My husband and I were pleasantly surprised that there was another location near us at the mall, as were wanting to get new phones.But the biggest, nicest surprise was running into a fantastic associate who helped us originally almost 2 years ago when we switched to T Mobile. His name is Victor and he remembered us as well.Victor was a blessing because he was so patient with us and even answered our questions BEFORE we asked! We were just going to get one phone for my husband and see how it goes, but we ended up buying two phones because of Victors help and because we trust him totally. Victor is very knowledgeable and personable as well. THANK YOU, VICTOR!!!!!

Purchased a Iphone 12 $1000+ phone three days ago. Received in the mail and spent 1.5 hours on the line with Tmobile Technical experts to get it activated. After being transferred 3 times (once to the wrong department) Im finally told Please wait while I transfer you to the next level support. Great I thought, next level support, about time. After 15 more minutes wait, they attempted to talk to me, but the hold music wouldnt stop, they attempted to help me while their own hold music was blaring over them. Another 5 minutes go by and them music stops. Next thing I here Hi this Joe, how can I help you?.This review isnt so much about the store, but a vent about T-mobile shameful customer support. So tomorrow, I will be going into the store and they will either activate the very expensive phone I bought for them or I cancel the 3 lines on my account and go somewhere else.
Asked a T-Mobile guy if he can put a screen protector on my phone, the protector was delivered to me.The representative told me that if I didn’t buy the protect at his location he couldn’t help me.The screen protector was a T-Mobile Goto protector….. horrible service.

I came in for a upgrade to my phone and I’ve had difficulties get the phone I wanted guessing cause the system but Tye Took the time to make sure she got me the phone I need along with a case screen protector and air pods . I went to the store to add a new number to my account. After a 45min waiting, I was about to get what I want, them the representative after take a picture of my drivers license, confirm a code from a text message, ask my name, telephone number, pin code, social security number, all my credit card numbers, my husband social security, my billing address and I dont remember what else, like I wasnt me in front of her. The representative on the phone said he needed more information. Im usually very patient, but I swear they made me mad. I gave up on the extra phone number, its impossible to prove to them that I am who I am. The worse service I have ever seen.And by the way, the worse signal! I cant even call them from my neighborhood, to complain!!!
Switched over from AT&T to T-Mobile and from an avid Android lover to an iPhone. Walked into this location and Kouryeon was busy doing something else but stopped immediately and helped me decide on everything and was super friendly and helpful through the whole process. So far I am loving my new iPhone. I will 100% come back to this location as long as Kouyeon is there to help me!
Changing my review, went recently and was not greeted with the usual great service as before, employees were quite cold and rushy, didnt take the time to thoroughly explain to me and I left disappointed and without a phone, I dont recommend this location at all,it has since gone to sh** (excuse my language) Get it together!!! or if you dont enjoy your job then quit and give other ppl the opportunity!!

Poor customer Service, I spent 1 hour trying to resolve an issue with my phone line, where I couldn´t receive or make calls. They end up lying about it saying it was my phone and there was nothing they could do about it. They wanted to get rid of me because the store was closing.I went to the next day to the T-mobile store in Mason and they went deep until they gave me a solution, it took more than 2 hour but they stayed even after the store was closed.
The worse customer service ever!!!!! I came in with my daughter who is physically challenge., and the first guy was nice., greeting us., but got busy with another customer., I asked this African American Guy for help., and he just cut me down in the middle of me telling him what I need it!!! With his., I got you., i got you.,.,but Ill let him help you in a rude tone., he was just standing there doing nothing.,.,. But denied service., I hope to _____., he was not discriminating me or my daughter., these rude people have no business working with the public.,.,

I am so taken aback by the customer service received by joshua the manager at katy mills tmobile. he didnt know anything about the services. he told me id only have to pay a certain amount of money to open up a line but then the total came out to over 300! i was there for almost an hour and there was nothing but confusion. I expressed that i was in a lunch break so i was pressed for time but instead of him trying to seek a remedy he told me i need to respect his time and I should appreciate what hes doing for me as if i was getting a hand out and as if It were his job to service me!! he then proceeds to take care of another customer. at this point, i just wanted my phone so i tried reasoning with him; only to explain that i appreciate his time but i need this done soon or at least to know whats going on. He told me there was something going on with their system and it shouldnt be that much money. Again, i was on a schedule so he told me hed come to my job when he gets off the phone with customer service with the phone and a tablet where I can pay for my phone. I then asked to be reassured that he will come because if not I will just call to get a phone shipped to me or find an alternative. he reassured me and we shook hands. of course joshua never came by. hes unprofessional and completely incompetent for his position. this isnt the first time i had an issue at this precise location. there were other customers on the phone with customers relations because of how unprofessional he is. hes misleading and knows nothing. a sales associate even referred to him as retarded numerous amount of times while he went mia for 30 minutes. which speaks volumes on that entire location. my entire family has T-Mobile. Not for long.

We went here to get my wifes screen protector put on the guy named Charles refuses to put it on for her even though we are T-Mobile customers and pay almost 300 a month! Complete bullshit for paying customers. Called T-Mobile and they gave Us a credit to our bill for the unnecessary drama over something that they get paid to do.
