot as it is very close to our home.

Stripes is nice and large and clean. Laredo taco on The other hand is always slow and dirty. Go to the one off clay! Its around the corner and so much better

It’s hard to get a receipt at the pumps when you buy gas here. You need to go inside to ask for it because the pumps doesn’t work properly or because they forget to reload the paper rolls in the pumps. So you have to do the lane to get your receipt. At the same time you have to be careful where do you walk by because there you s always water on the floor and sometimes they forget to put the warning signs. This is a big liability for a business. I was happy whenever they open because they have the gas I use for my pick up but now I prefer to drive to another gas station because they don’t take care of their customers by forgets my these big issues. No stars at all.

Other than the nice price for gas dont expect much more out of this stripes. Hands down the worst customer service i have ever had at a stripes or Laredo del taco inside. If you are in a hurry go somewhere else.

Food is really great! thats why i keep coming back.But man, the wait is unacceptable. Even we all know that lunch time will be really packed, and the fact that we all know it will be busy, but nothing is being done to resolve the issue.and after the long wait.... they gave a wrong order.. and my lunch break is over. sad.

This stripes is way better than the other one on Mason and Clay. Its clean and has a spacious area to eat the good breakfast tacos.

Clean store, well run. Breakfast food is great, Heath the restaurant manager is on point even with all the upkeep that entails . I stop in almost every morning for quality service and food. Whiney the GM is super nice and normally works the weekdays, but weekend experience is fine too. Ive NEVER had a bad experience. The staff are overall very very good, super friendly and do a good job of offering add-on sales(upper mgmt fyi), I give kudos to management for training! I enjoy coming here ALL the time!

I like to stop by this location specifically for breakfast tacos in the morning. The tortillas always taste fresh, and their service is quick. Most of the employees are friendly, but previously I have experienced where an employee made me feel uncomfortable by coming off too invasive. Work is not a place you should be hitting on people.

Im sure they have decent tacos at this location, but I have yet to be able to try one. Every time I try to get some tacos here, the people behind the food counter act as if it is illegal to speak. What they could say is good morning, i have a large order of 20 tacos ahead of you, will be about 10 min and i will get to you. But no, they look up to see who they are ignoring and then try to look busy never speaking a word.

Ive attended this particular location for several months now and what this location suffers compare to other stripes is a absence of customer service from greeting, being acknowledged, to checking out with the cashier. There is no friendly atmosphere, no warm welcoming, and definitely no I hope you come back again feeling. I have to express when attempting to order food it takes anywhere from 3 to 5 minutes for the cook to even entertain your order after he/she has already seen you. There is no teamwork there, I feel as if everybody has horse blinders when it comes to giving the proper attention to the customers or notifying the other team thats waiting to be attended.

Clean place, very friendly staff, and the food can be good too for a low price.

Worst tacos I’ve had from stripes the employees give very little beans and meat in tacos, you get nothing but tortilla. So if you want to get nothing but a tortilla and little meat or cheese or whatever you get, this is the place for you. Not for me, I like my tacos well portioned!!

20 cents/gal OFF when you combine with car wash. By far the lowest gas price location I can find around this area so far. I do car wash and fill up gas once a week at this gas station.
