Great place the best prices, and they help you if you have question and advice you as well
Justin and Brandon are great guys! They both know the business very well. Never an issue at this location. Keep up the good work!
My husband purchased a part for our broken A/C unit. The employee who was helping him sold him the wrong part. When we went back a few days later to get the correct part, a second employee asked the same questions as the employee who sold to us the first time. This time they recommended something different and we were sold a different part. How unprofessional that they will not refund for the unused part that THEIR employee sold us said we needed based on the specifications we provided. It’s no secret that these are hard times. Now we have spent double the money and will likely never get the full amount we paid for the wrong part. We will not support this business again.
Never had a problem with these guys. Have used them on several occasions for parts and equipment I could not find anywhere else. I am a Licensed Contractor.
I am a licensed HVAC contractor and a Johnstone Supply customer for over 20 years. I have always received great customer service from all of Johnstone Supply branches. I just want to point out to the negative reviews Johnstone Supply clearly indicates wholesale only with no sales to the general public.
They have friendly service, well stocked and helpful, also great pricing.
Supeeeeeeer slooooooow customer service. Thats why I just come here when its extremely necessary
Truely a great place to deliver.
Used to be a good place to come too and I wish I could give him higher than 1 star but they dont sell to the public anymore. I can understand not selling stuff that requires EPA certifications, but a bottle of pan tabs or a multimeter?
Dont waste your time. This place is not open to the public.
Great service good guys. business as usual.Special note for the other reviewers. This is a HVAC supply house for licensed professionals. If you are a homeowner do not expect them to diagnose your HVAC system or tell you what parts you need. They are not obligated to sell parts to you. Especially if you have no idea what you are doing.
Ive never had a problem with the guys at this location BECAUSE IM A LICENSED CONTRACTOR. Johnstone Supply only sells to licensed contractors. If you are a homeowner, then you need to call a technician to service your air conditioning equipment. Its not the job of the guys at the parts house to diagnose your equipments problems for you.
No help at all. Im surprised they know how to find the parts they have. Ive never been to a supply house that couldnt tell you anything about what they sell.
Not helpful at all. I had an old capacitor that did not have the marking on it due to rust. I took all the specs of my 3 Lennox AC system with me and was going to buy capacitors for all three units. The guy behind the counter spend two minutes typing on his keyboard and said he couldnt help me and that need to call Lennox because they were not a Lennox shop. I went to the next closes place and the person behind the counter actually applied some effort and helped me figure out the capacitors that I needed. The second place was not a Lennox dealer either they just put some effort into the process and took care of the customer standing in front of them. I wasnt a big sale but I ended up buying a motor and 3 capacitors and spend north of $450 with PartsCo on HWY6.
They won’t sell you anything unless you trying to buy a lot of stuff . Don’t do business with them .
NEED A LICENSE TO BUY A SEAL FOR A TEST HOSE, B.S. !!!! NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH JOHNSTONE !!
A model of inefficiency! Will take you longer to buy supplys for a job than the job itself!
Gr a at service
