The best of this particular store is safer parking than in front of other same stores. No weird people and vehicles around. And store always surprise me with some selection at affordable price even if is not 99c.

I always enjoy shopping here, however, it would be a huge bonus if the shopping carts had just a bit more range once theyve passed through the doors. I dont enjoy having to manhandle a cart full of groceries across the parking lot because of locked wheels. I understand that it was implemented in order to prevent cart theft, but its terribly difficult for those conscientious shoppers to load ones own shopping into their vehicle then drag the wheel-locked cart back to the corral.

It was clean and its a big store. People were friendly. Mostly everything was under a dollar some were bit higher than dollar.

It was more then I expected to see in a 99 cent store I had fun walking around and just enjoying what I saw and they have so many good things in the store it was like a kid in a candy store. They do have a candy lane as I called it. What I went in the store for they was sold out of and that means it was a hot item, but I did get some honey roasted peanuts

Best 99 store in the Katy area. Its clean. The fresh department always has good deals. They are some very crazy deals and discount on branded today. Almost all the toys here are 70% cheaper than in Walmart. The bread and the variety you get in each category of grocery is huge. There is huge value for money here. very highly recommended.

I give 4 stars because they are affordable and have good product. HOWEVER, It can be hit or miss. The past few times I went, I always found something I just loved! when I return, the product I loved before is gone, but I end up finding something else just as good. There is a wide variety to choose from so if you pass on one item, then I bet you there is something close by more suited to your needs. The only reason I dont give 5 stars is because I did find mold on some of the older produce and bakery items. Dont let that stop you from looking past it at the others, they are delicious when not moldy. There is a cashier who always remembered me from day 1. I dont know her name but she is very kind and great customer service

Im a dollar 💵 tree shopper for everything crafts and party because theres no guessing on prices. I went into 99cents store to browse, hoping to find something different, but prices were confusing. Regardless, I did find items dollar tree doesnt carry but Amazon would. But what really makes me want to return is the sweet lady at the register. She saved me $15 dollars by splitting up my items and rang them as 3 separate sales. I didnt catch her name but Thanks to her 😊

Havent been here in a while still a good store but the name is a little misleading now.Since they have been selling items for more than 99¢ for a while now.Overall a decent valve store clean and offers fresh produce,beer & wine.Something that the other Dollar stores dont have.

Where is the 99 only in the pictures? It’s not the one on Mason. The pictures are neat and clean and it even has a coffee or something bar. This store needs a good cleaning and more employees to help keep it clean. They do have gnats and roaches.

We bought here sequins pillows. It is a great stuff for meditation :) I recommend!

As soon as I walked into this store I was bombarded by this overwhelming smell of something relatable to dirty kitty litter boxes. I love the 99 cent only store but this location could definitely use a good scrub down.

Store has a huge variety of items for great prices. When we are in town we always enjoy going to the 99 cent store.

Love this store. Always has a large variety of household items, and you always tend to go in for 1 or 2 items and always come out with more than just the 1 or 2 items.

It was better when it was a true 99 cents only store. Today I went in for a few items and one of the items I picked up had a tag that said $1.49 but was in a bin marked 99¢. Sometimes items are labeled with a price sometimes not so you never know until you check out.

I was able to put this healthy meal together from items purchase here... $2.00 made 2 healthy meals!

Lies, lies, lies! This is NOT a .99 store!NOTHING IN THIS STORE IS .99!More than half the merchandise in the .99 Cents Only store has the price printed right onto the label - and its all over priced! No great bargains. Plus, at register they charge .01 to every item they ring. So $2.99 is rung as $3.00. Doesnt seem like a lot but when you consider how many stores and sales they have they may sneaking (or stealing?) an extra million, or more, out of their customers wallets. They should use some of that money on pest control! Roaches! Gnats, fruit flies, moths...filthy.

I went in this store and did not pick up a basket at first because I only thought I was going to get a few things. When I started shopping I got more than I expected. I started walking to the front of the store to pick up a basket with the stuff in hand. When I did a manager stopped me and gave me the impression that he thought I was going to steal.

Busy, workers are either stressed or just born rude. Cant ask them anything and I was about to get an item from the shelf and one got between me and the product. Maybe she wanted it for herself. I just left the store. Dont need there stuff that much

Clean all staff doing social distancing and sanitation. Senior hours 7-8am Tuesday and Thursday

She came right back to phone & told me what I was looking for was there! Its been so long since a human being answered an initial phone call, plus was helpful and polite, I just had to say something. TEN STARS!! Heres my original review: Big store, lots of departments, including food. Good sized seasonal department, right now the Halloween products are on display, unusually large selection for a dollar store. Good customer service. Easy parking.

