Great place to purchase a quality above ground pool. Ed is great and very knowledgeable about pools, the supplies and equipment you need for maintenance etc.

Ed is extremely helpful and patient with ALL my questions. I am so glad I found this place. Even though I am not local I will definitely use them as much as I can.

I bought a nice 12 ft. round above-ground pool here about a year ago, and Ed McNair (owner/manager) took a lot of time showing me all the styles of liners, ladders, pool sizes, pumps, etc. He is awesome - he never pressured me, just explained everything thoroughly and made suggestions based on what I said I was looking for, etc. I go in there occasionally to get my supplies and I always have questions about something thats going on with my pool, and again, he takes his time showing me what Ive done wrong, ways to improve what Im doing and never pressures me into buying ANYTHING. He is such a nice guy - he has taught me a lot about pool maintenance, etc. and its always an enjoyable experience to go there & chat with Ed! AND since I bought the pool, Ive never spent more than $25 per visit to Casual Patio Pools, etc. If youre thinking of getting an above-ground pool, hot tub or patio/supplies, you cannot go wrong if you go see Ed!! :) Thanks, Ed!

Great customer service. Came in with a water sample I was welcomed in and taken care of immediately. Along with pointing me in the direction of what I needed he also gave tips and pointers on best usage and applications. Definitely my new go to!

I just have to say Ed is the best! We just bought our first family pool from him and he helped us decide the best way to go! The fact that he helped us take care of every step from purchase to instillation!!! I also have to give so much praise to the new Oxi pool system he recommended.... we just swam in our new family people today and there is absolutely no chlorine smell!!! No burning eyes from swimming under the water!!!! And as a very protective mother of small ones I love having a system without chlorine!!! Also the installation company was so fast and thorough! Thank you Ed and guys for making my childrens year!

I did experience costumer service level A+, Ed was so knowledgeable about the pools needs, he took time to explain to me everything, he helped me understand the difference between the product needed. I highly recommend this place. Thank you so much Ed for you time and help, I really appreciate it.

Ed, the owner, did a great job explaining what i needed to do to fix my pool issues. He took the time and went very slowly so he ensured i understood what needed to be done now and later on to keep the pool looking fabulous.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was asking about an above ground pool and when I asked about the pricing the guy on the phone laughed. He was disrespectful.

Dont believe a word Ed says. He doesnt and wont back it up. When you call about your issues he gets very upset and very loudly blames everyone but himself. Here I am out money several times fixing holes in my doughboy boy liner because the guess he recommended that were the very best did such a crappy job installing my pool. They didnt even clean the ground right and after it was done they told me to get a mallet and flatten all the stuff that was sticking up. They convinced me it was normal procedure and that this was the see solution. I have several holes in a pool liner that I dont even swim in due to several surgeries Ive had. When I called Ed to discuss this with him. He said no my guys they didnt tell you to do that. Called me a liar. Ed got mad at me because I had someone else patching the holes in my liner. My new pool company guys said this was a bad installation company and these holes in liner were due to their bad installation. Remember Ed said there the best around and didnt care after he sold me the pool 8000.00 and installation .

I called at 3pm and no one picked up . They said they close at 4pm and like I said NO ONE PICKED UP . HOW BUSY CAN YOU BE AT THIS PLACE ?!?! Like come on now . Y’all deep cleaning the pools or what ?

The worst customer service ever. Went in looking for a hot tub after waiting for the employee to finish whatever he was doing in the back ( which he made eye contact with us and said nothing) He told us they dont sell hot tubs right now its not hot tub season. We left went to Hot Tubs of Katy and bought a Hot tub and a grille go there great customer service!!!

We bought our above ground Doughboy pool last year and it is great. Ed knows everything about above ground pools so he helped us make our decision. So we decided on a Doughboy Pool. He helped us get it installed and we have enjoyed it immensely. Great company to work with. :)
