Joy is AMAZING! She is the only pharmacist in Greater Houston that I have encountered who took the time to happily transfer my prescriptions to Cane Island CVS from Richmond. Thank you Joy. What a great name!

Great and super fast service for the vaccine.

The 2 male employees that were there around noon were really helpful. I was greeted and asked if i needed help. When i got in line there was one person at the counter and the other employee went to the next register so i could pay. The best shopping experience.

The absolute worst location Ive ever been too. CJ has the worst customer service ever. Rude and condescending doesnt even to begin to describe my experience. The GM Jason Monroe doesnt care about customer experience either. I used to frequent this location.. I havent been to this here in over a month and dont plan on ever returning.

ALWAYS a constant wait coming to this pharmacy. 4 cars in line and I waited for 43 minutes. I would have gone inside but I try not to expose the public to my daughter who is coughing tons with RSV. This isn’t even including how over the course of the last 6 months the 3 other medications I had to transfer to other pharmacies because they didn’t have them in stock.

Absolutely ridiculous! I and the people before us attempted to check out at the self xheck out as there were NO employees to be found to fix the self check out machine nor check you out Absolutely ridiculous!

Never any employees there to check you out. Shelves are NEVER stocked and now the refrigerated section is broken.

Ive called 4 times to speak with someone in the pharmacy regarding my prescription that I dropped of 2 weeks ago and they never filled. First call, they refilled a prescription from over a year ago instead of the new one. Second call, I was put on hold for 15 minutes and no one ever came back. I hung up and called again. The person hung up on me. Now I am on hold again with no answer.

Kathryn in the pharmacy is truly a fantastic person. The help shes given us as we navigate through this workers comp nightmare has been INVALUABLE! Her compassion, professionalism & all around great customer service has been so appreciated! Goodbye Walmart pharmacy! I stopped by this CVS on a Sunday to get an influenza vaccine after getting my truck washed at Buckees. I am not sure of the pharmacist name but she waited on me and administered the vaccine. The process was quick and painless. In and out in 10 minutes.

Slow and lazy

Always friendly, well stocked and clean. The staff is super helpful and they have lots of healthy selections to choose from.
