SCP Distributors Katy is an embarrassment to the Company. You have the young female associate calling customers the B word and telling them F this and that and the older fat lady who treats customers like garbage. I don’t know which is worse but you can do better. Rude, Unknowledgeable or pretend to be, staff who seem to hate their jobs and shows. I will be reporting them to SCP Distributors Corporate office because they should know how these two are representing their company. You should do the same if you have had this experience.

Don’t go here even if it’s convenient. Whole staff is rude and Everytime I go in there it feels like they almost don’t want business ? Very odd considering they’re a business ? Save yourself the headache and encounter with the “staff” and just order online or something.

I tried to buy some products the other day and their store sales team was super unprofessional and rude. I don’t own a pool business’s so when I would ask questions about what I needed for my pool they seemed irritated I didn’t know the answers?? Don’t waste your time dealing with this company and their employees (Kathleen). Find another distributor elsewhere

The scp crew is top notch, very knowledgeable about the pool equipment and products they sell, anything from pool heaters, pool pumps, parts for equipment

John McNabb is absolutely excellent, and offers better pricing compared to PEP. He will sell you the whole store, if given the opportunity. Anyway, SCP offers value for value, a great company, with many excellent key people working there.
