Im very satisfied with the service I received when l visited the store. Luis is very helpful and has great knowledge about MetriPcs products and services. Louis is very friendly and hes a man of his word.

Dont go to this location. The manager is a liar. He told me I had 14 days to return or exchange phone if I didnt like it. I got a discount so I guess they consider that an upgrade. Upgrades arent eligible for returns. If I knew that I would not have purchased the phone. I told him he told me I could return it but he said Im the manager I wouldnt do that. I said but you did

Upon arriving to this store I was greeted by two young men, both whom were eager to help and assist me with my dilemma at hand. I had several questions and they were both so professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The customer service that Elmer* and Kennedy* provided today was OUTSTANDING! It was so refreshing to see these young men really go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I really hope these guys get the recognition they deserve. I will definitely go back to this store in the future!

This salesman was extremely helpful very kind and patient, I would recommend the store with this gentleman to everyone.

They never opened on time on Sunday, we were waiting for more that 15 min, there were more customers waiting 😠

DON’T COME HERE!!!! they sell refurbished phones and charge like new. I had to bring in my apple iphone 6plus that I payed $400 for and within 3 months it was overheating I lost all my memories of my newborn son and come to find out at the apple store it’s refurbished and sold like new I was never aware, apple gave me a new phone but I was devastated because I lost everything because the phone just went on the fritz from one day to the next. I would give these thieves a 0 if I could but the best I can do is avoid anybody fall victim to these crooks. Shameful!!!!😡

Couldn’t be happier with the customer service Juan provided. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer and help me pick the best plan possible. I would highly recommmend anyone looking for Metro service to talk to Juan. He will make sure you leave happy.

This service is terrible in Katy! Do not buy a plan or you wont be able to make or receive calls.. My phone hasnt worked in 5 days and calling customer support is like trying to call Jay z and Beyonce. You wont get through.
