Usually have great service but today I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes and when I got to the window they were putting up the closed for lunch sign. No one bothered to let me know while I waited in line that they were going to rudely look right at me and walk away when I got to the window.

I want to say how helpful these two associates were in the photo lab. Zachary and Buddy took the time to help me and answer my questions! I had my two kids with me so their assistance helped to get me out quickly. I will go to this location because of the excellent customer service I received!! Thanks again!

I am not the most organized person and this pharmacy always deals with me with patience and professionalism.

Been doing curbside for several weeks now every 3-6 days for glucose strips due to gestational diabetes. The MANAGER blamed me for HER not knowing her system and what it means. When you do curbside you let them know when you are on your way and I always put 10 mins even though I am here before that time. She told me that I put I was already here 10 mins ago and got a attitude about it. This is why they checked it out and I could not proceed with online check in. I told her that is not true as the question I answered was how long until I would he here. I also informed here I am here 2-3 times a week for strips. Her attitude quickly changed along with her blaming me once I said that. Then the woman that brought out my order apologized for her managers behavior. Will be getting my glucose strips elsewhere from here on out. Completely unprofessional and unnecessarily rude!

I came to this Walgreens looking for a buy 2 get 3rd free product. The store only had 2 and it was sold out online. Zachary, the shift lead went above and beyond to help me find the product at a different store. He was so nice and helpful. The store was so clean and organized. I love the beauty section! Zachary really made my day.

Every where full of dust and manger said theyre doing tile and flooring but kids touching everything and toys in the store. If the store is under construction they should close the store. Not acceptable.

I have been coming to this Walgreens for many years and I cannot say enough good things, especially about the pharmacy. They are efficient, kind, courteous and go above and beyond making dure you have your medicine in a timely fashion AND saving you money!! Thry learn your name, know who you are and can help you according to your history with them. The store dors a fabulous job too. Great management, helpful, stock shelves frequently. I highly recommend coming here!!! .

Worst service from the pharmacy here. They are very rude when explaining why the medication costs 10 times all of a sudden. The person on the call does not even bother to answer any questions.. will change my pharmacy to a different one..

Every time I come here it’s the worst experience. Save yourself the trouble by not running any errands here. It won’t be a quick experience and the staff will be rude to you.

The pharmacy is right on time with my prescriptions I get friendly reminders via text. The store itself is very nice and clean. Staff is helpful. I like going in there. For the record they do not sell alcohol.

There might have been a change in management because recently, staff are helpful and the man with glasses with a vest, always assists me when I need something. I can hear him directing others to organize and assist customers. I believe his name is Alexander or Alex for short.

Sent a prescription refill to this location and went in 5 days later to pick it up. Get to the register after 20 minutes in line and they tell me the refill requires a prior authorization from the doctor. They had 5 days to let me know this fact but never bothered to call, text, or contact me in any way. Wasted time driving to the store and waiting in line which also inconvenienced other people who had to wait behind me. It is not that hard to pick up the phone and call the customer (me) to let them know that doctor authorization is needed. Last time I ever walk in a Walgreens for any reason.

NO WAIT! Friendly staff, very helpful and no wait. Couldnt ask for more out of a pharmacy!!! Extremely clean store as well...

Im an Army Officer with Tricare Select insurance. I called CVS to refill a prescription and immediately was connected to a woman on the phone. After giving her my insurance information, she notified me that the Army is unfortunately now contracted with Walgreens instead of CVS. But she offered me a coupon that would bring the cost of my medication without insurance down to $25.I then called this Walgreens and waited ten minutes before talking to anyone. The woman who answered told me she could not quote me a price and to come to the store. I explained I was not going to travel to the store until I was quoted a price for the medication. Then she quoted me a price of over $100. ...Funny how that works... I asked what the price was with my insurance and whether they had any coupons available. She responded that she could not quote me a price based on my insurance information and said they had no coupons available. I then explained that a CVS representative had quite literally just worked with me to give me answers to all of the same questions. The woman hung up on me.Needless to say, I will not be working with this Walgreens again for my own or my familys prescription needs. Id rather travel further to the Katy CVS in Target to deal with friendly, helpful people in order to take care of my familys prescription needs.

The struggle is real with the language barrier of the pharmacy staff. I gave up going through the drive-thru as my wife and I cannot understand most of the staff. We have to go in and read lips. It also seems like they are always low or out of stock of items on their shelves. We go here strictly out of convenience hit me be time to pick another pharmacy.

Pharmacy staff has been the same for a long time. They areALWAY patient, understanding, and helpful and I pick up 8 percriptions a month for three different people. Outstanding service, outstanding pharmacists, and staff there. I have been a customer there for 4 years and I will not leave unless there is a major change in staff.

Awesome customer service! We were looking for this ice cream and they only had one. The cashier offered to have another associate to go check in the back. Unfortunately, there wasnt another one in the store but we appreciated the effort.

Pharmacy is awesome. They always help us out when our Dr. Office lacks in getting some confirmation. They usually stay on the phone with us until it is confirmed on the dr side. Have not had any other walgreens do That before and it really makes the experience peraonal and warm feeling.

This place is horrible. The Pharmacy staff never pick up the phone, and they hang you up after waiting online for 30min

This Walgreens has 1 of the worse restrooms I have seen in the katy area.. looks like they have not cleaned it in months. Trash bins are over flowing and I dont even want to mention the toilets.

Rude cashier (Asian maybe?). She literally threw my receipt in the bag while turning her back to me this morning. Didnt say anything to me. This isnt the first time either.
