A great customer experience for Green Mountain Grill. I went there looking for a Specific model Green Mountain Grill they did not have it. The woman ( I think the owner) working at the time did not hesitate to recommend a competitor that would most likely have it in stock. They did and I was able to smoke a brisket that weekend. With that kind of customer service when I need a hot tub or another GMG I will definitely go to Hot Tubs of Katy FIRST!

We absolutely love our hot tub that we bought from Hot Tubs of Katy!! We use it everyday. We chose to buy it from Hot Tubs of Katy because of their great customer service. Audrey and Kali are always there to answer any question that I might have. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Great Experience !! We had ordered a hot form another company and they kept making excuses about when we would get delivery when I decided to start shopping around for another Hot Tub dealer . My first experience on the phone let me know Katy Hot Tubs personal and had a lot of product knowledge, as I had been put off long enough i had time to educate myself about Hot Tubs . They are not all the same just because you see the pretty side on top ! After our first time going in person meting both Kali and the owner my wife and I felt confident these people could deliver as promise and they did ! WE got our hot tub on time as promised, delivered, set up, wired up and we were giving complete operating instructions . Could not ask for a better experience ! Great prices knowledgeable staff.This is a step up from a Lowes situation.Compare Apples to Apples when price shopping and this place will have a much higher value for your money.Here is an example question.Mr Lowes if my hot tub malfunctions how do I get warranty work done to it?

Great experience! Actually purchased a Green Mountain Grill from them.....Got to the store just before closing and they had no problem staying later. Extremely knowledgable about the product and accommodated all of my needs. Honestly, they went above and beyond and I could not be happier! Going forward, I will purchase all of my grilling products from them. And, when the time is right, I will purchase my hot tub from them as well since a big part of anything you purchase is the company and the people who are selling it to you - These are great people!

Here is my bad customer service experience.To start, there was a miscommunication on what I wanted done. Could of been partly my fault by my description and hottubs of Katys part for not understanding what I wanted done. Simple mistake, it happens, we can work through this right? Wrong.The contractor they use is next level bad. I called hottubs of Katy after they were 2 hours late and middle man/hottubs of Katy called their contractor. The contractor did not pick up so hottubs of katy did not call me back either, great customer service guys *sarcasm. They were 4.5 hours late showing up to remove hottub and deck.They only removed half of what I wanted due to the miscommunication. And did not have enough time to remove the other half because they were 4.5 hours late to begin with. The half they did remove was a rushed job. They left cement still in the ground and the posts were cut and still sticking out of the ground. Contractor said they would come back but would need to charge me extra. After I agreed they said they would come back the next day. Then before they left they changed it to coming back in 3 days. No one gave me an estimated time of arrival.At 4:15pm the day they were suppose to arrive I called hottubs of Katy/middle man asking if they were still coming? Hottubs of katy tried calling them but said the guy isnt answering the phone, again. They showed up at 5:45pm, what kind of company shows up at 5:45pm to remove a deck? Then they wouldnt do the job because of another miscommunication,(or as I call it, no communication as seeing he doesnt pick his phone up, and I was starting to realize that calling hottubs of Katy/middle man was getting me nowhere.)I ended up calling another company to remove it. They came out in an hour and a half and removed it for a decent price. I think unfortunately I hit the bad luck lottery the day I called hottubs of katy to remove my deck and hottub.