I used to really love this place. They always had individual pieces of eating utensils I could rummage through and a certain type of mint and chocolate cookie that was almost an exact match for those yummy girl scout cookies. They also used to have a very wide selection of glassware and dinnerware. Alas, no more. It is becoming more commercialized, less fun to shop, and with fewer choices.

Great help. Good store. Only one missing is 1 gal.water in milk jug. I used to buy 1 gal.water brand naturalist good quality at 99 cents is great. Present brand taste is not at par.

Good place to shop when looking for real cheep stuff. You never know what you might find. Always a surprise. Some good bargains can be had sometimes.

Its a wonderful store for elders like myself,Reasons our monthly pensions is limited to what was promised when we worked and theyre still trying bleed more. Were able to get more groceries and others, that would leave us chump-change, but not in any other stores. Continue to add your varieties of supplies and well continue to support 99 cent stores .. We enjoy your store but you should stop making people pay for carts. Several people including my 86 year old mom very frustrated with the pay carts so she just walked away as did others. I know carts get taken but take a business loss like other places do. Thanks for listening

Nice, clean, great deals. One of the larger 99c stores around Houston, and is kept very well. This brand is different than the other dollar store chains, and I often hit it up before going to grocery stores even. Dole salad blends and cherry tomatoes are common here for 99c. Lets put it this way, it is easy for me to rack up 50$ worth of items I need for home cleaning and maintenance, cooking, and school supplies. CHeck it out, you wont be disappointed.

I got fresh and big avocados, ball peppers and tomatoes at very affordable prices. Almost everything is 99c but a few items such plastics, and kitchen utensils can be bought for 1.99 or 2.99. You should visit for low prices...I dont recommend buying body soaps and creams there because I havent tried to buy there yet....

Cashiers are the only employees who wear masks. Every stocker I saw (at least 4) were not wearing masks.

This store has a surprising amount diversity. Great food selection for what it is, including fresh produce. also great holiday knick knacks for reasonable costs.

As I get older I need assistance to help me do what I used to do with just my hands. These folks have what I need to still accomplish basic repairs. If you use coupons the prices are fair. They play games. One item rang up 150% of what was on the shelf. Then they say 20% off 1 item but it just rings up the advertised price with no actual discount. So I will not go back and they lose my business. Employees are friendly but I am guessing corporate plays games with pricing. Sears is closer anyways. I plan to email them Monday and ask to be removed from mailouts and emails. I do not support unscrupulous companies.

Common everyday items at right price. Some items are good value but some are of value lesser than a dollar. One should be wise enough to select which items to be picked.

The store is big, have plenty to choose from. HOWEVER, the staff marked an item and less than it was supoose to be. Once the manager was called she quickly moved the tag and refused to honor the price! Their mistake nit mine.

The store is keep very neat & tidy dispite the fact Ive seen people (customers) totally destroy areas looking at items. The staff is friendly & helpful. A lot of items in the store change frequently which I like.

They have wonderful deals. You just have to go in every few days. I got Pepperidge Farm gingerbread cookies for $1. Original price on bag is $3.49. They also have Orowheat bread and Thomas English muffins and bagels. It is always worth a stop.

Usually a good place to get what you need fast. Not very crowded, lines arent bad, and produce is actually pretty good. Employees are polite as well.

Its the only dollar store I shop. Its still a dollar store and sometimes you get what you pay for. I got a twin pack of Scotch tape (the red plaid) and one of the rolls was wound sticky-side up.

They have improved the overall look of the store. Looks cleaner and with lowered shelves it doesnt seen crowded with merchandise.

A selection that shows lots of products of Mexico. Good prices. Just bought some organic blue tortilla chips with cayenne pepper.

The freezer unit was broken in this store....and last week the deli unit was broken. They were understaffed, and I was told that they manager had just told the cashier that they were going to be cutting more staff.Overall a good selection of veges & fruit on this visit!!

Item freshness isnt that great and inventory on the shelves was pretty scant. Didnt have enough registers open, but it was holiday shopping time, so that could have been expected.

Good selection, but the store itself has this dirty feeling to it, as well as a smell. King Dollar has the best selection.

Good place but sure is a busy place during the weekend.

Great and friendly employees. Perfect location. Only down side is the carts they have in the store. Carts dont move correctly because of some lock the store has on them and the cart i was using wasnt able to get unlucked so it did frustrated me not being able to move around the store well. The cart thing only made the experience not so pleasant.
